Up to now, Raul has shown that he is an experienced negotiator. He is limited by the club finance. Stan will not put money in to help out. So we’ll have to suffer another two years until those high earners, Ozil, Micki, Mustafi, and Xhaka are off the book and the old guards, Koscielny and Monreal are retired.
