Sky TV reporters, you’re banned!

by & filed under Uncategorized.

Ha, ha, how funny is that? Sir Red Nose has banned all Sky journalists from his manc press conferences, it’s because of them getting drug cheat Ferdinand a ban for an ugly moment against Hull.

I thought Sky owned shares in them? How funny is that? So I figured they would at least have owned the press room! Well done Red Nose, on a day when giant phallic symbol Simon Jordan went into administration and we didn’t sign anyone, I thought the day couldn’t get any better, well you know what? It did!

Maybe we’ll profit from Palace’s demise and sign 33 year old winger Victor Moses, I listened to Talkshite last night and they were giving Bostock some stick (pardon the pun) for his bad attitude at Brentford, but they had an official on that said their keeper, our boy, who’s name I can’t pronounce, will be Arsenal’s first keeper within 2 years, stick him in now boss, we need a keeper so, so, badly!

I wanted to talk a bit about Theo, something isn’t right, you don’t go from scoring a hatrick for England, doing mazy runs like the Champions league dribble at Anfield and scoring his trademark goals to the rubbish we saw at the Brittania Stadium, not overnight you don’t.

Something has gone wrong, maybe he’s had a row, I would like to suggest until he gets his form back, we cut his salary, why? Because he isn’t earning it now. Theo I have always believed in you, I think you will still be a legend, but mate, pull your socks up and stop feeling sorry for yourself, there are people on the terraces that are a lot worse off than you. In fact my guess? Everyone on the terraces is a lot worse off than you, you are a very lucky boy.

News today is Bendy and Nasri will be back on the bench tonight, which means they will be back playing, let’s hope Nikki shows his boss why there’s no-one better out there he can buy… only time and Nikki B will tell.

Song is on his way back and could make the manc game, so I would like to see what would happen if we mixed it a bit at the back, this may make us a little more solid and will bring much needed competition to the DM role, Eastmond I like, but in a Denilson way, when Denilson first arrived, he showed glimpses of potential, it’s only really this season he looks rubbish.

Eastmond could make it but I hope we bring him on rather than sling him on.

So how’s this for a team tonight then?

Almunia (Fabianski I never want to see again, and we have no choice, Mannone’s gone shopping, spending his pay rise)

Sagna Campbell Gallas Clichy

Rosicky Cesc Vermaelen

Walcott Eduardo Arshavin

Nikki and Samir to come on, on 74 minutes.

Don’t shout me down, I think Vermaelen could be a better DM than a centre back, and I think he’s a great centre back. I think Campbell is more than good enough to play with Gallas.

I also think this could be the combination we’ve been looking for and maybe if Bendtner has a blinder, maybe we’ll have the team to get us results in the next 4 games, if we don’t get results, that’s the season over, so let’s hope we show Villa who we really are tonight.

After Sunday I’m not feeling like making a prediction, I do think we’ll win though, why? Well because we are better than them and Martin O’Neil has tipped us to win the title!

We have the best record at Villa park of all the top four, and yes I did include the spuds in that assessment!

Have a great day today Grovers and no taking the piss out of that silly accent that Villa supporters have, you know the one that sounds like Benny from Crossroads, and as Jesus once said,’ forgive them father, for they know not what they are doing’

On that Godly note I bid you farewell, and good luck tonight!

why do you think Cesc wanted to play against Stoke?

to win the bloody thing, that’s why…

I for one won’t blame him if at the end of the season when we won’t win zilch, he says: ‘look Arsene, I told you to buy a few quality players, and you didn’t to shit, hence I am off to Barca, go fuck yourself’

  2. Paul88

    Suga3

Exactly. I don’t doubt our ability, I just don’t think we can match their will to win, fight, determination. Whatever you want to call it.

I do believe if we’d taken the cups more serious in the past, we’d be reaping the benefits now. We just don’t seem to be able to ‘get over the line’ because we don’t know how to win. IMO

  3. incesc

im not whinging anbout the result 0 – 0 isnt bad at villa away.

could be a lot more comfortable if wenger got in some fresh legs.

no players out there better than a midget target man, please.

