We lose 2nd spot but we’ve closed the gap, can we buy Arsenal after the budget?

by & filed under Uncategorized.

Ok a few things, the latest rumour is a swap deal with Inter’s Mario Balotelli plus cash for Cesc Fabregas. What a load of rubbish, of all the deals we could do, why on earth would we go after an egotistical trouble maker that has Adebayor stamped all over him for our captain.

Other news is we lost our cherished 2nd place but the chavs and mancs have all played 31 games and there’s a 2 point blanket over the three of us, that means one draw and we are in front, providing we scored a few more goals of course, 8 to be precise!

Birmingham won’t go into the weekend full of confidence after their poor week but we will, and with Barca up next, this could be one of those great weeks. I watched the Barca vs Osasuna game last night and although Barca won, they were crap, Messi got booked and they looked shaky at the back, I think they’re there for the taking.

Having watched Alister Darling’s budget yesterday where he taxed the people that work hard to give it to the people that don’t, as usual, I was wondering if we could lobby the government to let the Arsenal fans buy Arsenal, for nothing of course, it’s only fair, why should we not own something we haven’t worked for, why should rich people have everything, just because they work harder, sorry, but that’s just not fair.

I also think that if Labour paid our fares to the ground and found it in his heart to make a contribution to our season tickets, it would be a real vote winner, and it’s only fair, why should people that work hard always get the nice things in life.

LE GROVE IS NOT A POLITICAL BLOG, THIS WAS A REQUEST FOR GOVERNMENT MONEY, NOTHING ELSE. IT’S OUR RIGHT.

Jay Simpson wants to come back to Arsenal in the summer, I think Wenger should play him or sell him, the boy is so loyal and we keep shoving him out on loan, the manager knows whether or not he wants him, stop messing him about Arsene, tell him one way or the other.

So the way I see it, we now get to play 4 consecutive matches against teams that like to play football, so in theory, that plays into our hands and we should win them all, Taylor went to Watford so there’s no chance of Eduardo meeting up with him should he play at the weekend.

Maybe we should try him up front with Theo and Nikki B, or Rosicky and Nikki B and rest Arshavin, at least until the second half, maybe this is the time for Eduardo to show his worth.

Have a great day Grovers, tomorrow is Friday.

    Choy,

The race to finish 4th has now become a 5 horse race. The difference is only about 7 points between 4th place Spurs and 8th place Everton. So, looking at these sides any one of them can do it…

Toure – We can beat Arsenal
Barca midfielder will watch out for Gunners star Fabregas

    http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11945_6053662,00.html?

Midfielder Yaya Toure insists Barcelona are favourites to beat Arsenal in their UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash, but must be wary of Gunners star Cesc Fabregas.

Barca will travel to the Emirates on Wednesday night aiming to reach their third successive semi-final, and Toure is confident they can achieve their goal.

He said: “Barca are winning matches, despite our rivals changing their systems to cope with us.

“It is actually a positive for us because it demonstrates that we are able to obtain success against any rival.

“The tie against Arsenal will be different. The English practice a similar style to us.”

“Who will be favourites? Barcelona, because we are the champions of Europe.”

    Tactics

However, Toure is concerned about Arsenal’s tactics and believes that manager Arsene Wenger will concoct a specific game-plan to contain Barca talisman Lionel Messi.
He continued: “I know Arsenal and Wenger and it is normal that they have planned any special system against us.”

As a holding midfielder, the Ivory Coast international will go head-to-head with Gunners captain Fabregas, who is Arsenal’s biggest threat.

Toure added: “Cesc Fabregas is a phenomenal player. The Spanish internationals at Barca have spoken sensationally about him and he will be a key man to stop in London.

“Arsenal have Fabregas but we have Messi. For me the Argentinean is the No.1 in the world without a doubt.”

    Gambon

he just doesnt seem to have the qualities to play for Arsenal. He’s one of those who’l be playing for lesser clubs. I would hate to be proved wrong. But if he was really talented he’d be in the squad and playing some part in our fixtures.

Young Gunner causing a stir in West London

    http://www.footballfancast.com/football-blogs/young-gunner-causing-stir-west-london?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed:+ffc_Premiership_Blogs+(FFC_Premiership_Blogs)

Young Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is causing something of a stir at League One side Brentford after a string of impressive performances.

