I’m forever blowing bubbles, Hmmmm, what a strange song to sing.

by & filed under Uncategorized.

I wouldn’t ever admit to blowing anything, let alone singing about it, but that’s West Ham for you, today though they will be blowing something, their chances!

So having spent 17 years of my early life living a pitching wedge from the Boleyn you would expect me to know a few happy hammers would you not?

Well I do, but only one of them has a season ticket, and he only has that because his wife bought it for him, Hmmmm, I wonder how much that cost her, top buying sweetlips, you must really love him!

Anyway, so why am I an Arsenal fan growing up in the vipers nest eh? Well simple, I was born in Bethnal Green, which is E2 and two and a half miles from Arsenal, the Boleyn ground was 8 miles away in E6, which is really Essex, so my local team was the Arsenal.

We moved when I was 4 because the Krays were active and my mum didn’t want me growing up with that influence so we moved to East Ham, or the bear pit as I then called it, as it was far rougher than where I came from, then the Krays moved into East Ham and her plan backfired.

I used to go to West Ham, as in those day I looked after people’s cars going to the game, so for 90 minutes I had nothing to do until pay day, I was watching the West ham golden years though, and used to see Moore, Peters and Hurst, I also saw the Charlton’s, Law’s and the Best’s when they visited, I even remember watching Charlie George score the winner once, happy days!

Anyway onto today, how funny was that watching Sky Sports yesterday and seeing the spuds get hammered, so 1 point behind and 2 games in hand, it’s cringe making, yesterday they were going to win the league, today they will end up in 5th place, all we need is a draw.

I like West Ham, they are like the poor relation in the family that everyone likes, but you never go for a beer with them because you don’t want to be seen with them, I think we’ll stuff WHU today, why? Well one because we are better, and two because although Sol Campbell trains with us, he doesn’t play anymore!

The noises the boss has been making about the keeper situation makes me believe Almunia will be back today, shame for Mannone that, because now Fabianski’s fit, Mannone’s big chance has gone. Still Almunia should have a blinder if that’s the case. We’ll see.

We’ve been linked with a move for Georgian midfielder Zhano Ananidze, he is 5’6″ and if we are going to go for another short player I would prefer the winger Eden Hazard, but as it’s the 84th player we’ve been linked with in the last week, I’m taking no notice of it.

I do have a feeling he’ll surprise us all in the window, and because of the African exodus, I think he’ll buy a DM, my guess is it will be Inler or Matuidi.

Anyway, if the Mancs draw and we win it will be awesome, if the Mancs win, it will be awesome, and if the scousers win it will be awesome, see where I’m going with this?

I’m going 3-1 to us today, because it’s been a while since I’ve predicted a score and today I feel lucky punk, very lucky.

Sorry for the few that got stuck in moderation yesterday both Pedro and I were out, today however I’m mostly in, and will be glued to the TV from midday.

Have a happy domingo all and see you in the comments!

Question, why the hell is Sebastien Frey not at the club. He is French and he is quality. I dont even care that he is cup tied, with this team confidence as strong as glass then I don’t think when the likes of Barca step forward and apply pressure we will last.

Frey in January window, Almuina out to wherever couldn’t care less

  2. nn

i think wengers time is up. hes obsessed with pretty, perfect football. i think he got lucky when the first few years at arsenal as we had already the meanest defence in football.we also had grafting parlour, wrighty and genius bergy. the foundations were there. now we are stuck with a load of overpaid pussies who have won nothing and think they can go on to a pitch and show no respect for teams like west ham and az and expect those teams to roll over. this mentality has been a disease in this team for a few years now. wenger seems incapable of doing anything about it.this is a team of bottlers. the evidence is there. i could write it down the amount of times this lot have bailed out in big matches etc but i,ll be here all night. a new manager and a complete rethink of this playing kids and playing people out of positions is needed badly. we will win nothing with this lot

  3. Stu

Not seen much of Frey but he cant be an worse than what we already have.

I just hope Fabianski is fit in time for tuesday and next weekend because Mannone is just killing our chances.

  4. SUGA3

thing is, Wenger is playing a jolly good uncle – players are not stupid and know there will be no proper backlash, hence some of them just don’t give a shit…

  5. Ja_Gunner

Actually I hope Wenger plays Almunia against Liverpool in the CC….

He needssome match practice..we cant just throw him in there against Tottenham….