  4. goonermichael

No finest that’s wrong. You’ve got to fear the worst and say we’re fucked and the season’s over otherwise you’re dreaming

  5. Pedro

Some people need to get a grip out there!

We drew to Villa away from home… we can still overturn Chelsea and ManU…

A bit of positive thinking out there!

  6. Simon McMahon

Raddy of course we havent we all want the team to win but the manager doesnt share the same paasion and
feelings , it’s obvious now he constanly flirts with us threw the media about signings then doesnt , then comes out about what he see’s in this team ,
    says
they are special then take alook at denilson, and the boy wonder on £60k and see what it means to them to play for us.

  7. Ja_Gunner

Why did Wenger throw Senderos away…..

Now Vermaelen is injured….so we only have Gallas(who is carrying a niggling injury)and Sol…

Fuck!!!…He is gonna play Song at CB and our midfield will remain impotent……

What the fuck is going on?

Anyway..Wenger is a fuckhead..did he really think only 2 quality CBs would last the full season…the fucker does not even rest them….

And the fucker knew Djurou was out for the season

  8. GoonerT1m

why is everyone making such a fuss… its okay guys we have a team of spoilt kids a deluded manager and the seasons best player is injured….of and yeah of course just a small matter of united on sunday and then chelsea away….easy….lets play with the hand brake off !?!…yeah right….fuck off arsene and take the creche with you…

  9. Pedro

Too many people demand a win every game… when it doesn’t happen, we’re fucked…

Step back, look at the team we just played and accept the fact that result wont derail our challenge.

  10. goonermichael

Villa played their full part in a pulsating end-to-end affair but failed to add the Gunners to the scalps of the other ‘big four’ teams they have beaten this season – Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea.

It means Arsenal have now gone 12 years since last tasting defeat away to Villa as they extended their unbeaten Barclays Premier League run to 10 matches from which they have collected 24 points.

This is from a normally anti Arsenal sit and they are more objective than some on here.

  11. Stu

Now we need to buy a new defender. Sol has been great in his match and a half but he wont last 4months playing every 3 days sometimes.

Tonights result isnt that bad considering the teams that Villa have beaten at home but we should have won. Gotta but someone now because as it is Silvestre is our ONLY back up defender.

  12. Big Raddy

The Cesc thing Suga3. Again your opinion, not fact. I understood it was because JW was injured.

The Gambon/TAIG Anti-AW show rumbles on. Dull Dull Dull

  13. Johan

    Big Raddy,

I totally agree. I saw the game on my big screen TV and I can tell you that I saw that every intervention that Sol did were filled with rutine and experience. He looks great physically and is a towering giant.

He can still take care of Drogba, and Gallas can take care of Torres and Rooney.

The most important thing though is that Campbell took command of our defense when he came on, and it actually looked just as good as when VT played.

As I said, the only concern is how long Campbell can last being matched twice a week.

  14. Paulinho

Keyser – because in the end he would have to swallow his pride, get rid of players like Denilson and Walcott, and either bring in experienced players for a decent amount of cash or young ones for significant amounts.

Either way, the team that eventually wins something becomes very different to the one that Wenger tipped to ‘dominate’ english football back in 07 and Wenger is proven wrong on both not needing to spend money to win things, and not needing experience.

  15. SUGA3

    BR,

do you seriously think that a 35 year old can play week in week out for a team like us?

oh, sure, he can be rotated with Silvestre…

Drogba must be licking his lips, same goes for Shrek…

  16. rsr123

Need a CB now. Sol is good enough but cannot play every single game until the end of the season. Also need a striker as Eduardo is taking way too long to get back to his best.

  17. Wrighty7

Seriously, are most people that pissed that we drew at Villa Park?

Its one of the hardest places to get a result these days!

