Happy Valentines day Grovers, are you prepared for the massacre?

by & filed under Uncategorized.

Before you ask who will be massacred, the answer is no one, I wanted to wish you all well on this most romantic of days, but not in a gay way, more of a man hug way, that goes for the girls too, but the headline was looking a bit dodgy, so I manned it up with the massacre bit.

No relevance whatsoever, so onto the news, with Arshavin out I expect to see a front line that has Eduardo on the left, Nikki B in the middle and Theo out right. I know Theo has been like a forward version of Denilson and Almunia this season, but I really think he will just erupt soon, when? Who knows, perhaps this week.

He also has Nasri and Rosicky to chose from but Rosicky gets the nod for me, he is more penetrating and is more of a goal threat, I like Nasri I really do, but since his Marseille days I expected him to be more Zidane’ish by now, but hopefully he will soon, don’t forget, he’s still young by footballing standards, let’s face it, most of our team are, and that’s why Wenger believes so much in product youth, because if they do click, they’ll be clicking for another 10 years, with a veritable production line behind them.

I was having a big debate with my cousin yesterday about Chamakh, he was excited and I was disappointed, as we needed him this season and not next, my point was had we signed a few key players in the summer then we would be clear by know, he said if it doesn’t click by next season, he would admit it had failed, I want it to work as we have such talented players, and one day they will be world class, but we also have some duds and they need replacing, and they did last year as well, so we’ll see, Arsene, I’ll admit to my failings if you admit to yours.

YOU GO FIRST THOUGH…   …SUCKER!

I’m not sure we’ll have Silvestre next season and unless we give Gallas a 2 year deal, he’ll be off as well, me I’d give him a 2 year deal as I think he has done the business this season, if not I would go out and get at least one, world class centreback, me, I would sign Sakho to play alongside Vermaelen, and we’d have Djourou as back up, then we’d start to look like a classy outfit at the back, big and hard to get round.

We have to plan next year for the loss of RVP, Rosicky, Eduardo, Djourou, Theo and Diaby, why? Because they are crocks and they will be injured again next season, don’t get me wrong, I love them all, but they are always injured so if we are to keep them, then plan in advance next term.

So apart from Arshavin and Song, we should have a full squad for Porto, so this is my team, I know he’ll never play Vermaelen as the DM so I’ll stop putting that idea forward. With this line up and against Porto, I don’t think we need a DM.

Almunia

Eboue Gallas Vermaelen Clichy

Rosicky Cesc Diaby

Theo Bendtner Eduardo

Now that team is as good as it gets, and it’s cetainly as good as we’ve got.

Have a great day Grovers, if you’re a bloke, then do the right thing with flowers, if you are a lady, you know what to do, you always do, any other combination I’m not commenting and I have my hands over my ears and I’m la, la, la, la, lahing!

    I like Nasri I really do, but since his Marseille days I expected him to be more Zidane’ish by now

    Rubb’ish :)

    Nasri neither has the physique, height or strength to be- err…. Zidane’ish

  2. BigRaddy

    Morning

    Geoff. There is no chance AW will play that team – we always play 4-5-1 away in Europe.

    I would love AW to show more nuts and attack Porto, but he won’t. You know Denilson will get a gig and AW will play Nik on the right with Eduardo playing central IMO.

  3. rico

    Morning Grovers

    Fine post Geoff, Rosicky for me too to start, he is just starting to get back to his old self – a few wayward passes here and there, but…

  4. Fabgooner

    Geoff. There is no chance AW will play that team – we always play 4-5-1 away in Europe.

    As opposed to what?:O

    We’ve played the whole season with 4 defenders, 5 midfielders and 1 striker.

  5. Pedro

    Look at Geoff busting out the coloured text!

    Nice post!

    I’m looking forward to the Porto game. Apparently they are in good form… they beat Sporting by a number of goals. I still think we’ll tear them a new asshole!

    It’ll be a shame if Arshavin can’t make it… but that might be a good chance to utilise the pace of Vela… who seems to have fallen out of favour big time!

    Gutted we’ve not been in the FA Cup this weekend… it was nice to see City held!

    Who would have a cheeky bid for Joe Cole in the summer? Subbed at half time against Cardiff yesterday!

