My boss is a city fan and is constantly jibing me about how they’re going to win the league

If I didn’t need his favour to get promoted I’d tell him to go fuck himself along with the cheating team he supports

But instead I have no choice but to hold back lol

I don’t get where his confidence comes from tho - like imagine watching your team cheat and still being taken right down to the wire by a club that’s played by the rules - and STILL be chatting shit. If it was arsenal in their shoes I’d be reeling it way in and be ashamed that 1) we cheated and 2) that even after cheating 115 times were still being run this close. It’s embarrassing, honestly

Winning the league is a points accumulation over 38 games. Both Arsenal and City have dropped points, failed to win, in 10 games this season. It’s somewhat ridiculous highlighting any one of these games and saying that’s where we lost the league. For every game Arsenal supporters can mention points dropped, so can City fans.

Sid, why are you being a dick about older posters. I’d have thought that in your culture, respect is given to ‘elders’.

The easiest way to live a normal life these next week or two is not to dwell on any other team doing us a favor, or not. Concentrate on your own team.

If it is meant to be, it will be. The season is not over.

I didn't really expect Fulham to win today vs Cheaty. They're safe, they are still in the EPL next season, which is all that matters to them at this stage of the competition.

So, Cheaty have their 3 points and the pressure is now on us for tomorrow.

The players are going to have to be focused as it will be a tough game tomorrow and I see Manure try and make it tough for us.

Let's try to destroy them and not self destruct ourselves. We do that, and I think we can come away with a 2-1 win for Arsenal and keep our hopes going.

Isn’t it funny / annoying that nobody expects the Spuds to do us any favours when they play the Cheaters so as to kill off our chances of winning the league.

And yet the same doesn’t apply to any thoughts that United might also give up so we beat them in the hope it stops their cheating noisy neighbours…?!

Even though it feels like the the title is gone, we have to take it all the way to the final day. That is what is needed. We need to win tomorrow and next week regardless of whether we win the title or not.

Haha Rich please drop that curse again for the next two games

The two teams we need to nick a point off City are losing to-- Burnley and Luton.

This week is starting to feel a lot like a stay in purgatory.

The games need to end before commenting like that.

In the same vein, the season is not over.

People are still moaning about Arteta despite being almost near perfect in the 2nd half of the season. We lost the league when our players were off form for 5 games and needed a break before that Dubai trip. What more can he do? We have to stick with him and next season we will improve again.

It's been over since we somehow lost to villa at home

Where was that Fulham that beat and drew with us ? Teams lie down for city

That’s the same Fulham team we dropped 5 points against and people on here moan about the Villa match instead…

I only watched 20 mins but the talk from Leno and iwobi about them going for it certainly appeared to be nonsense during the parts I saw

They looked like a championship with their flights already booked for their holidays a week on Monday,

Really really crap for the bots I saw

Yep it’s over, we still need to take it to the final day of the season so maximum points till the end but yeah I think that’s it

Yes anything can happen, but based on form I had Fulham the more likely team to take points from City this week. No faith in Spurs to do anything other than crumble at home to City. Maybe it will be West Ham and Moyes on the final day of the season but I doubt it.