Whilst I’m not dancing around the room, naked swinging my bits around, I’m happy with that point.

If we can come through unbeaten and get 8 points from these very difficult run of games then it will mean so much to this squad.

    The belief we will gain.

Trust me, that tonight, was a good result.

  18. Micky Did It 89

As I said, Song for Denilson, Nas to start ahead of Rambo, and stick Big Willy on Shrek. End of problems. We can beat Utd. Then we are right back in it.

  19. El Tel

    BR

We are the Kings of adversity and have been there with The Arsenal many times. The only titles I ever remember being easy was the Invincibles and the 91 season when we lost 1 match. Its always tough.

Although upset at least some of us keep the faith.

  20. Simon McMahon

paolo , if thats aimed at me thats my opion i’m entitled to it read the rules of engagement at the top before your mum tells you it’s bed time ,

  21. Paul88

    Ped

I don’t think it’s specifically this result that people are disappointed by. It’s probably more due to the lack of signings and constant injuries. Everytime we get a couple of players back we seem to lose two more. It just feels like 07/08 all over again.

  22. GoonerT1m

anything CAN happen but its shocking that he thinks we are equal to manure and the chavs, he needs to sort some strong players who can roll up their sleeves…simple.s..

  23. incesc

“Too many people demand a win every game… when it doesn’t happen, we’re fucked…

Step back, look at the team we just played and accept the fact that result wont derail our challenge.”

drawing with villa isnt bad but we could have one that if we had reinforced, and now we have man u and chelsea wthout vermelean or a proper striker.

i can possibly see us beating man u but not chelsea, who are clearly going to win the league unless we hit a massive vein of form.

  24. SUGA3

    Pedro,

it’s not demanding a win every game, it’s just frustration: we have just missed out on a good CB and we have lost our defensive rock for God knows how long…

  25. iqwoo

We don’t need to get another defender we have Fish Head.

The thing I’m worried the most about is where the goals are in this team. Against Manure and Scousers we had Arshavin to bail us out.

I don’t think he could do it again.

  26. gambon

Pedro, as i said it is a very good result.

However, we are a couple of weeks away from being out of contention, so its understandable why people get angry.

  27. Johan

    Wrighty7,

I agree that one point at Villa Park isn’t a bad result, but the fact that VT probably will be out for a while is a pretty bad piece of news.

  28. Pat

Some of you lot call the players spineless, but what do you call yourselves when you give up before the game even starts. Spineless bastards!

If TV is out for the season, then it’ll be tough.

Gambon, you still think it has nothing to do with luck? We’re the unluckiest team in the league. 2 consecutive seasons we’ve hit the woodwork the most times and long term injuries to the likes of Cesc, RVP, Verm, Clichy, Gallas(end of last season).

    This is fucking ridiculous.

  29. zak

the day after Senderos leaves and Smalling signs for man u, Vermy broken leg ( if confirmed ) thats 6 players with broken legs or backs in 3 and half years , not to mention broken feet. How lucky are we.

  30. WB

on a positive note TV is injured 4 days before window closes and on a negative note he is injured 4 days after senderos leaves.hell!!!
but i m sure he wont buy a CB,bcz we have gallas, sol and silvestre and ohh yes song too!, he can play there anyday remember we have denilson as DM.

  31. SUGA3

and oh – we will have to play either substandard CB pairing or substandard DM (or both, as Song is a poor CB) against full strength Chavs on their turf…

    any betting men out here?

    what are the odds?

  32. gambon

    Pat

Hitting the woodwork isnt bad luck, its a badly placed shot.

As for the injuries, its not like Wenger doesnt know we suffer badly.

The first time you suffer bad injuries its valid, if it goes on for 3 seasons you have to find a solution – ie a bigger squad.

  33. incesc

its not unlucky pat, we all predicted the injuires, rvp is injured every year, clichy too, walcott too rosicky too, diaby too.

wenger needed to buy in the summer he didnt, we needed to buy at christmas, he hasnt so far and we have 3 massive games coming up with the real prospect of playing silvestre in central defence.