  6. Jimbo

    Hope denilson, Eduardo, almunia and silvestre (cunt) leave in the summer, and hopefully Wengker too. Get hiddink in, on a one year deal, and sign chamakh, lukaku, hazard, sahko, savic and subotic. That’s champions, right there- especially without wengker continually getting it wrong!

  7. terry

    i dont know who wenger will play but if we play a front 3 of eddy/nasi ,nikki b and theo we will be more dangerous and no denilson in place of him play either rosicky or nasri i really think that to win against porto we need to attack

  8. BigRaddy

    Yeah right….

    & Kaka, Alex, Ronaldo, Messi, Keita, Diarra,Villa etc etc

    Get a grip boys. It is never going to happen.

  9. ManGoonian

    Morning…

    That lineup looks pretty close for me…. Might have Nasri in there somewhere though…

    I think Eboue has been pretty effin outstanding at RB for us…

    Gallas deserves a 2 year deal, for his performances and the way he has shown great maturity and committment after losing the arm band last season…

    Silvestre and Senderos will be off tho and I doubt Sol will still be around, so we will need to sign at least 1 CB, although I am hoping that 1 or both of Nordveit and Bartley show us they have the necessary to come good for the Arsenal…

  10. xeeez

    yea I agree..but I feel the time to get SWP is gone…I think should have got with Adam Johnson instead..been a fan of him from the first time I saw him play for Middlesbrough..

  11. ManGoonian

    I think Arshavin needs a rest anyways, he aint been doin it for a while…

    Hasn’t Vela been injured for a while pedro?

    I have always rated Joe Cole, getting him on a free from the chavs would be funny too…

  12. xeeez

    arseboi I agree Theo never had a football brain..but the problem is its getting worse by the day! there was a hope when he started putting a few performances together in 08/09 season end..thats been his best spell so far!

  13. Jimbo

    What’s so absurd about that lot? Not every manager would choke as bad as wengker in the transfer market, and none of them would be that hard to sign anyway. Get wengker and his bottlers out (al, ed and den) and we can become ten times the team

  14. f4phantomphreak

    I think we can take FC Porto, but we must not go in there thinking we got the easy draw, we have to go into there house and take command. I agree Walcott has no brain whatsoever, he is all legs and nothing else, he’s got the speed but the end product seems to fail him all the time…. Everytime I see Rosicky play I keep my fingers crossed cause I keep waiting for him to pull up lame again after a long run from midfield, ugggghh it kill’s me…. Anyhoo Up The Arsenal!!!

  15. ManGoonian

    Nig Raddy;

    The 4-3-3 can easily become a 4-5-1 fella…

    I just hope that someone, somewhere at the club has been drilling the team on how to defend hoofballs and counter attacks…

    It aint exactly rocket science now is it???

  16. TonyS

    Every time I have seen Eboue this season he has looked better than Sagna. But to play Eboue as right back over Sagna in a CL away leg would be suicide.

  17. reggie 57

    Good what happened to you ? you went AWOL after them beatings by the mancs and chavs i was kinda getting concerned fella!!

  18. SUGA3

    morning all ;)

    good read Geoff – I would go for that team too, but we all know this will not happen…

    if Denilson doesn’t start, he is as good as gone in the summer IMO…

    Pedro,

    I always liked Cole, but our permacrocks don’t really need a new mate in the physio room, do they?

  19. Jezza

    When will people like yourself finally cotton on? Walcott is just not up to it and sadly never will be for me. He’s only had this much time because he’s English otherwise he’d have been shown the door ages ago just like Quincy was. I’m sick of seeing him lose possession or end up flat on his arse trying to take a defender on. He just ain’t good enough and it pains me to say it because I wanted to him to succeed as much as anyone. Sorry!

  20. rico

    MG, I think Theo will come good, he needs a long stint in the side, AW gives Denilson and Almunia chance after chance, just hope he has the Theo gets the same..

  21. SUGA3

    rico,

    Almunia gets chance after chance, as the other two are even worse and our most talented GK is plying his trade on loan ;)

    Denilson got a back injury and these bastards never heal properly – probably playing him every game last season wasn’t such a good idea at such young age…

    as for Theo: someone rightly pointed out that he plays better when he has no time to think, as he will always make the wrong decision when applying anything other than instinct – a sign of weak footballing brain…

  22. rico

    reggie – I don’t think keep being injured helps, everytime he seems to ‘start’ to play a little better, he gets crocked again

    SUGA, What about Mannone, we didn’t lose when he was between the sticks – denilson, I wish he was always crocked… ;)

  23. TonyS

    Ok. Sangna=solid defensivley, piss poor otherwise. Eboue=looks great all round, having a great season. Might have a great game. But prone to complete and utter mental abberations. The guy is nuts. This is not the game.