The 19 yr old Polish goalkeeper has been on loan at Brentford from the Gunners since November and is tipped for a bright future by manager Arsene Wenger. ‘I really believe in him that he will one day be Arsenal’s No 1. He has all the qualities you want from a goalkeeper.’ Wenger told a press conference in January. High praise indeed at only 19 years of age. Yet becoming Arsenal’s number one cannot be all that difficult. Manuel Almunia has not exactly graced the position with numerous mistakes. Vito Mannone has been given a chance and pulled of some impressive shot stops. But he looks nervous, shaky and a liability in the air. Arsenal is crying out for a quality keeper and Wojciech Szczesny could be the answer.

The youngster who was born in Warsaw is the son of legendary Polish keeper Maciej Szczesny, the only Polish player ever to win the League title with four different clubs. In the summer of 2006 aged 15 Wojciech Szczesny turned down a contract offer from Legia Warsaw and was picked up by Arsenal’s Liam Brady. He has been impressing the Gunner’s coaching staff massively and was allowed to final gain some playing time on loan this season at Brentford.

With the League One side lucky enough to gain his services, he has not let them down. The tall, commanding goalkeeper has excellent reactions and reads the game particularly well. A highlight so far was his man of the match performance against Leeds United in December where the young Pole made a string of fantastic saves to keep the promotion chasers out. Brentford themselves have praised the keeper considerably. Despite Szczesny having a poor game against MK Dons recently Brentford manager Andy Scott claimed in his post match interview ‘Our goalkeeper has been outstanding. For a 19-year-old to come in who had not played a league game before he has been exceptional.’ Brentford almost certainly want the option of loaning the young star for another season.

What is clear is that the 19yr old is not only thought of highly at the Emirates and Brentford. He has already made his full international debut for Poland in November last year as a second half substitute against Canada. The 6ft 5in stopper has made his first full cap even before his Arsenal bow. With Arsenal’s aforementioned goalkeeping problems, there are calls for the young Pole to be established as the club’s No. 1 next season. Where this might be a tad too early for a still learning Szczesny, he is definitely one that Arsenal fans should keep their eye on.

  6. Gunners The Stunners

Arsène Wenger admits he is “disappointed” that Arsenal’s appeal against Thomas Vermaelen’s red card was dismissed.

The Belgian defender was sent off against West Ham last weekend after bringing Guillermo Franco down inside the area at Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal entered a claim for wrongful dismissal to the Football Association but the red card and subsequent one-match ban was upheld and Vermaelen will now miss Saturday’s trip to Birmingham.

“I am disappointed but we have to accept it, we have no choice,” said Wenger at his pre-match press conference.

“We appealed because I thought, as I said after the West Ham game, that it was a very harsh sending off.

“From now on we have to focus on the solutions we have without him and to win the game.”

  7. zeus

Its about time the Emirates got a big win. We had to beat Milan away and the Manc cunts destroyed us inside 8 minutes.

24/03/10 – Champions League – we need your banners!

The second update of the week, and there may be another before the week is out.

In case you didn’t know, we got drawn against Barcelona in the Champions League, which a few people seem to be a bit excited about. We have had quite a few emails asking what is going on, so here is what we have planned.

Home Leg (Wednesday 31st March). Unusually for a midweek game, The Rocket will be open before the match, opening at 5pm. The usual stuff going on there – build-up on the TV, beer deals etc…

Also at the home leg, we want to get as many flags and banners on display in the ground as we can, in the half hour or so before kickoff. In particular, we want to cover the whole of Club Level at the north end of the stadium with big flags and banners. You can help with this. If you have a big flag or banner that you would like to display, please send us a photo of it – and the name of somebody that is available to look after it, and to come with us to Club Level to hang and remove it. We may not be able to get all of them up there, but we’ll do our best – as long as yours is an Arsenal flag/banner, and doesn’t say something like “F**K OFF SPURS”, you should be OK.

Away Leg (Tuesday 6th April). The Rocket will be open from 5:30pm for a live screening of this game. If you can’t afford to go to Barca, or can’t get a ticket, this will undoubtedly be the best place other than the Nou Camp to watch the game. A lot obviously depends on the eventual result, but you are guaranteed a venue full of Gooners and a great atmosphere to watch the game. So, avoid those pubs full of mouthy Mancs and Chelsea fans cheering on Barca, come and watch the game with 500 Gooners instead.

