At last we smash the chavs!

by & filed under Uncategorized.

So last night at their gaff our rub-a-dubs hammered their rub-a-dubs, no surprise really, I guess even Roman’s money wouldn’t stretch to buying two whole teams!

What was nice is that youngster Luke Freeman was promoted from the academy team to the stiffs and scored on his debut, am I excited because he’s young and English? No, I’m excited because he has been a prospect since we got him from Gillingham, has come through the ranks and has delivered at every stage of his development. Now what we should do, is leave him there and let him grow up, then when he does we should loan him out somewhere.

Anyway by all accounts it was convincing, 2 nil up and Jay Emmanuel Thomas was pulling all the strings, apparently at half time Roman took Thomas and Freeman up to the hotel and tapped them up, but there was a social worker nearby and the cracks were swiftly papered over, Chelsea are appealing.

The appeal was heard before full time and they were exonerated, Arsenal were fined for allowing their players to wander around.

Tomorrow Arshavin is out but not much is being said of Song, so I have no idea if he’s playing at this stage, I did read that Eastmond was pulled from the team last night and as it wasn’t Ray Wilkins that pulled him, I’m assuming it’s as cover to Song.

The Mancs play tonight against an ageing Milan, I read the eye-tie press said Beckham was like a waxwork dummy, ha, ha, at last he’s getting the credit he deserves, let’s just hope Fabio is taking note, I expect a manc win there. To be honest after the Flamini and Ade thing, I think I hate Milan as much as I hate the mancs, chavs, northern chavs and spuds. So whoever loses I’ll be laughing.

I know I said I wouldn’t say it again, but if Song is injured and Campbell is fit, why doesn’t he try Vermaelen in the DM role. He won’t, but I thought I would mention it again.

So Dennis Bergkamp has finally completed his coaching badge, brilliant! Now Ivan get on a plane to Holland and sign him up as a coach, him and someone like Steve Bould or my personal favourite Thierry Henry could be our next management duo, that way Arsene would be controlling the future with a couple of his old boys and would be able to go upstairs without losing face. They would be the most famous management duo in the history of football management.

Ok I’ve licked my lips so often this morning I resemble Heath Ledger when he played the Joker in some Batman film. So I’m reaching for some man cream to re-hydrate before I start working for a living!

Have a great day Grovers, one more till matchday!

Cesar is the undisputed no 1 now. It was Doni but he was eventually found out.

Thats a fucking free kick! Is there a limit to uniteds luckiness?

  2. incesc

The missus just told me Ashley Cole has been naughty again:

“The 26-year-old is determined to go ahead with her scheduled performance at the Brit Awards tonight despite claims her husband Ashley cheated on her with a secretary after sending her a string of lurid text messages.

The unidentified blonde alleges the footballer secretly invited her into Chelsea’s team hotel before two Premier League matches at the end of 2008.”

    chelsea really are scum

  3. Confidentgoner

ManU do not look like they can score in 120 mins, although you can trust red nose to make deft subs to change the tie.

  4. zeus

How the Fuck is United drawing? Milan should have had a penalty on Ronnie. Plus the hunter is a cunt.

Listening to Aunty Gray jizzing in his pants over sum lucky strike from Scholes is driving me up the wall.

United should be 4-0 up by now.

PS how about us getting Vidic. One thing is for sure his ass is out of Old Toilet after defying Old red nose.

  5. zeus

Milan for the win when/if Inzaghi comes on. Class and experience in abundance in this side.

Red nose to look like a loser by full time.

  6. Pat

These games show us Porto will be no pushovers.

madrid and United are very lucky not to have conceded more goals. United fluke goal is becoming quite a common complaint this year

  7. ritesh

What a save by the Lyon Keeper on a Ronaldo missile.

He is one of the best in the world on this form. Lyon are running Real ragged.

  8. Wrighty7

Still don’t get it either Suga!

Hi Le Invincible. Its good mate thanks for asking. To be honest though its trying to find the time to do it!

That’s why I’m not on here as much as I used to be.

  9. SUGA3

    Wrighty,

it’s probably a reference to shit technical condition of cars in Mexico…

this must be a Yank joke: any resident US Grovers care to explain?

  10. Pat

United are so fucking lucky. Totally bossed for the majority of the game and score 2 free headers. Where is the marking ffs?

  11. Wrighty7

Was Stokes goal from a Delap missile?

That is a weapon that throw!

It should be banned that he can use a towel to dry the ball though.

    Takes up so much time!

  12. Pat

Rooney was left wide open for both his headers today.