  24. SUGA3

    rico,

    Mannone fills me with dread, as he is simply unpredictable: good presence but too prone to spill and easy ball in the danger areas – both him and Fabianski can’t catch the ball IMO…

    unfortunately, Al is still the best option of the three…

  25. Ali Saljuk

    Hi fellow grovers !!

    Its been kind of an odd weekend without any Arsenal action involved. We should have been in the cup but we are not so lets move on. got to say i wanted Man City and Stoke to somehow BOTH lose the game yesterday :P

    I think we should be tactical ( by that i mean 4-5-1 ) against Porto away in the CL. All we need realsitically is a clean sheet ( long shot !! ) and an away goal. What we dont need is be 2-0 in the first 20 mins. We should be compact and ease our way in the game somehow like the liv game , lets play our way back into some form and confidence.

    Porto are a dangerous side , we need to be careful of Hulk and his runs and Bruno Alves at set pieces. There keeper Helton is suspect and its a pity arshavin wont be there as he and rosicky can have a go at some shots from outside. Big game for Diaby and Bendtner with Song and Arshavin out. Time for Cesc to find his pre – last four games form as well !!

    hey rico long time no speak !
    totally agree ,
    dont give vito a new 2 year contract if he isnt capable ..

    i think give him a go also ..

    we sure as hell wont be signing big al on another deal hopefully

    so give the future its chance i say , or whats the point in project youth anyhoo …

  27. ManGoonian

    Reggie reg;

    I was on here after the manc game fella…

    But I’ve been down sarf since last week mate…

    Was at the chav game and although the result was shite, the atmosphere the away Goons created was effin brilliant!!!

    BTW, we are gonna win the league by default!!! :D

  28. preencemeka

    Guys something tells me we will d league but we must continue scoring plenty goal cos goal diff will be d key to winning it.

  29. finestcuts

    Happy Birthday to Sagna!

    I hope Silvestre leaves, that would force Wenger out of his comfort zone and he would need to get a top quality defender.

    I reckon Gallas will stay on, the only way is down for him after Arsenal so if he wants to continue at top level, his best bet is to continue with us and hopefully he knows it. If he wants to take a step down and be the best defender in the French league, so be it, whatever happens we need to buy another central defender because he won’t be around forever.
    Djourou and Nordveit will be ready for next season so we have 3 guaranteed CB, Sol would most probably be fine with signing a 1 year extension, so 4 players already guaranteed.

    My question about Chamakh is, in summer, Wenger said he didn’t sign Chamakh because he would not be able to offer him enough games to make it worth his while. This summer, strikers should be back, so does that mean one is on the way out? I hope not.

    I’m just wondering about Highbury Square, has that money been used to repay some of the stadium debt? If not why not, what’s the plan? And the club are earning bigger profits than ever even after paying the players King’s ransoms and paying the monthly bills.

    The current situation goes back to two summers ago when we could have bought all the players needed and we wouldn’t have been in this mess. When Adey was engineering a move, we should have cashed in and re-invested the money straight away.

    Instead of signing Silvestre, a top quality centre back should have been signed. Instead of waiting for Song to develop a ready made DM should have been bought (how much in real terms has it cost to develop Song, I’m sure far more than it would have cost to buy a decent DM who is ready to play).

    It’s the same old story of spending hundreds of millions, and not spending the final few in order to save money. If you were to buy a Prada suit, surely you’d want to get a pair of shoes to go with it and not skimp on the final details.

  30. ManGoonian

    Finest;

    It is very difficult to sign a world class defender who is happy sitting on the bench for most of the season, especially in a world cup year… We have Djourou but he got injured, which is a real shame for the lad… I wasnt too enamoured when we signed Silvestre, but I can underdstand Wenger doing it and if I’m being nhonest, he has done OK when (rarely) called upon this season. The fact he can play LB has also been a good thing.