Why should we play Fabianski and then play Almunia against Tottenham….for me which ever keeper plays against Liverpool should play against Tottenham

  6. SUGA3

is it the time to start the silly season yet?

Diaby and Mannone can fuck right off, we need another CB (Sakho?), DM (Matuidi?) & world class international GK must be brought in, but this is just not going to happen, is it?

  7. Stu

Thats a bit harsh nn to say Wenger only won things because of luck. He but together the invincibles team. Really it was only Keown and Bergkamp was part of that team that Wenger didnt buy.

  8. SUGA3

yes Stu, but Keown was the one to make the defence tick, he also did great job as defensive coach, but Wenger must have fallen out with him, right?

Victoria Concordia Crescit, my arse – it is all about building Wenger’s monument in the shape of stadium and chasing pipe dreams like winning CL on a shoestring…

  9. Ja_Gunner

No wonder Gallas cried and sat down on the pitch against Birmingham..

Coming from a winning Chav team Gallas knows what is required and he can see his teamamtes dont have it…that is why he spoke out and got stripped of the captaincy..

As you guys say it seems the culture at the club has become a bottling culture…because Manure etc are low on quality now but are living off a winning attitude

Wenger seems like a bottler too..what else would explain the cowardice of playing Eboue as a forward when you have Vela fully fit and rearing to go?

  10. Stu

Keown didnt even play in the invincibles team tho. He only just about got the 10 appearances. Its not like he was the main defender we had.

  11. goonermichael

Stu you need to realise that wenger is a useless cunt who’s never done anything. He’s thick and he even gave me herpes. Sometimes it’s painful coming on here.

And Suga Arshavin can fuck off with them if he doesn’t like it. It’s actually the pussies that whinge like old ladies all the time. Most “men” get on with it and make the difference or go.

  12. SUGA3

he must have been doing something right as player/coach role then – besides, we are dwelling too much on the Invincibles season: we just did not concede too many stupid goals like this one today in the past, did we?

players like Keown command respect whether they play or not – proper club legends (something like Giggs at ManUre), where are our legends?

name ONE Arsenal legend currently playing for Arsenal…

  13. patthegooner

What pisses me off is how West Ham got back into the game

It is not like they suddenly turned into Barcelona

We commited football suicide with a goalkeeping howler and giving the Ref a decision to make.

Fucking really poor, once again, worst result of the season and not one you want going into the Spuds game.

  14. SUGA3

GM, thing is, you must know how to handle egos like AA’s if you want to win things – if you’re happy with a bunch of pussies spouting AKB nonsense for players that will win fuck all, that’s fine…

look at the winning teams – full of well managed egos, not groups of unprofessional, immature, larger than life dickheads who are too full of themselves to put in a good shift because of over inflated unmerited self belief…

  15. leon

i realy have seen enough silvest realy to say that is that bad he never realy played before end of last season,he is not there as competition for places is there just incase all cover defenders gets injured,i think senderos must have been inured when he has last international duty or something because he not evon made bench so far this season

  16. Zorr0

I don’t blam AW for that bollocks today. I blame the players. I blame the Spanish, Russian and French internationals, who think that a game is over before the ref blows the final whistle!

Lazy, arrogant, selfish, big headed bunch of cunts!

  17. SUGA3

leon, let me enlighten you – Senderos made some comments how much he loved it at Milan when he was trying to get a contract there, he just happened to step out of the line a bit with that and Wenger took offence, that is why we are seeing Silvestre ahead of him…

again, Wenger’s ego being detrimental to our chances…

  18. finestcuts

What most fans are not taking into consideration is the derby factor, derbies are known the world over for unexpected comebacks and results.

I really believe we need a better defensive midfielder than Song.

And I am bemused by the inclusion of Eboue in a creative role with other more creative options available. It showed lack of respect for West Ham and we paid for it.

  19. Stu

Leon, you dont need to see Silvestre play to know he is shit.

Senderos seems to have been shunned by Wenger. There is no legit reason…or none that we have been told about.

  20. SUGA3

derby or not, WHU had 4 points until today, we should shit all over them, but we chose to take the foot off the gas in the 50th minute – I heard supporters doing this ‘OLE’ nonsense – they should boo…

  21. luke

We wouldnt be under so much pressure we could actually take advantage of our chances and keep possession but that doesnt happen when Eboue is playing as RM and Diaby starts.