That’s all from us for the moment, more to come as we have more to tell you.

Just been reading the club website and Denilson has scored 6 goals this season in all competitions! Also noticed that he’s only 22 years old – I had thought he was older.

I realise he’s not a favourite but I think we should really cut him some slack. If peeps think Walcott and Bendtner are young and still learning, how about being as generous with Denilson?! He’s really coming good and deserves our encouragement now. just my two cents :)

  10. zeus

    @ AA23

Unlike the other marmites, Denilson does not have the physique to excel in the PL and thats why he wiill forever just be a squad player its just that simple. Spot on comment and to the point.

  11. goonermichael

Denilson has been captain of Brazil at all levels except full international (I think). I agree with AA23. You never know though he may come good. I think we should loan him out

  12. mike__

he wont go out on loan he has played too many games and been in the 1st team too long i think for wenger to consider loaning him out.

the only reason senderos was loaned out was because wenger had lost faith in him and, he doesn’t feel the same way about denilson.

  13. David

    Terex

    Bendtner is shite.

Just dont know how he can be a doubt for Birmingham when he didnt even play up to an hour at West Ham

  14. David

At least Theo instantly changes games when he comes on 90% of the time.

Denilson gives up chasing his man…and he’s supposed to be a DM. How do you teach not giving up?

  15. choy

“At half-time [against West Ham] I said to Arsene Wenger that I probably couldn’t play the whole game,” said Bendtner.

    any more wisecracks?

  16. David

Who knows…i mean this is the same boy that said he’s better than Zlatan Ibrahimovic. We dont know what to believe.

  17. choy

    Comprehension classes perhaps david?

The Gunners star said: ‘In about three years, I will be better than Zlatan. He is older than me and has now reached his peak as the top scorer in Serie A – but I have a plan, I believe in it and I am ready.

  18. chris

Latest is Wenger says Bendtner’s likely to play and Eduardo is up for it and that Sol will play at Bham, which I think may mean he misses Barca – hopefully that might be because Gallas is available or maybe cos he’s a uit too slow or maybe we’re going to surprise everyone with 3 at the back and really take it to them (just joking)
Also I knopw how much you guys love RvP the great man says he might be back in 2-3 weeks maybe ready to start in 4-5?

  19. David

I can comprehend that that is still a very delusional thing to say. I cant fault his ambition but how bout concentrating on being better than Dirt Kuyt or Agbonlahor

  20. Telarse

Probably just as well for Ibrahomovic (not a spelling error)that he didn’t join Arsenal as a ridiculous spell out of position on the wing might have set his development back too.

  21. Telarse

I wonder if Wenger’s playing good players out of position or playing young players out of their depth has been more damaging in recent seasons.

  22. choy

Comprehend what nikki b is saying david.

Read it again… and one more time again.

He never said he is better than zlatan.

Read it one last time to keep that in your mind!

  23. chris

Do we need to be arguing about Bindtner’s so-called overconfidence – can’t we just see whether he delivers in the run-in and then how fast he develops in the next year or two?

PS choy, Wenger on the official site 2-3 weeks MAXIMUM:
He is expected to return but don’t expect miracles when a guy has been out for such a long time,” said Wenger.

“But we are happy to have him back and he is physically, fitness-wise, in a good shape. So we have just to get him back to full team fitness – that will take two to three weeks maximum

    http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archive/wenger-don-t-expect-miracles-from-robin

  24. David

He said he will be better than Zlatan…by what evidence? In 3 years? At the end of this season that will be 2 years gone. So in 1 year’s time. He’s going to all of a sudden be magically better than Ibrahimovich.

So thats comprehension again that you’re so smart at that i need your wisdom and guidance. I like you choy..but if you want to sling mud with me. I have no qualms.

  25. chris

Here’s the Telegarph on Bendtner being probably fit for Saturday and Campbell playing.
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/leagues/premierleague/arsenal/7519649/Arsenal-to-lean-on-Sol-Campbell-for-Birmingham-trip-despite-Barcelona-looming.html

Presumnably this is from the press conference

    It also says
Both Gallas and Robin van Persie will also rejoin training this week, raising hope that they could still have an important role to play in the concluding weeks of the season.

  26. choy

Surely you need to enroll into those classes pronto!