    As for Song, well, I dont think we have actually strengthened that position since Vieira left in 2005. We were sposed to get Baptista, that never happened and Wenger never got a replacement in and we have been light there since, IMO…

  31. ManGoonian

    And finest, I just thought it was a question of us offering a certain amount for Chamakh, Bordeaux wanting twice that sum and us saying, no thanks…? Nothing about a lack of playing time, unless that was just an excuse for not getting him in?

  32. nn

    just read your post geoff. theos shit. just get over it. you have been saying how good theo is going to be for ever. he will not make it at arsenal ill bet my life on it. thats how certain i am

  33. Jay20h

    Walcott is a massive dissapointment, Granted..

    However Song has come good, and hopefully Theo will bounce back and become an important player for us!

  34. DeiseGooner

    Spot on about needing to strengthen the defense 44Samuel.

    Almunia needs getting rid of as soon as the season ends. Id go far as to say drop him now and give Fabianski his chance til the end of the season. I know hes a bit rash and has cost us a few times with his rushing out when theres no need. But that decision making will get better with playing time with the defence. Theres minimum 14 games to play this season so i say give him his chance. If we are realistic then wed have to say we arent strong enough to win either the league or the champs league. We should beat Porto and finish third (not good enough but i dont think you can expect more unless the sub standard players are shipped out and we are strenghtend in the areas so obvious to us) Therefore those games will tell us if he can make it now. If not then we could tell if hes a solid no2 and bring in a top class keeper he can learn from and get him to raise his game. – Id personally get Lloris. He reminds me of Cech. And we had the option of getting Cech way before he rose to the attention of Chelski.

    Sagna and Clichy need to be played as full backs and not wing backs. Their starting positions needs to be deeper, part of a back four, playing behind the play and backing up the attack less often. They arent great with crosses or their final ball in the attacking third anyway so less is better when it allows them to defend from a strong starting position. Just having the back there makes us less likely to be cought on the counter. How many times have they both been absent from defensive duties by being ahead of the play unnessessarily? – Gibbs and Eboue are able backups with a bit more to their attacking games.

    Silvestre needs to go. Sol will. I feel theres a good chance Gallas will too but we should do all we can (give him 2 year deal) to keep him here. Djourou needs to be fourth choice. Nortveid and Bartley can fight it out for 5th choice. Therefore we need a 3rd choice centrehalf that you would have confidance deputising for either Gallas or Vermaelen, with the intention of taking over as Vermaelens long term partner at the heart of our defence. Therefore a player of 23ish who has played plenty of first team games regularly and is of international class. – There are a few out there in the premier leage and in european leages too.

    Denilson isnt a starter and should only be squad player. Ramsey has overtaken him in my opinion. Therefore id like to see a proper DM come in as proper competition for Song. – Cesc Song Diaby is looking like a strong midfield 3. Backed up by a new DM, Wilshire/Ramsey as Cescs understudy. Little Jackie and Merida are the backups to the backups for the attacking free role of the central 3. Ramsey can also do the box to box role that Diaby is starting to show hes capable of now.

    If Chamakh comes in then front 3 would be

    VanP – Chamakh – Arshavin

    backed up by

    Eduardo/Vela – Bendtner/Eduardo – Nasri/Rosicky

  35. DeiseGooner

    oh i forgot Theo – hes really got to get his finger out but wont give up on him yet – hes has the potential to play in any of the front 3 positions but something is yet to click with him – will it ever ?

  36. SUGA3

    Fabianski said in the Polish press that he will consider a move if he doesn’t get more playing time – I say good riddance to bad rubbish: real shame we didn’t swap him for Sakho when we had a chance…

  37. Dutchman

    WE ARE LINKED WITH FELLAINI!!!!!!! FACK!! What a signing that will be!! I want this players for the summer, Chamakh, fellaini, sabotic and a good keeper!!! And Now we are linked to all!!!
    Fellaini 20m
    chamakh free
    Sabotic 14m

    Sell some players and we have a great team!!

    keeper
    eboue-sabotic-vermealen-gibbs/clichy
    fellaini-fabregas-diaby/song
    arshavin
    RvP——————-Chamakh

    !!!!!!
    What a team!

  38. ManGoonian

    I have a master plan for next season Jaguar…

    All will be revealed in due course….