  34. tenerife gerry

    Pedro you are so right.

I’m 45 supported Arsenal since 1970 and got used to not winning. That was a good away point that could well have been 3. these fuckin new age arsenal fans demand a win every match. Although DENILSON IS A CUNT we have to get real.

What I don’t agree with is Wenger chucking the cups. We used to fuckin win them.

  35. Pat

SUGA, I have to disagree. We have a pretty deep squad. Only Chelsea has a deeper one imo, and a better one.

front 3 positions: RVP, Nick, Eduardo, Nasri, Rosicky, Theo, Vela

CM: Cesc, Diaby, SOng, Ramsey, Rosicky, nasri, Denilson

Defense is where we’re weakest: Gallas, Sol, Verm, Silvestre

fullbacks we have Clichy, gibbs, traore, sagna and eboue

CB is where we lack 1 more quality player.

  36. Johan

It’s a huge amount of bad luck, but that doesn’t mean we’re some fucking loosers who should be going about pissing and moaning.

Look at Liverpool, they haven’t won the league in twenty something years and this season might just well end without a ECL position for them. Yet their fans still backs them up, so stop the whining and at least try to be a decent critic.

We could’ve won, it would have been fucking great, but at least we didn’t draw against wolverhampton.

  37. Wrighty7

Also I can’t believe that I’m seeing some people saying,

“We will be out of contention in a couple of weeks”

    HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?

We have yet to even play these games against United, Chelsea and Liverpool and you are waving the white flag?!

You’d be best off in Spain waving the white hankie around like Barca and Real Madrid fans! Ha ha

  38. El Tel

Clips of the Manc cunts on their own Station SSN.

Ferdinad elbows Teves in the face but so what he can do it as he plays for them and they always play to the rules, their rules that is. A clip of that Jock tosser fighting with Richards but oh no he is picked on because of Wenger.

What a joke the British media are. I cancelled my subscription a few years ago as I don’t want to fund them, looks like I will have to avoid SSN on my freeview.

Coins thrown at Citeh players but no its the Arsenal that has hostile fans according to the pisshead.

How about we see his reaction if our fans pelted his warriors on Sunday, all hell will break loose.

Hate them cunts and it is nothing to do with their success.

  39. Johan

    Wrighty7

Good point, some people here should start support either Barca or Real, that way you’ll get your boring wins every fucking week, you’ll have your CL guaranteed and the only match you really need to worry about is El Classico..

  40. Big Raddy

I cannot accept some of the bile that is being written here. This loathing of Wenger has become an epidemic on LG.

Sure we have problems caused by unfortunate injuries, but the squad assembled by AW would win the PL if fully fit, to me that is unarguable. Our starting 11 are better than the Chavs.

Who created that squad? Arsene Wenger. Sure he makes mistakes, who doesn’t, I would have liked the ssecurity of a back up DM and GK, but no-one deserves the level of vitriol towards AW that I read on here after almost every game.

  41. big dave

Gazidis should pull wenger up about his transfers
he is happy to bid for a unknown 7 mill but not a bloody striker or top midfielder

  42. Maksud

Just read on a forum that ATVO said TV has a problem with a nerve and will be assessed more tommorow.

    No mention of anything broken..

  43. SUGA3

    gerry,

it’s all fine, a draw is a draw, but why doesn’t AW get real? mental strength, quality – I’d like to get a dime for every time he said that…

and yes, throwing cups is disgraceful – this simply shows that this team is not good/strong/deep enough…

  44. Man

I’m a big Song supporter but I think we beat Bolton twice without Song and we were pretty close to beating Villa tonight. Song can also deputise for Sol if need be. I can’t see Drogba getting past Sol tho…Rooney’s the one that might prove difficult…the mancs will score alright but we’ll outscore them…3-2 to us on Sunday

  45. colonel mustard

Johan, come out of the fog….yet again our manager after being told a million times we need cover for centre forward and centre back and i mean quality cover failed. Robin crocked…TV…crocked….Sol is admirable but I dont fancy him vs. Rooney/Drogba/Torres and co. our fans back our team, our manager needs a reality check and i wont get started on the deadwood.

