Check my previous comment about out-to-in movement lead to 3 of the goals so if anything Arbeloa should have played instead of Marcelo because he concentrate better and tucks in at the right time.

Watching Barca couple of things we need to do….
1. Surround the ball!!! not only when we have it..but also without it….Barca press opposing players into mistakes like clockwork…the opposition always seem to cough it up 90% of the time
2. only play sideways and backwards if necessary…even though Barca play the possesion game they still try to pass forward most times..and most of their passes have purpose.. Sometimes we pass backwards and sideways for no reason….
3. Get the ball wide sometimes and put in low hard crosses…when we get the ball the wide..we tend to serve up high floaters….We need to get pace on the ball and preferably keep it low….unless its only Chamakh up front…
4. We need to practise pressing so that the players get used to playing against it…You press Barca to your own peril sometimes becauseeven under severs pressure Xavi and Iniesta just dont give the ball away…therefore they just shrug you off and find the open man..they can deal with pressing because they play against it in training…When we played Barca at home last year, you could tell our players were shellshocked by the pressing Barca did…they just could not handle it…..only nasri seems to be able to keep the ball under intense pressing….more players need to learn that…..a number of Barca players are comfortable on the ball even while being hassled…even Jefren Suarez came on and shrugged off some of Real’s futile pressure

JET captained the youth team that won the double and absolutely bossed the midfield imo.
His strength and height is an easy asset so its incredible to me that Wilshere made it ahead of JET.

JET for me is a bit of flat track bully. The only reason he’s performed great at youth level is because of the obvious advantage he has over the others. That advantage will be considerably diminished at senior level.