    DeiseGooner;

    I think the fullbacks, particularly Clichy have been left exposed a fair few times as well as them being too far up field…. I would stick Nasri on the left for that reason vs Porto, he aint afraid to track back, get stuck in and do the dirty work that Arshavin can’t be arsed with most of the time…

    I also think Clichy has been way off form since he came back. Such a pity Gibbs is out for the season…

  39. ManGoonian

    Suga3;

    What are you on about fella???

    Fabianski is quality, has hardly had a chance, please give it a rest writing off every effin Arsenal player, its getting ridiculous, it might hold water if we were in a relegation scrap…

    And when was this Sakho swap deal in the offing?

  40. ManGoonian

    I think a blog is a useful thing, but unlike knee jerk bollocks one shouts during a game, or down the pub, here, all the bollocks spouted stays here, for ever and ever, ad nauseum…

  41. DeiseGooner

    i find it hard to understand writing someone like theo off at this stage of his career. hes not really played all that regularly and hes been in and out of the squad due to injury – Denilson is another matter – hes has loads of playing time but hes not benefited from it at all – hes average at best – does nothing too offensive to the eye but doesnt really add anything to the team – you can see Diaby has got ability on the ball, is strong and carries a goal threat – Ramsey has an eye for a killer ball and puts a foot in and has goals in him – Wilshire looks like hes got it all in his locker to be of a level with Cesc – Song has reall come on, can hold up the ball keeps it simple needs to work on positional play a bit but he has improved in that aspect too.

    Denilson – has no real eye catching ability but when in with a strong midfield hes passable. Hes gotten quite lazy though – most likely as he seems to be a wenger favourite and seems assured of his place – hopefully Diaby/Ramsey and Wishire will convince him and the boss otherwise

  42. Jaguar

    Walcott is quality.The blame squarely goes to our manager,who wants to tinker with him.If he were at anyother club,Walcott would have been a world class player.Sadly,Walcott is not French.

  43. SUGA3

    ManGoo,

    I would promote Szczesny to #1 if we won’t buy a GK in the summer – Fabianski and Mannone are both just good shot stoppers, nothing more…

    when exactly are we going to give Fabianski a run of games?

    now? too much at stake…

    next season? I hope he’ll be gone by then…

    don’t get me wrong: I have been watching Fabian long before he joined Arsenal and he did not improve one bit…

    RE: chesney
    yes hes been great on loan , but its a lower league and neither vito or fab2 has been handed by wenger any long term run DUE TOO the out of form ALMUNIA….

    but your right about vito ,he kept a few clean sheets and i noticed gallas and TV looked more comfortable with vito behind them than big al …

  45. SUGA3

    and oh, there was talk of Fabianski going to PSG in the summer (loan to possible permanent move)…

    should have snapped up Sakho, as he pisses all over JD IMO…

  46. Jaguar

    Denilshite and Clownmoonia picked ahead of the likes of Walcott and Fabianski speaks much about Mr.Wenker’s love for the marmites.He doesnt give two shits to selecting the best team,all he wants to prove to the world,is that,he can win something,with a couple of shit players,who wouldnt find a space in anyof Europe’s elites.

  47. SUGA3

    Jaguar,

    Almunia is our best keeper at the moment – sad state of affairs, I know…

    and how exactly is Denilson picked ahead of Theo?

    ManGoo,

    I am not writing off players that have quality, it’s just my opinion that we should be a bit more ruthless with lame ducks – do you think we will recoup what we have spent on Denilson so far? think again…

  48. ManGoonian

    Suga3;

    I’d be happy for Fabianski to be number 1 ne3xt season, with the younger Pole out on loan again as a 1st choice somewhere, a bit like how Hart is at Brum…

  49. Jaguar

    I was speaking about Wenker’s preference for shite players,Suga3.Wenker has given too much time,to see some players like Denilshite improving from worse to bad.But all he did with Walcott,was tinkering his playing position to suit Wenker’s wild fantasies and destroy another talent like the way Wenker did with manyothers.

  50. ManGoonian

    Suga3;

    I dont recall mentioning Denilson… But he is yet another player to add to your list of Arsenal writeoffs isnt he…

    ethan;

    I thought Mannone did loads better than I expected of him when he was called into the team (that should’ve been fabianski’s time to come in and push Almunia out, IMO, but he ewas injured!!) Apart from a few nervy moments, which, unless we sign those cyborg players, was to be expected given the fact he was 3rd effin choice!