  46. Micky Did It 89

jlp: £2/game or £6.25/60 days. Its not tv quality, but its better than any stream and it does not break up. I read it here first on Big Raddys recommendation. No regrets at all. Great choice of games every night. Its the victory over ManU sunday next for me. The link was http://www.liveonlinefooty.com.

  47. incesc

Also I can’t believe that I’m seeing some people saying,

“We will be out of contention in a couple of weeks”

    HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?

er if we lose to man u and chelsea, then the chavs will be well away.

and we are going into the games with a weak injury ravaged squad

  48. Paulinho

It was funny watching Campbell on the touchline scoping out Vermaelen, probably thinking “please be injured, please be injured”.

  49. SUGA3

    Wrighty,

it’s not waving white flag, it’s analysing our options/chances…

realistically speaking, we may struggle – sure, I am going into every game thinking we will win: what’s the point otherwise?

  50. Johan

    Big Raddy,

Wenger is a great team builder and has a fantastic vision of football, no way I’m contesting that.

But he can also be arrogant, stubborn borderline foolish and he has noone, absolutely noone balancing his act. Therefore when he fails to sign a player, having the cash to do it, and then you see -the day after- a confirmation on why we needed that player, how can you expect people not to be pissed?

Wenger has been manager for Arsenal long enough that he should know how his winning teams have looked like! The weren’t filled with midgets on the pitch, they were strong fast paced teams. Of course it’s nice to have technically gifted players on the pitch… But why the fuck does that fact have to be conpletely dominating when he knows that it won’t yield the best results?

He must know that after all these years.. But it’s again all down to an incredible stubborness that I can’t respect, because it hasn’t given us shit for quite some time now except false promises and excuses.

  51. colonel mustard

Eduardo out too…big surprise….what are these lightweights feed…I play 5 a side monday night…did my left groin after 10 minutes…did I stop…did I f***k…I rather rip the leg of myself then stop. My point. these players we have are wimps and soft. How the f**k can Eduardo be injured again, he barely moved.

  52. David

    Big R

Second that that Wenger’s Starting XI can and prob would win the league.

    But they never stay fit.

And there is no back up plan.

I dont get why people act so surprised when Wenger gets the slating…

Sure its not his fault about the injuries but what has he done to address the squad?

  53. goonermichael

They had 1 very good chance BBK. We hit the woodwork twice. I never eally thought we’d lose. Ramsey and Denilson were shit. Campbell was good. Bendtner whatever anyone thinks adds something different.

  54. gambon

    Wrighty

I never said we WILL be out of contention, i said if Chelsea win their GIH and beat us the league is over for us. That is a fact, not a lack of support.

  55. Wrighty7

    Ok Suga point taken mate.

I just feel that most people on here tonight have given up because we have just drawn away to Villa and have a tough run coming up.

What happened to that good old Arsenal spirit?

We used to come out fighting when our backs are against the wall.

I suppose some people just have their glass half empty or half full.

I try to keep mine full.

I just wonder if the attitude is the same if we beat United on Sunday.

  56. Johan

    colonel mustard

I’m not talking about backing up Wenger, I’m a far fucking shot from an AKB,

I’m talking about backing the team that’s all.

Torres is out till mid February, Drogba will be a bitch but I’m pretty sure Sol can handle him, at least there’s no way big Sol will be bullied.

Rooney is in a diabolical form, and it will be tough, but then we’ll need to be tough enough!

  57. El Tel

    TG

My first game was 70 away v the Spuds although my dad and my dads dad are were (Gramps not here anymore)Arsenal fans. My whole fucking family are Gooners and my cousin reckons the name Gooner was giveen to him.