    1 against stoke
    3 against porto
    1 against hull
    1 against sunderland

That is just in two months!

  27. chris

Stoke, Porto and Hull were also fantastically important goals too – maybe Arshavin was right
(not just about NB being good for him and giving us another option but about the Burnley misses being fortunate if he was saving up his goals for Porto)

In any case it’s not like there’s too many people saying we’ve got anyone better to come in, he’s saved the team’s skins a few times, worked hard, stayed on when he’s been injured, what do you want, exactly?

  28. David

What in Gods name are you talking about?

First its how many goals scored in the CL now its goals scored in the last 2 months?

Over-all Necid has scored more goals.

In the CL Bendy has scored more than Zlatan…but that means fuck all…might as well say Falcao is world class…since he’s as many!

  29. David

    What are you talking about?

First of all its how many goals scored in the CL. Now its how many goals scored in the last 2 mnths?

Okay…going by your own standards…Miralem Pjanic is 19 and has scored as many goals on a lesser team.

Is he now better than Bendy?

And Necid has scored more goals over-rall

  30. Kreshnik

yo yo yo chicas … what’s upp

Geoff u make a great point there,
when I was in Uni I couldn’t afford to just do that so I was working full time and studying full time, fucked myself up with all the hard work … my eyes were red from non sleeping and other cool boys at school ‘couldn’t get it’ because apparently u can just go into debt and have a nice University life.
After Uni I got a nice job (even tho I’d still work my ass off more than most) because I was in no much pressure to just get a job and pay off debt. And also didn’t need any welfare or anything of sorts to survive. So now why the fuck do I need to pay their welfare huh ??? or even make up for their shit tax return.

One thing when ur just not able to do something … cuz everyone needs a fair chance … and a complete other when ur sitting on ur fuckin ass, partying all nighters … makin fun of fellow hard workers

  31. reggie 57

Bendys scored some important goals for us in the last month so lets get behind the team, now is not the time to start slating individuals!!

  32. chris

Choy, if you’re answering Maciek, I don’t see how Campbell can play Saturday and then Wednesday against a quick counter-attacking Barca?
There were times he looked very slow against a limited WHam and times he was drawn out to the wings – he’d never get back in time from there against Barca imo

Gallas is your man, maybe otherwise Song at home I think if he trusts Denilson

  33. David

How many o Miralem Pjanic goals were tap-ins? Or Penalties?

I here that reggie but fuck me. If i say Bendy’s color is red instead of pink im already slatting him.

How many people knew it was because of an injury he came off?

Certainly looked like a master class substitution. Or maybe its Bendy giving excuses for why he was just shite.

I mean if he had an injury at half time why didnt Wenger juss sub him off then?

  34. reggie 57

I never knew he was injured as well? I thought he got subbed because he was having a shit game? but there you go!!

  35. GoonerJohn

Campbell should be rested this weekend in order to be ready for the barca game, and honestly, even with silvestre at the back we will beat birmingham at home !!

  36. This is England

I was listening to Talk Shite on the way home tonight,an Arsenal supporter came on to congratulate Spurs on there cup run and hopes they win something this season,he was serious. He also said Arry would be a good manager for England. This tool must be outed if you know him.

  37. desmoinesgunner

    hello lads

Glad spuds won because it moves our game with them…but hope Pompey stuff em in the next round.

  38. desmoinesgunner

and harry is a cheating, tax evading c*nt who does nothing but put clubs on the edge of bankrupcy because he always has to change his squads immediately when he takes over

  39. desmoinesgunner

it’s the only chance they have and I think the players want to win something to improve their sale value to clubs next season and for the fans who were in great voice yesterday….until the elbows and the thrashing…

  40. Stu

Naturally as Bendtner is being slated im going to join in (and defend him). Im not sure where the Necid stats were gotten from because i cant find them but Those Bendtner stats of 4 in 18 are just in the league.

Stats can be minipulated(sp) which is exactly what you did David. Overall Bendtners stats (according to soccernet) for arsenal are 9 goals in 22(8 as sub) games. Far better than Necids 9 in 22. Or 11 in 28 if you count Bendtners games for Denmark.

Add to all of this that Bendtner missed 3 months due to injury then clearly Bendtner is miles better than Necid, who plays in Russia which is a much weaker league than the premiership.