Milan should have won this. So much for United being an offensive team.

They rely so much on the counter, its unreal.

  13. reggie 57

Its the result what counts though pat do you think old red nose is worried whether they are a offensive or a counter attacking team? No i think not!!

  14. David

Thats why there are 2 legs…I think Ronaldinho completely disappeared in the second half…seems like everything was going through him.

  15. David

that Madrid game was very boring and weird…its like they didnt know what to do with the ball.

We complain about Wengers lack of tactics but damn…they really couldnt think of anything else other than pass to Ronaldo/Kaka.

  16. A

Utd without Rooney would be TOTALLY fucked! If only. Nice injury or lengthy ban to keep him out for the rest of the season, then he returns fresh for the world cup!

Maybe the FA will go back over Utd’s games this season and give him retrospective bans for all the disgusting things he’s done, would keep him out at least until the end of the season!

  17. zeus

Thats milan to the quarters then. I hope some of you that like to say ‘let’s buy huntelaar’ saw that he is in fact a big pile of ordinary shit.

  18. zeus

Real madrid lucky to only be 1-0 down.

If Denilson plays 2mrw we are fucked.

Lyon’s Lloric is class, but he would cost a fortune.

Thats why when/if they come up against barca they willlookdistinctly second best again.
    twats.

  20. zeus

And he is french is he not. Wenger has dibs on Frenchie. But to bring in a player younger than Fabianski to be #1 would mean us having to let go of both Almunia and Fabs.

I would love to have him. He was good during the WCQs too.

Fellani out for the season at Everton

Of course, just when Manure is coming to town. Pff.

How do you guys feel about maybe getting Vidic. I think he is up for sale, he has crossed Fergie 1 too many times.

  22. ManGoonian

    A;

I was watchin the game with aome Manc United mates and kept saying the same thing about Rooney! A nice Metatarsal which will keep him fresh for the World Cup! Oh and out of the rest of the season too!

Fabianski is in net tomorrow and I hope he shows his true colours and plays a blinder… Time for him to step up and take the number 1 shirt…

I am effin sick of people waffling on and on about how we should sign this fuckin keeper or other… We have a top GK in the squad already…

we really need to get some new and world class players in ASA-fucking-P!!!!
    ______________

Well, I suppose it is nhalf term….

  24. AA23

I dont know why people are thinking that Porto are going to be a pushover
We will be very lucky not to get beaten tomorrow.

  25. ManGoonian

    Suag3;

Thats a great attitude you have there…. ASlready hoping our players fuck up…. You will be soooo happy IF Fabianski makes a mistake wont you….

    Shockin behaviour… Yellow card!

  26. A

I’m a big fan of him as a footballer zeus – not sure how even the most ardent supporter could be a fan of him as a person!

Yep agreed Mang, lets hope tomorrow is the big breakthrough for Fab!

  27. SUGA3

    MG,

no, I won’t – I would be more than happy to be proven wrong, really ;)

I am not ‘hoping’, as hope is something uncertain – we have a problem in the shape of our manager thinking that:

    - goalkeepers don’t win you games
    - captain’s role is overrated

    and some other gems…

  28. ManGoonian

    Suga3;

How many games has he actually PLAYED???

I can’t really remember that many this season….

    Or to put it into klanguage you might understand better;

    Baaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh….

  29. SUGA3

    MG,

please mate, that’s just silly – he has not played too many games, because he is no better than Al, who’s been shocking this season…

real shame about his injury, as he looked OK in the Dippers game: I don’t want Fabianski to cock up just to have the doubtful pleasure of telling you ‘I told you so’, I didn’t want him at this club in the first place, simple as…

  30. ManGoonian

    Gambon;

He is a decent keeper, but like most players needs to play games, you know? In a row! Not one here and then another one 3 months later…

Almunia has had his chances and now its time for the Pole…

It is hilarious that people are raving about Sczesny as if he is thye answer…

I give it 2 Prem games before the same poeple are writing him off….

  31. SUGA3

well, ‘decent’ is not good enough if you want to win stuff, I think it is the ‘world class’ that we should be looking for…

Szczesny is miles ahead of Fabianski talent wise, real shame about his freak injury and too much time spent in the limbo (neither 1st team nor ressies)…

  32. choy

fabianski needs a run of games.. all these young guys are the same! song.. diaby.. they just can’t come play one game and be world class!

  33. ManGoonian

Most of the stuff I read on here, slating players, is like the WMD stuff put out by the yanks before we inveded Iraq…

Something is said often enough and people start to believe it was fact….