I have seen so many shit games it is not for real and although the football is good these days I want us to win every bame too. realistically it doesn’t happen and if it did we would all be bored.

we have won some tough titles in those years. Spuds away last game of 71 Pool away last second of 89. IMO this is far more exciting than walking the League although my ticker is weaker for it. The year we won at Old Trafford was tight too and I remember seeeing Wiltord score nthe winner in a pub in Bethnal Green.

The point of my History lesson is that I brlieve we can win thee title this year but I reckon it won’t be won till the last game of the season. Its The Arsenal way.

  58. gambon

Our first XI arent the best in the PL due to the very basic fact that we cant defend.

We are good goalscorers & poor defenders.

    Chelsea are good at both

Utd are good defenders and pretty good goalscorers.

When everyone has their first XI back we are still behind chelsea and probably level with UTD since they lost Ronaldo.

  59. Big Raddy

    Johan. That is your opinion.

To refer back to old teams is pointless. There was only one TH14, he is irreplaceable, only one DB10 etc etc.

I would love us to sign a big World Class striker, but outside of Torres and Drogba, there aren’t any in the PL. And with the collapse of sterling coupled with high taxation, it becomes increasingly difficult to sign World Class players from Euro leagues. Plus outside of Eto’o, name a World Class big striker (Ibra & Dzeko are unproven on the World stage).

You say AW is stubborn. You are right – it is one of the assets he has that make him one of the best managers in the world

  60. SUGA3

I hope we will beat ManYoo, but that’s more hope than confidence…

    Wrighty,

sure, we used to come out fighting with our backs against the wall, but we had a team of proven winners or a wild bunch capable of playing and grinding out results after a piss-up a night or two earlier…

  61. Paul88

    gambon

our first 11 isn’t the best in the epl due to the fact that I can’t remember the last time I saw them play together…oh well.

  62. El Tel

If TV has a broken leeg then he should join Colonel Ms Army as he likes to talk about fights battles and wars.

    TV walked off quite comfortably.

Just saw another clip of the glory boys and a Van Der Sar save that we can only dream of. Others slated me a year back for saying this was pissheads best recent signing, He is what we don’t have and he is almost as old as me.

  63. Pedro

Wrighty… I’m with you… this defeatist, ‘we’re fucked’ attitude gets boring sometimes.

It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy… like some want it to come true to make them right.

  64. Johan

    Big Raddy,

I’m not talking about recreating the invincibles, or the team of ’98.. I talking about the approach that Wenger used, combining pace, technical qualities and physical power!

We got Song, and Diaby in the midfield providing power and RVP and Bendtner on the striking line.

We should have had a cover for Diaby with the strength to match and dominate a midfield, to create space for the brilliance of Cesc, just like we should have had someone before Song became the player he is now, and now we need a cover other than Denilson who is just fucking clueless…

We would have needed a cover for RVP that wasn’t Bendtner as he still has big shortcomings that will only become so obvious in the coming weeks, yet even with those short comings the fact that we could kick up the ball on him and start the attacks from there created a whole different momentum compared to when we had Eddu on the pitch…

And that’s the fact I’m talking about, the combination of those three creates the brilliance of the Arsenal and our attacking football, without the power we loose space in the midfield and get runned down way to easily which inevitably fucks up our attacking momentum.

    Wenger should know this.

  65. tenerife gerry

I know we all love the Arsenal here but we really have to step back and take a deep breath.

we should have won but we didn’t.TV went off injured,Sol played well, Nikki B ain’t match fit, we won’t see much more soon of Dudu and denilson is, has been and will always be shit.

Please keep the faith, Arsenal aren’t the wife you want to divorce so get fuckin real and support them. He ain’t gonna sign anyone unless they are 12 or thirty fuckin 5, what ever we want to believe.

    God bless the Gooners

  66. SUGA3

AW just doesn’t do defending, does he?

that’s why we have a team packed with attacking midfielders, ONE decent DM and patched up defence…

and obviously, not a single GK that can win you a game or 10…

  67. Pedro

It’s far too simplistic to say a striker would have won us the game… who?

