I was just reading twitter and saw this from prem league acct tonight, I didn't realize that the league was having record goal scoring season. It's manure and chavs letting in all the goals that are juicing the numbers.

"1085 - The record for goals scored in a 38-match season has been broken! And with so many matches left to go..."
Arsenal just handed a lesson out to Chelsea and they aren't the only team we put to the sword. In our last 15 PL games we have taken 37 points from 42 points. Scoring 45 goals & conceding just 6. That is obscene considering that included 3 x 5 nils and 2 x 6 nils. Have City done that?
Worth remembering this is with players that most fans didn't fancy, like Odegaard, White, Havertz & Raya. Which just goes to show the difference between elite level coaches/managers and the rest of us. AKB = Arteta knows best, and he really does...!! What a team.
The Australian Liverpool fan Jarred Gillett on VAR. Micheal Oliver in the middle; well let's hope he doesn't break another PL record like when he sent off Martinelli for the two fastest bookings in PL history.
I just don't understand these very strange appointments.. Anyone would think the Northern cartel of PGMOL don't like Arsenal very much.
New to this site having been on Teamtalk since 2005, but that's a joke now with one regular poster who cannot stomach any dissent and two or three other irregulars. My take on last night. Good win in the end although in the first half, I thought we were far too open and a better side would have punished us, for example Jackson chossing to protect his face instead of heading the chance in. I think City will win all their games now and the Villa debacle might haunt us. Would like to differ with whoever said Raya is a great addition. No, he isn't and is not an upgrade on Ramsdale which presumably is why the latter was jetissoned. He is unreliable in so many games, especially high profile ones. He has been responsible for goals against Spurs, Chelsea, Lens, Luton ( 2), Porto and his stupid dash from goal against Bayern cost us when we were in the ascendancy. His supposed great distribution has also gone amiss. No, the two keepers are on an equal footing, whatever Inaki Cana might think and whisper to Arteta. ( Remember he was the guy who recommended Runarsson to us!)
Raya has added a calming influence to the entire team, especially in defence. Ramsdale was too excitable, immature maybe, and that nervous energy spread through the team. Hopefully he will learn from the influence Raya has. Raya is always available and prepared to play higher to support an option when we play out, which he is asked to do. Risk reward. He helps us overload against the press & is always an option when we are under pressure. I don't think enough people realise what an influence he has had on the structure of our team. We have 9 clean sheets in our last 14 PL games, have scored 45 goals so I'm not sure why your first comments after the 5-0 win is to moan about Raya. Unless you self-identify as Ramsdales Dad?
Well said, San Sebastian. One cannot overemphasize the implications of that "calming effect". Everyone can play their game to the max without nervously looking over their shoulders when the ball hurtles towards our end. So glad Raya has won the Golden Glove.
Apologies didn’t know that you set the rules for what to post or not. What a stupid comment- Ramddale’s Dad!! I said Raya was no better than Ramsdale. No comment I see about the goals he’s let ion which he should have saved . But he’s “ a calming influence!” Great.!
Havertz has me cursing one minute, celebrating the next. Still can’t quite figure the bloke out. Think I need to focus somewhere in the middle. Then I’ll be content.
Much more nervous about that match than I needed to be, that was great to watch. I liked that Kai properly celebrated his goals last night, I think it kinda bullshit of players to not celebrate against former team.
Nigel. I think he was trolling. I can’t believe a fan would be unhappy with that performance or Raya in particular. Forget the fact it’s a bad take, what would trigger such a comment, especially adding it didn’t matter because Man City will win every game? It was a fair debate about Raya but that debate is done. It’s in the dustbin.

I'm here to remind all Havertz haters how good he is now.
We just need James Maddison to pull his hammies
First Udogie, now waiting for Maddison
...paging James Maddison
Hey, we need them to beat or draw City and Pool. We can take 'em with Maddison-- but he could be a factor against the other two.

Ever considered the problem might be you? I was very polite but as a Chelsea fan I can see why you are all wound up today.
Is this Le Grove or not? You are in my email box and I don’t want that. If you are a Chelsea fan what do you know about Raya?
You're the Chelsea fan, clearly. I'm a proud Gooner with a team that is starting to frighten the life out of rival fans.
Good stuff Pedro.
It's a joy to watch your team perform at the level they did last night. The midfield was sublime.
What a performance and result.

Sunday is going to be colossal!

First time being at the emirates. I’ll never forget this experience
4 games to go ... excitement level on full blast.
Hey Midwest I see the Lone Star State as your avatar-- whereabouts?
Sublime, monstrous, unplayable, Arsenal
Nice