  22. choy

    Its Wenger and his selection,

The same team drew at AZ, first sign of complacency.

Come Sunday, no changes to the starting line up.. “C mon lads.. get an early lead and lets fuck it up again.”

A danish international striker and a croatian international striker on the bench because eboue has to play.. where ?

Not in his RB position but in an attacking position!

    fack :(

  23. patthegooner

I agree with you on the derby factor Finest,

But we did not succumb to the Derby Factor there.

we succombed to a keeper that loves the Hollywood punch instead of the catch the ball or worst case tip around the post. We have seen those keepers through time, and none of them make it. Mannone has been an accident waiting to happen, and I will be amazed and actually fucking angry if he plays next Saturday. It is time for Almunia or Fabianski.

What is worse is that he made a similar howler against Brum and we nearly got the same result, only Arshavin settled the nerves.

I said it earlier. Be honest boys and girls, How many of you knew deep down at 2-0 up that we would concede at least one?

That is the problem, we need to get out of that mentality and start killing teams off.

  24. luke

This team can deliver but only if we start players who know how to get results playing the “arsenal” style. If we keep possession, dont give possession away needlessly, and can take advantage of our chances, we win as we saw at Everton, Wigan, Portsmouth etc. But when we give the ball away, that disrupts our attacking rhythm. This team was made to score goals not defend and if we put ourselves in a position where we arnt scoring and on the backfoot a lot, a result like today happens. Thats why Diaby shouldnt start, Eboue shouldnt start as RM, and Cesc/Arsh need to lead a bit better IMO.

  25. leon

suga i dont think because if that was case wenger would just sold him,i think its more case that he contract talks with everton stalled he is stuck at arsesal plus the fact i think he been injured,as far as getting better dm than song i dont they are to many out there, eboue is good player but final pass lets him down but he goes passed players very well but i just cant see wenger chancing youg players like vela and wiltshire in an away game unless its last 10 minuts of agame

  26. Keyser

I don’t think Senderos has been shunned, I’m guessing Senderos lost almost all confidence in himself after the Liverpool game and wanted to move on, so we got him the oppurtunity to go on loan, prove his worth, no-one wanted to buy him.

I don’t really think Senderos thinks he’s up to it, you wouldn’t really blame him after his performance against Liverpool and Wenger’s loathe to play someone who thinks like that.

  27. SUGA3

but he DID try to sell him, leon – no one wanted to pay what he wanted, so he just lets him rot and picks a fucking geriatric with no future ahead of him – Senderos is a confidence player and ironically, Wenger is ‘killing’ him…

  28. patthegooner

What the team needs is a nasty piece of work to kidknapp Diaby so he does not get picked next week……

And a even nastier piece of work to tie an explosive device around Eboue’e neck that will blow up if he plays anywhere else apart from RB. That is not a dig at Eboue, I love his effort and work rate and he is a great RB.

  29. Pat

Diaby won’t play now that nasri is available. Rosicky should be back soon so EBoue won’t get as much time either.

Before everyone starts spouting doom and gloom, the impenetrable United defense has conceded 10 goals in 11 games, according to my Manc friend

  30. SUGA3

Keyser – Senderos is the dogs bollocks for Swiss national team (2 goals in the last game) and has bags of potential…

he plays well there for being appreciated and trusted, simple as…

  31. Keyser

I think Senderos pretty much killed himself, he wanted to play at the top level, got the chance fucked up, how many more chances is he going to get, well it’s up to him, but he’s going to have to work for them.

  32. luke

    Mannone
    Sagna Gallas Vermy Clichy
    Cesc-Song-Diaby
    Eduardo/Bendtner/Vela-Rvp-Arshavin

WHY COULDNT WENGER HAVE USED THIS!

  33. Keyser

Suga3 – Dogs bollocks ? He’s good, maybe he just doesn’t fit into the Premiership, thats not his fault or Wenger’s, he should try Spain, Pique gets caught out for his lack of pace, but he still gets games there.

Fuck me all this talk of a team of pussies and then we want to cuddle Senderos had hold his hand as he plays.