How many games have we failed to score in this season? 3 max?

  68. El Tel

Fletcher was MOM must have been a slag fest then. He is just another pisshead thug.

Betcha that rat faceed cunt Scholes maims Cesc on Sunday. I will take 2-1.

  69. goonermichael

the mancs paid 10 million for smalling apparently. I can’t see us paying tha. Mind you they’re only paying him 25 grand a week we would have paid him 40 and gave him a rise every year

  70. big dave

We dont need a striker !! yeah right, NB52 is not match fit and it will take few weeks to reach high level, to late then

    our manager is blinkered

same ol same ol year after fucking year

  71. SUGA3

“Thomas Vermaelen we don’t know, there will be an x-ray. He is on crutches and it is a fibula injury. We have to check tomorrow morning if it is just a nerve or a broken bone. Eduardo has a hamstring strain, a small one but for Sunday [Manchester United at home] he will be out.”

  72. big dave

We will lose cesc if this carrys on, buy him a decent partner to play along side or wave goodbye to him

Denilson is not good enough for wolves let alone us

we all can see it why cant he ?

  73. Pedro

David… 3 goals against Villa in the last game?

    We beat Liverpool…

    Scored against United…

    Are they not big teams?

  74. El Tel

Moses to come in and Chamakh on deadline day. Lets hope so.

Buffon will do for me and i couldn’t care less if he is politically incorrect as he isn’t a politician.

    Off to sleep, night all.

  75. Pedro

    haha, I know Raddy…

For me, the point was disappointing because I always want to win… but it was hardly a disgrace.

  76. David

But Blanked by Chelsea and Blanked by Sunderland and often times…breaking the dead ball situations from a freekick or set piece.

Im not saying we wouldve won for sure. But it wouldve infinitely improved our chances.

  77. Pedro

    We are indeed Wrighty!

I think if you build Arsenal up to be a victory machine, you’re always going to be disappointed.

We didn’t win by enough, we were lucky, a draw is end of the world, our strikers aren’t scoring enough of the goals, our goals come too late…

We’re within touching distance and we can pull it closer with wins…

  78. gambon

I dont understand the clamour for Moses

He is a bum from the championship. For once I am with Wenger that we should only buy better than what we have, and that aint Moses.

  79. rob green

it wasnt an awful result but things are not looking good for the next couple of games!!! the players coming back will also take time to hit form!!

  80. SUGA3

    Pedro,

    fair enough, it was unlucky…

then again, why not improve balance of probabilities?

I love Dudu, I really do, but to watch him outpaced by some shitkickers is just sad. I hope Bendy will have a stormer against Manure, as we will not be allowed to squeeze through like we did against Bolton…

  81. rob green

”I think if you build Arsenal up to be a victory machine”

but we used to be a victory machine!! Wenger has taken us backwards!!

  82. choy

We’ve nothing left to do but hope.

Our manager is stubborn as it is, trying to prove only god knows what.

    Cmon Arsenal!

    Night all.

  83. Pedro

    Suga, with who though?

There are hardly an abundance of strikers out there…

    Carlton Cole – Crock
    Saha – Crock
    Dzeko – £35mill? No chance

Anyone else… well, we know how long it takes to settle.

Centre back is where we need TLC if it is a break Vermaelen.

  84. Johan

    SUGA3

Actually, I think we just might, and with a decent ref we should be able to get a couple of penalties.. ehm, ops I just remember, we never get penalties.

  85. Pedro

Rob, we’ll never see a victory machine like before. There are too many teams with too much money.

He took us backwards for finance reasons… now he’s taken us forwards.

How anyone can say this season has been a backward step is beyond me…

  86. Pedro

    Right, I’m hitting the hay!

It’s been a pleasure… shame about the point, but I’m guaranteeing 3 points on Sunday for you all!