ALSO!, Bendtner has 4 direct assists this season. So really his stats are 13 in 22 which isnt half bad.

  41. Chippy

What the Fucking hell has football come to when the club tell you what flags you can and cannot put up in the ground, this countrys gone fucking nuts PC overkill bollocks whats wrong with a flag saying Fuck Off Spurs, And then they wonder why the atmosphere is akin to a night at the opera !!

id love to see how they would react to the old Arsenal stormtroppers one that was on display in the 80s :-)

You just know they are going to give out them fucking clapper things next !! Tarquin and Rupert will be most pleased,

  42. desmoinesgunner

    Amen Chippy.

I am always irritated here in the states but the manufactured atmosphere and lack of crowd spontinaity (fuck how do you spell that?)

  43. Pedro

Stu, there is no point debating Bendtner with people who have ego tied up in him being shite.

He’s done great this season, fast becoming a fan favourite… that’s all you need to know.

Not to mention his form during the run in!

  44. Chippy

Des, I hear you mate im afraid English football is going the same way !! Such a shame as the tribal part of football was what made it so special the songs, the flags the people now its turning into a manufactured day out for the establishment Fuck me im turning into the sex pistols lol

    Gm,
Mate just reading Spud Mashers earlier post around 4ish about the Barca game and the club kindly letting peopl hang banners as long as they are not offensive lol it just cracks me up ;-)

  45. desmoinesgunner

No substitute for singing “you can stuff your fucking tulips up your Arse” to Johann Cryuf and Ajax in the 70′s…don’t hear anything like that here.

  46. David

The party boy who was caught with his pants down at a club. Crashing an Aston Martin and telling the whole world that he’ll be the best striker in the world after next season. And Im the one with the ego?

    Hahaha. That is quite rich.

  47. Micky Did It 89

    Quick evening all.
Exactly who gives a shit about Necid?
Bendy plays for us. He tries. He is improving fast, and he will have a massive say in how our season ends. We are all in this together with only a few to play.
    Night all.

  48. David

    You got me there Pedro.

Thats about the only Negative i can find about Higuain.

He’s as slow as Eduardo…but his all round game is quite outrageous.

Soooo… I’m posting tomorrow! What to talk about, eh?

how about the TOP 10 reasons Why Pedro is never on Le Grove anymore :)

  50. Pedro

Ethan… I’ve had the shits in severe way over the past few days!

    Nasty…

I had a pot of mango… 5 minutes later, I saw it down the pan.

    No one needs that!

  51. Pedro

haha, Kreshnik, I’m still working on that! Tickets have dried up a little… but hopefully I can get some for you. I’ll put a message out tomorrow!

    When are you over?

  52. Kreshnik

coming on april 1st … staying til the 6th

missus has been driving me nutts trying to get Paris rail tickets … but i told her this is strictly Arsenal related … no francofonic garbage involved :)

  53. Kreshnik

also Pedro … asked some questions 2 days ago … we got some ppl in nottingham and was thinking to go visit em … what’s the best way u know and is it worth it?

  54. David

It seems like Eduardo is going to be starting. Might we finally see Carlos Vela kick a ball and give Arsh a rest. This wouldve been the perfect game for Ramsey. Or Merida….but you cant rest too many people.

  55. Pedro

Kreshnik, either rent a car and drive up, but to be honest, it’ll only take you an hour and a half on the train and it’ll be a far more comfortable experience than our shitty pot holed roads!

Paul, I’ve had about 500 people ask me for Barca tickets.

Where were they for West Ham and Liverpool eh?

  56. David

    ritesh

Im not sure the gym can teach you how to focus on where you want to place your shot in a scoring chance versus just shooting it for the sake of it.

The best players in the world are calm infront of goal because theyve made a habbit of being in those situations aand still have the mental strength to produce the kind of power and placement in the shot despite being tired from getting yourself in that position. I fear its something you just cant teach. Which is why Ibrahimovich is a disgrace infront of goal.

As he plays Arsenal…Long may that continue.

  57. Kreshnik

Pedrito … ur the man … the train booking system was kind of a mess and I thought a bit expensive … but that dfntly seems like a better option and also given that u guys drive on the opposite side from us … might crash Bendtner or Arshavin … god forbid hehehe :D

we’re staying in one of the hotels (motels rather) close to finsbury park since it’s so close to the emirates … but on the pics from google streets gave me the impression of a getto area :D … that true or me pussying out ? :D

  58. Pedro

David, you know that as a fact, you only become good at something through practice.