  34. SUGA3

    Pat,

United is nowhere near the team of last season and that is a fact – Ferdinand is pants and Vidic is suffering because of this as well…

  35. leon

stu at moment we have vern gallas dj senderos song silvest, silvest idealy would be used unless dj gallas and vern are all injured you see what i mean every team needs someonelike that its like having 3rd or 4th keeper,in an ideal world you wont have use silvest but i dont think he is that bad he just has no pace i did not help silvest was very rusty last season and he needed are real commander next to him

  36. luke

I think we can with the right starting eleven. I believe this team can win the PL or the Champions league, but not starting fucking diaby or eboue at RM. We have so much fucking potential, but some players just dont understand that when you play a high line attacking style, you need to score goals and you cant give the fucking ball away…

  37. finestcuts

What is it about Eboue. Is it because he’s the champion goal scorer in training? Or does Arsene want to be cool and play a wildcard selection and prove to the world that he can still win…..or is he emotionally attached to Eboue because he feels sorry for him because he had a hard life growing up?
No one else would choose Eboue over what we have available….I guess it’s very original.

  38. nn

wise up wenger and buy a world class keeper. these clowns in nets every fuckin week giving away free goals to our opponents is now a fuckin unfunny joke. how may people fancied that clown to save that penalty today?

  39. patthegooner

    Next Weekend

    Almunia
    Eboue, Gallas, Vermaelen, Clichy
    Song
    Cesc, Nasri
    Arshavin, RVP, Rosicky

    = 3 points

But I bet you 1,0000000000000000000000000000000000000 Pounds Diaby plays from the start even though Nasri, Rosicky, My Nan are fit.

  40. Jaguar

FFS,I am sick of seeing that geriatric Silvestre on the bench, when we have a better option in Silvestre. Why cant Mr.Wenger shun his hypocrisy and open his eyes? When will he ever understand that idiotic wankers like Diaby wont win us anything.Diaby/Eboue above Vela?Even the craziest of managers wouldnt do that.

  41. SUGA3

did I say anything about holding his hand and cuddling him?

no, what my point is that there is a lot of space between this and how he is being treated by Arsene, isn’t there?

fucked up? he got found out against Drogba & Torres in their prime, hardly being the experienced CB…

how many chances? if he gets as many as Diaby did, I’ll be happy…

  42. luke

Points that keepers have cost us so far…

    3 at Utd
    2 at West ham.

So…if we had 5 more points then we had today, we would be top of the table with a game in hand I believe. Even though we have something like 40 million to spend, we dont buy a world class keeper, we have a 20 yr old in goal…ofcourse…

  43. Keyser

No, there’s not a lot of space, he’s a good defender, one that doesn’t quite fit in to the way we play, and seems to get caught out quite a lot, by anyone with a bit of pace.

It’s nothing against him, but I don’t get when people single out certain players just because it’s the done thing to slate them and then overlook the inadequacies of others.

He’s had plenty of chances, and either he works hard to get another chance, or like he wanted last season he moves on.

Don’t you think Italy would suit him a lot better ?!

  44. Stu

Everyone was to blame today. They all switched off after the hour mark. I was disgusted when i heard our fans saying “ole”. I bloody knew it was far far too early and would probably bit us in the arse. Oles are for the 85th minute when you are 4-0 up.

Its that attitude that leads to complacency.

  45. SUGA3

yes he was, Luke – fucker can’t catch the ball to save his life, even if he does, I cringe, thinking that he will spill it right in front of onrushing striker…

fact is, out of our 3 GKs only Almunia has reasonable ball catching ability – Fabianski is still learning, Mannone is a joke and Szczesny is not even considered, despite being the most talented of them all…

  46. Keyser

patthegooner – If you had that much money to bet with, I doubt you’d give a shit and even if you did, we’d be looking towards your face on tv as you sat in your platinum plated leather armchair high up above the gods of Ashburton Grove.

  47. Jaguar

That wanker Diaby costed us 3 points at Old Toilet and another two points at AZ whatever. Why the fuck does that bastard get the nod ahead of Vela?

  48. Wrighty7

    Hello all,

I just hope that this serves as a final kick up the arse to this Arsenal side.

We should be relentless for the whole game or we will keep finding ourselves in this position of dropping points.

