Back to Arsenal – I’m really quite into the idea of watching Conor McGregor, inebriated, roughhousing Saka. The guy looks like he’d be fun for about 17 minutes. Glad Bukayo is ok – you don’t want your season to collapse because a lethal machine of a man accidentally broke your star player’s leg.
The narrative in my head heading into the weekend is mostly focused on what we’re going to do to get a little smarter about who stays and who goes.
Firstly, it’s important to note that most players love representing their countries. So telling them to fake an injury isn’t really appropriate. My angle is, how do you convince players that risking their season isn’t worth it?