That’s been proved time and time again. Being cool infront of goal is about practice.

That’s why a striker who isn’t clinical can train hard and become clinical.

  59. 78692

Madrid are beating Getafe 4-1,Ronaldo and Higauin scoring 2 goals a piece. If the scoreline stays the same then Madrid would go top by goal difference. Hope this Puts pressure on Barca and the perform Cack against us.

  60. ethangunner

That’s why a striker who isn’t clinical can train hard and become clinical.

tell that to ade barn door :)

  61. David

As far as i remember Diaby has always been deadly infront of goal…and Bobby P was a brilliant finisher as well.

    Yeah Pedro

    40 games 2 season ago.

    50+ games last season.

22 games and counting this season.

Thats well over a 100 games.

Playing with the best midfielder in the world.

Just how much practice do you need?

  62. angeausarsenal

David, how many goals did Torres miss against the Mancs?
Is he shit now as well?
Bendy may not currently be in the top 10 strikers in the world but he will get there.
But thats just my opinion and opinions are like arseholes: everybody’s got one

  63. Pedro

It’s called the 10,000 hour rule. Once you hit 10,000 hours practising anything, you’ll become a master of the activity.

I think Gambon worked out he’s got about 33 in 66?

That’s not a bad ratio. He’s also done will since he’s come back from injury. Plus, a bulk of those games, he wasn’t playing with Cesc… Carling Cup etc.

You gotta give up slating him… he’s starting to come good.

  64. ethangunner

i have 1.5 years of painful proof that’s not the case :)

i think its more a case of 3 things .

CLASS – THE TEAM AROUND YOU – EXPERIENCE ,

TH14 fired better for us , than barca ..
i think its a case of kismet , it either clicks or it doesnt .. a striker is like a manager ..

  65. Pedro

    Ange, exactly.

I’d argue that the best strikers aren’t clinical, they just get the most chances.

Thierry Henry, most shots on target, most off target in his prime.

His skill was getting into the right positions to score…

  66. David

    ange

I understand what youre saying. One could make an argument that that was only Torres’ 2nd or 3rd game back from injury. One could also make an argument that Torres has still scored more goals than Bendy.

  67. ethangunner

i think nik B and AA23 combine pretty well ..

probably the best pairing we have fit currently .

well i thought nik B was fit … until this morning ..

well dudu MUST get his chance now , one feels this is his last throw of the dice ..

    he must perform !

  68. Pedro

… like you’d ever take Nik coming back from injury as an excuse!

Plus, Torres has been playing top level football since he was 16! Niks only broke into the team of late.

Just saw the Higuain comment on his pace. Couldn’t disagree more. He is quite pacey. If we thought Eduardo could cut it then why not Higuain? As far as I remember Ruud VN wasn’t pacey either and he was okay wasn’t he.

I guess Henry was a one off, there is no one in world football now that plays like he used to for us, I reckon Bendy will turn out more like Drogba, when he starts to put some muscle on

    I second that ethan …

and I love both RVP and Arsha … but is it me or they didn’t seem to be combining as good as Bendy and Arsha ?

actually not really about combining together more than RVP is a bit hard to follow … more like too smart for the other guys other then Cesc … at least that’s the feeling I get …

Is he starting to come good? By displaying shocking miss after shocking miss? He has just about 2 in every game he plays. Thats no different to the same fella that played 40 games for us 2 seasons ago who stopped a sure fabregas goal in the CL..on the touchline and miskicked the shot while simultaneously having himself flagged for offsides despite having a defender behind him.

I wont deny there havent been improvements…but theyre marginal.

nar not practice , confidence ..

people say he’s cocky whatever , he looks insecure out there to me !

once he REALLY Believes in himself he will cut loose !

but i always said he would be twice the player ade would be … and half the age footballing wise …

and there was never enough room for 2 , so common sense has a way of working itself out ..

    and he’s close now ..
just hope injury doesn’t put him back at square 1 !

David, lets look at the facts… not your micro viewing statistics based on opinion.

Ethan, I agree… he isn’t that cocky on the pitch. He’s starting to believe though.