  49. leon

if everyone realy looked at performaces on for todays gmae instead of looking to have a pop at diaby you find the worst players to today was diaby or eboue or song it was aa and fab they did realy show up particualy aa he did look interested

  50. luke

Arshavin had no service, he had a good shot on target, and fucked up one cross. Cesc wasnt that bad. Im sorry but when Eboue crosses it into the stands 3 fucking times and Diaby gives away needless free kicks in dangerous areas, and mannone fucked that free kick up, you can hardly blame aa and cesc. I admit they were not amazing but they were not the problem. I think this one is down to team spirit and Wenger being a cunt today

  51. SUGA3

    Keyser,

I think Phil could do against teams with no lighting paced strikers or indeed in another country – all I’m saying is picking fucking Peanut Head ahead of him is not even good for business (resale value), ffs…

    luke

sorry to piss on your parade, but it was Green’s poor intervention, as this cross was really going nowhere…

  52. Jaguar

I wouldnt be surprised if AA looks least interested,as he he has a useless wanker behind him in the form of Diaby.

  53. luke

Suga- thats arguable. It produced a goal so in my book its a good cross. Green is a solid keeper and sagna put in a ball that he couldnt deal with…Ill take a positive from that.

  54. SUGA3

    Wrighty,

only a hairdryer moment can do right now – they are just a bunch of spoilt brats that need something more than a cold stare…

Wenger is a soft touch, end of…

  55. simon mcmahon

well i hope that vela plays a blinder against the bindippers, cause then madrid wil come in for him in jan, wenger will sell for 12 million and then tell us all that he’a FINANCIAL WIZARD.
WELL I’M REALLY Pissed that a potentailly great talent is being spolied by wengers eboue and square peg project.
today our prima donnas showed their arrogance and we paid for it, we must be the only team in the top four that needs to score 3 goals to kill a game off .
    how fucking poor is that

  56. finestcuts

Arshavin is still fishing for a move to Barcelona, if they bid for him at the right price, he wouldn’t hesitate to leave.

  57. SUGA3

luke – if you look at it again, you will see that it was a kind of cross that ends up in keeper’s mitts 99 out of 100 times…

must be the blind hen and a grain thing…

  58. samirtodd

Ramsey must be kicking himself in the balls for joining us…

He chose us over United. We have loads of attacking CM’s.
    United have none near enough.
I’m sure he would be starting many more times for them.

  59. Stu

perfect january would be us comfortable top of the league, still in all comps and

Akinfeev, Yaya and a defender in and Silvestre, Almunia, Diaby and Eboue the midfielder out.

  60. luke

    Classy keeper
    Sagna-gallas-vermy-clichy
    cesc-song-nasri
    Walcott/Rosicky-RVP-Arshavin

    This team can win titles

    Mannone/Almoonia
    Sagna-Gallas-vermy-Clichy
    Cesc-song-Diaby/denilson
    Eboue-RVP-Arshavin

    This team cannot

  61. Keyser

SUGA3 – you’re guessing what the reason is, after the Liverpool game, Senderos was devastated, I’m guessing he said he never wants to play in the league again, or that he wanted a move, how do you give him a game again ? What if he gets injured playing ? Maybe he wants a move in January and Wenger doesn’t want to risk him unless absolutely necessary, Silvestre can play against lesser teams.

Also why are you pissing on peoples parades ?! heh, Sagna crossed the ball into a danger area, someone should be there, Green missed as he was stretching anyway and Van Persie scored.

  62. Jaguar

The boys showed the hunger, desire and passion. At the end of the day,the luck didnt favour us

Mr,Wenger has nothing else to say apart from this pre-recorded verses.Hypocrisy at its best.

  63. Samir

Ramsey must be kicking himself in the balls for joining us…

He chose us over United. We have loads of attacking CM’s.
    United have none near enough.
I’m sure he would be starting many more times for them.

  64. SUGA3

thing is we got found out against shit teams thanks to arrogant approach last season and we have learnt fuck all, haven’t we?

    and who is to blame?

  65. luke

    January

    -Almoonia, Diaby out.
-De Rossi, Julio Cesar, Subotic in.

That would be a good month
Eboue is a good squad player. Wenger uses him wrong

  66. luke

All I can say is that the boys come out against pool and spuds looking like they did against everton. Confident but not cocky, and determined, and sharp. We looked like lazy clueless clumsy idiots against alkmaar and WHU

  67. Jaguar

And if Song gets booked before the match against Chelsea,we would be screwed, much to the mean methods of our coach Mr.Wenger.

  68. Stu

Eboue isnt a god squad player. He is a good right back…thats all.

Song is an idiot for not getting booked today. Now whenever he next gets booked he will be banned for a prem game instead of the CC.

  69. luke

It would be cool though..more realistically, Kameni is a great keeper for espanyol, Akinfeev would be an improvement, I rate the mexican keeper Ochoa, Im told Krul is good for Newcastle. Really, all of these are improvements.

