Apparently the journo who broke story about Jesus signing for us two years ago - Jorge Nicola - uploaded a vid to youtube yesterday where he said arsenal are considering selling jesus in the summer and striker is aware of situation.

Some important considerations about GD which btw is not yet assured to end up better than city’s

To get the benefit of GD we need to finish level with them, meaning most likely scenario is we win 3, they win 3 draw 1. We have +7GD on them now.

This means our minimum realistic GD if we win all 3 1-0 is +60

Of city’s remaining 3 games (the draw can be discounted as it’s no impact on GD, this means they’d need 3 wins accounting for a +11 GD.

I’m not saying arsenal winning all 3 games 1-0 is expected, nor is city going to+11, but this is definitely not impossible.

For this reason I don’t think we should be pleased with a 1-0 at Bournemouth. That would also not be great vs Everton is circumstances above did come to pass. We need to have at least 1 of the 3 games where we win by 2-3 goals to cement the GD advantage

It’s safe to safely Angie finally got found out

All the bollocks said at the start about how great he was - he was nothing more than banter years wenger lite with no idea how to coach a defense and ‘express yourself’ attack which players not even capable of playing that way.

Them falling off a cliff was always inevitable once teams stopped being surprised by their kamikaze style which got them points earlier on. Newcastle saw straight through it and laid down the gauntlet and since then everyone is copying it because Angie is open about refusing to play any other way

Whilst on the one hand we all love nothing more than to watch the tiny scum get what they deserve, we need them to get something from city. I fear with CL now probably off the table and 5th place assured, and with their next game being Pool which they probably won’t win, they run the risk of bending over to gift city the title.

Frankly we need spurs to beat liverpool and get a false sense of hope.

Expecting a very tough game at home against Bournemouth:

-It's an early kick-off

-They have a very good goal scorer

-This tie has history, we almost lost it last season.

-Andoni Iraola made his name in La Liga getting results against big sides and he knows Arteta very well.

They have nothing to lose so they can just play loose.

Yeah, Bournemouth are the best footballing side we have left to play. They have been in fantastic form in the 2nd half of the season.

United is a big game based on occasion and their name plus it is away from home. But they aren't playing better than Bournemouth right now. We can't take Bournemouth lightly.

Spurs last 7 results:

Fulham 3-0 Spurs

Spurs 2-1 Luton

West Ham 1-1 Spurs

Spurs 3-1 Forest

Newcastle 4-0 Spurs

Spurs 2-3 Arsenal

Chelsea 2-0 Spurs

I watched the Forest + Luton games, and they should have lost both those games as well.

The wank-fest over Spurs earlier in the season had no bearings of reality.

Anyone’s who’s been watching them won’t be in the least surprised that results are now catching up to their performances.

It’s not just the performances, everything about their manager is wrong, he’s clearly an ideologue who’s unwilling to adapt, and is always looking at his feet when people are speaking to him.

When the wheels come off there, and they will come off, because they can’t deliver consistency playing like that..

The train wreck is going to be brutal.

I don’t remember much of a wank fest Rich, they should’ve lost to Liverpool too.

Douglas Luiz with a shocker for Villa.

Conceding an idiotic pen on one end and doing a Simone Zaza pen at the other.

Konsa turning his back at a shot deflecting it to own net….. madness.

We blame managers for bad results even when players make basic mistakes.

Tuchel out coached Ancelotti but his CB lost his head twice costing Bayern both goals.

Arteta putting Havertz in midfield and Jesus up top a few weeks ago against villa probably cost us the title, why did he do it?

Honestly our form in 2024 isn't the reason we won't win the league. We have won every game, drew one and lost one. It is just we are up against City.

It will be that run of games where we lost to Fulham, Westham, and Villa in that run of 5 games before that Dubai trip. We also drew to pool then. 1 point from 4 games. That was the problem.

We’ve also been eliminated by Olympiacos..

Maybe managing 14 games in 7 weeks at the business end, isn’t as easy as some seem to think.

Nah, I know. I respect our form a lot. We've done so well. But we lost to Villa twice. First loss was in December and we were outplayed the exact same way in the return game. It wasn't a coincidence.

Don’t underestimate the affect Champions league football has. Not just physically but mentally. You can’t win every game & the Premier league is demanding every week. Not on it you lose.

If Martinelli keeps up and does not keep developing, we need cover there too. This season was off for him. Even when healthy. He needs to add much more to this game than running to the box and doing the same thing over and over. Tross is much more dynamic but age is a factor.

There is someone on here who said Maddison was better than Odegaard. He didn’t seem to like Odegaard, always digging him out. I can only assume he watches games wearing a blindfold. Spurs fans should try that.

Maddison is top 5 creative players in the league for me. Odegaard, Debruyne, Foden, B. Silva, are all better based on recent seasons.

But he can also be a streaky player and he can disappear for 3 or 4 months too. At his best he is good. At his worst he is injury prone and shit. I would still take him over someone like Bruno Fernandez though.

He is nowhere near Odegaard as a player as a whole package. It is not even a debate. It is just some waffle they talk about.

Pierre wanted to sell Ødegaard the last 2 summers and replace him with Maddison..

Because Maddison is apparently what a real creative player looks like 🤪…

I remember reading that. Pierre had some strange obsession with Odegaard. I think we can put that debate to bed.