    Almunia aint gonna get much better, whereas all our other keepers will, IMO…

  51. Gooby

    denilson suerly is shit. hope we sell him in the summer. psg might need him with makelele getting near his 40th aniversary

  52. ManGoonian

    Suga3;

    You are entitled to your opinion and I know you are a decent fella and will happily hold your hands up and admit you were wrong, when Fabianski proves you wrong!!! :D

    Jaguar;

    Denilson wouldn’t be in the team if there were no injuries and for me, Eastmond should deputise for Song next week, while Ramsey would get in ahead of him for the more offensive role in the midfield 3 as well and next season lansbury will be ahead of him too, along with JET and Wilshire!!! :D

  53. Jaguar

    Denilson has been picked week in week out,since the begining of the season,before he showed his true colours,Mangoo.It was not injuries,which forced Wenker to play him.

  54. gambon

    Chamakh is far from a shit player, he’s a very good player, just far from what we need/have been missing.

    Theo – now theres an example of a shit player.

    Theo & Dudu out, Chamakh & Dzeko in would be dreamworld stuff!

  55. gambon

    Gooby

    A bit too early to tell.

    Very good attitude and a habit of scoring good goals from CMF. At this point id say he could be the next Lampard, could be the next Sidwell.

  56. ManGoonian

    Suga3;

    I gotta say I rate your ability to chat shit with a straight face fella! Hahaa!

    Gambon;

    We have missed a forward with presence, technique, good in the sir, with top hold up ability…. Thats what Chamakh brings innit?

  57. ethangunner

    ManGoonian

    the same argument i used Vs ade last season, nik can still get better ,whilst ade had regressed..

    same must be the case for vito or why would wenger sign vito on a 2 year deal .

    you can expect nerves at 1st for any GK who is trying to displace the No1 at the club ..

    fuck no.1 !

    he is NOT worthy !!!

    i think the defense was more settled with vito
    thats my reasoning behind it

  58. ManGoonian

    ethan;

    Yeah, I concur old buddy! In was at the Fulham game and he was outstanding, then he made that fuck up vs West Ham and he is shite! Goalies make mistakes and young ones even more so, time will tell obviously, but I think him, Fabianski and Sczsezny can fight it out for the top spot at Arsenal… It is funny how everyone seems to have the younger Pole as a shoe in for that position yet he aint evenj played a top flight game yet!

  59. ManGoonian

    Gooby;

    Lansbury had a bit of an attitude problem when he was very young, think rat faced Bentley, but not soooo cuntish or rat faced! He has settled down a lot, worked really hard and I think he can definitely do a job for us and hopefully more… I have had high hopes for him for ages now and the time on loan at Watford has really aided his progress… Him and that United loanee are the main men for the Hornets…

  60. gambon

    ManG

    I would say we need a top class, poweful forward, at least at the same level as RVP.

    The difference between us and UTD/Chelsea is a good defence and taking chances in the big games. I dont think Chamakh would give us that.

    If he is a replacement for Dudu or Vela then its good business.

  61. ManGoonian

    Gambon;

    I think Chamakh will be a good addition to the squad, RvP is number 1, and Chamakh will offer us another dimension, IMO and his hold up play will be crucial, that fior me is a major factor in the way the midfield and defence have been put under pressure by opposition teams; having no outlet upfront has put unneccesary pressure on the team…

    His hold up play will allow the likes of Nasri, Arshy, Theo, Cesc, Rosicky et al to get into scoring positions and create goal scoring opportunities… Well, thats how I see it anyway!

    Mannone played well in the other games he played in, the errors vs West ham and Brum (I think) were a voidable, but pretty understandable given his age and lack of 1st team experience…

    Shay Given has looked pretty average when I have seen him, but to others he is amazing…

    Maybe we should Friedel on a season deal, send Mannone & fabianski out on loan and then we WILL know

    Diarra wouldnt play for the team, refused to play in the carling cup and wouldnt go out on loan, the fucker couldnt be arsed to be patient and burnt his bridges, the fecker had to go… Selling him, Flaminim leaving and then allowing Gilberto to be sold was a very fucked up chain of events though!

    Afternoon guys!

    Porto are a tricky and experienced team, but I believe we can win them over the two legs. A goal away would mean a lot, I pip Eduardo or Diaby to score.

    The spuds are shite btw!
