Moses was sent to the mountain to think over his contract offer...

So apparently Arsene is after another 17 year old, this time it’s Moses from the Palace, well one thing’s for sure, we ought to win the FA youth cup!

Other news on a news-less day is we are having another look at Man City’s midfielder magic Johnson, he apparently didn’t like the way Sven was treated and wants out, the problem is, as long as the boss takes to find a Flamini replacement the more bizarre players we’ll be linked with.

Gilberto says we’re still too young to win anything and every pundit has yet again written us off.

I on the other hand think we are two signings away from domination, I would quickly sign a defensive midfielder, whether that’s Barry, Veloso, Frings or Johnson and do it quickly, that way he’ll gel with the team, I would prefer EPL tested so we don’t have to risk going through the pain barrier before they leave us for Barcelona and I would sign a world class center back as that’s the area we are suffering in, even in our last two games we have been suspect there, so Zapata, Kompany, Wheater or Richards for me.

Do that and I’m confident we’ll clean up, we have the players there and withΒ  Rosicky, Eduardo and RVP back we will have 3 new players, Nasri will be better than Hleb aand contribute a few goals, Diaby needs to start playing for me to have an opinion, but the one I have is he will be a Vieira type player this coming season.

It will soon be the start of the season and we’ll be waxing lyrical about the league leaders, they all say we got of to a flier last year, but I can remember being 1 nil down with 5 minutes to go, shit I hope they don’t put us through that again this time, it is only West Brom…

Have a happy and harmonious day Grovers.

Raif i agree the media will be 10 times harder on AW if he doesn’t provide this season even the board MIGHT start asking questions

(i did really really bad yesterday btw usually better)

    TREZE13

HAHA no worries man our party was soooo rubbish. i couldnt belive how they was playing. and i noticed u wasnt playing at times any ways so i didnt think u was rubish LOL.

  3. choy

hey treze.. how you doing.. but would sporting be willing to sell them to us considering the tie up they have with Man u?

he does have a wicked left foot on him though!!

  4. TREZE13

Veloso seems an ambitious player though hopefully the chance to be recognised as the backbone of our team will appeal to him, the sporting – Man u tie is strong but surely their a little bored with how one way it seems to be

  5. rico01

treze – got no idea, but the russians and everyone else were trying for him last season… be a great catch – but as you know, we need now aswell πŸ˜‰

  6. raif

just a quick note for anyone thats looking for a new musick album.

i recomend Gnarls Barkley. The Odd Couple.

on a arsenal note. Please let us sign a CB and a CM. Soon.

  7. goonermichael

I’m sure we’re going to sign 2 more but I think Diaby is an option for dm in Wengers thinking

  8. goonermichael

There is so much shit on news now. Le grove has interesting posts and comments. Some like tribal football have a headline with no substance. I don’t know how the money making side of the net works but they are obviously doing it for the clicks. Le grove has a lot of humour as well.

  9. goonermichael

I think Diaby will have a flamini season this year. Wouldn’t it be great if eboue had a blinder as well!

  10. raif

ohh yess totally. like that OFFside website. i always see somthing stupid like

“Wenger to bid 40 mill for superstar”

what utter crap. they must think were stupid or somthing

  11. Evo in Oz

i only check news now and goonernews for the latest headlines, i only really pick the proper newspaper sites that have credentials, not the bollocks stories

  12. Evo in Oz

eboue just needs to practice striking in the off season, thats it, nothing else.

too many times he gets into good spots around the box and takes ridiculous shots at goal which end up in the stands….

  13. goonermichael

Evo some of the most depressing and worst stories are on the daily mail and telegraph websites really anti arsenal. And they sre set up so you cant comment. They always say 0 comments and when I try to tell them what cunts they are it doesn’t recognize that thing where you have to copy the letters.

  14. goonermichael

I don’t think it’s possible for him to have worse season than last year. 3 goals and 2 assists would be a bonus.

  15. goonermichael

I think we’ll score the most goals in the league this season. Ade will be gone or if he stays probably not score so many. But Dudu, RVP, Bendtner and Walcott will score more than last season. If Cesc cans core the same and we have some from Nasri and Vela maybe even 1 or 2 from Eboue we’ll be ok attacking. It’s conceding that’s worrying me.

  16. raif

the media hates us thats why. any reason to get a dig in they will do it.

over the years arsenal and wenger has always been getting it from people from within the sport the media and the stupid people who belive wenger is the reason why theres not enough English players in the league its rubbish.

i remember when we had loads of the older players and people was saying he needs to give the Kids a go. now he is every one is saying we have to many kids. then there was the Discipline record. and after that its not enough english players. its never ending onething after the other.

  17. Evo in Oz

Good morning London, let us hope that TODAY, is to be that great day we are all waiting for!

  30. MorrowsBrokenArm

It seems everyday on here starts with someone saying…”today could be the day”…..just some transfer activity, a little something to get us excited. Even a gossip story to give us something to chat about and get our hopes up.

  31. MorrowsBrokenArm

I saw a story yesterday, admittidly from Veloso agent, but starting to talk up the fact he would be open to a mover to the Premier

  32. gnarleygeorge9

    Raif

Nice 3 mate; yes i see what you mean with the Dutch commentator. All 3 goals are top shelf πŸ™‚
