Share your hopes, dreams, and even those ‘OH MY GOD I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT HAPPENED’ moments just so you can vent. Let’s leave it all behind us.
Today is about getting over the pain. Admitting that it was shit this year, and maybe opening the door for a hopeful Premier League next season.
Before I hand the keys over, I just want to say thank you for your dedicated support this year. I’ve been to some dark places this year, so know this… nothing makes me happier than knowing that no matter how bad it gets, there’s always someone waiting in the comments section ready to call me an oatmilk drinking whopper who doesn’t know shit about football. I love you all. You make this supporting Arsenal malarkey a lot more fun than it should be. Thank you.

Holding is not playing well, but Holding prefers to play on the left side of the defense. Again he is accomodating David Luiz and that affects his own game performance.
Get a proper defender on the right as understudy for Saliba and play Holding on his preferred side.

A few years ago, Xhaka got a red card for doing exactly what Will Hughes just did. Deliberately kicking a player to stop a counter-attack. Anybody remember who was the referee? Was it Lee Mason or Mike Dean?
All the folks who wanted holding can now see his limitation. He lacks confidence on the ball and cannot pass quicker and at angles like luiz or mustafi. This in a pressure situation means more mistakes – like the one we saw for the unwarranted goal we conceded.
Problem next week is we’re going to have to create and force the issue. Their wide players will pin our wingbacks back.

Well the good news is Mike Dean isn’t the Fa Cup referee.. the bad news.. is Anthony Taylor is.

Holding is gone in the summer I think. He still has value in the market and Arteta Even prefers to play Mustafi which would mean he would rather keep him than Holding. Every English player won’t work out. Good player but needs to play at a mid table team.
Go easy on Holding. The guy hasn’t played regular football for a while now. It is not easy to maintain some sort of form when you are in and out of the team.

On a serious note Xhaka’s once again shows his lack of awareness for the team. The guy’s a clumsy fucker always an oops away from making a sloppy tackle and getting booked talks himself into a yellow on a nothing.

There is a serious mental issue with some of our players. The lack of focus and follow through is shocking. A defender and deep lying midfielder needs to be tuned in at all times …. I just don’t get it with the likes of Kolas, Holding, Luiz, Mustafi and Xhaka. Just stay bloody focused for the time you’re on the field and see the darn job through.

I would take Deulofeu if Auba leaves. Saka and him as left wingers. Lacazette ( new striker if he is sold aswell), Martinelli and Eddie as C.Fs, pepe and Nelson ar Rws. A much more balanced attack.
I like Willock but I’d probably get torreira in for him for more security. We’re not desperate for goals right now.

I used to give him stick because he couldn’t fill robin’s shoes (and the hooker in hotel room thing), but I’ve always appreciated his game, and was glad to see him contribute (albeit without goals) during the WC.
