Vieira just needed to bulk up some, ten pounds or so, and then he would’ve taken this league by storm.

The surprise until now is that there was no suggestion that he would be leaving in this transfer window.
We know that Arsenal will be offloading Elneny, Partey and most probably Smith-Rowe this summer.
