I understand Spurs fans wanting City to beat us to the title but listening to the radio it's fans of other clubs too. Even Manchester United. Considering the fact Man City broke so many financial rules to build their teams & false accounted to cover it up, I don't understand why people want them to win another title. So what is behind this?