  70. leon

sorry luke bast on todays performance only diaby played better than aa he did show up,and yes not just aa cesc were proble, but toomany players were flat today and did have that zip about them

  71. luke

Stu- I dont know about Krul, someone on here told me hed be a good option. Either Kameni, Akinfeev, or maybe Ochoa would be an improvement though

  72. Jaguar

Wenger would spend 20m,if some one tells him that Akinfeev is a 12 year old French goal keeper touted to be the next big thing in football.

After moaning about the impact of recession in football,he bought a 16 year old GK for £1.5m(as if we had a shortage of Gk).What a fucking hypocrisy!

  73. SUGA3

obviously, Alan fucking Hansen is on MOTD2 – thought he was supposed to do MOTD on Saturdays?

wonder if he would be on today if the Dippers lost…

  74. luke

Agreed Leon. The whole team today looked flat. I dont blame eboue as he is just doing what Wenger tells him to no matter how ineffective. I thought AA looked dangerous with the ball but he only had the ball about 3 times in a dangerous area. Diaby looked like he usually does. I just dont see how he helps us. I see how he hurts us though…Nasri broken leg, utd own goal, giving away possession, giving away needless free kicks…one of which resulted in WHU’s goal, I know Mannone should have delt with it better, but giving away the free kick in the first place was utterly retarted

  75. luke

Wenger would spend 20m,if some one tells him that Akinfeev is a 12 year old French goal keeper touted to be the next big thing in football.

    ————-

    hahah so true

  76. Stu

I dont rate Kameni much either. Espanyol are a relegation regular team. We need an international class keeper used to playing for a big club..

  77. Samir

    The team we should have:

    _______Akinfeev_________
    Sagna–Gallas–Vermy–Clichy
    __________De Rossi__________
    ____Rosicky—-Fabregas_____
    Bendtner–RVP–Arshavin

    Akinfeev-12M
    De Rossi-18-25M

    That would win us loads.
    Whilst still having:
    Nasri,Eduardo,Walcott,Vela etc etc as options…

  78. luke

    Samir what about

    Akinfeev
    Sagna-gallas-vermy-clichy
    Cesc-De Rossi-Nasri
    Rosicky-Rvp-Arshavin

Subs- Fabianski, Gibbs, Shitvestre, Walcott, Eduardo, Ramsey, Song

  79. Jaguar

    Matuidi is rated at £15m.
So Diaby(-20m)+ £35 m would do the trick,if St.Etienne is ready to have a useless lump in their reserves.

  80. Samir

    Luke, very nice……
Why the hell didn’t Wenger spend that 40 odd million he had in his pocket??

I would have to have Bendy in there, or at least on the bench. He’s just starting to shine.
    That team could win everything!
    Two players could do it.
    Everyone sees it.
    We see it.
    Even Arshavin sees it.
    Why does Wenger not??

  81. luke

someone should make a Diaby pamphlet mimicking the adebayor one.

    For your club, Diaby will:
-Head in own goals to your biggest rivals

15m for Matuidi? He is worth 10m at the very maximum.

We should defo give Diaby to a french club tho. He would suit the play over there…really slow.

  83. Samir

Ye De Rossi would never leave. Great player however.
I’m sure there’s someone out there as good.
Inler maybe, or someone like that….

Man wenger is frustrating me. I respect a man who sticks to his philosophies and principles, but when it obviously doesnt work as we havnt won fuck all in years, I do not respect a man who does not learn a lesson

  85. Stu

I would swap Diaby and Eboue for Gourcuff.

We need to sort out the right back slot too. We have one right back who can only defend and one who can only attack.

  86. luke

What about that RB we were linked with. Van der something. Is he at Ajax? Van der miel… He is over 6 feet too. Adds some height

  87. Samir

    Luke, Toulalan is the one.
Great player he is. I’m sure he would leave and Lyon would be willing to sell at the right price as-well.
Please Wenger, he is French so……

  88. Stu

Thats not really sarcasm tho…is it?

Luke, Van Der Wiel was only at right back because he was too shit to play in the middle and he did well there. I dont know anything else about him tho…

  89. leon

i think diaby would be best suited much higher up pitch but wenger persisting in playing in a deeper role which untilhe improve his passing he will continue inconsistant performances but at 23-24 had ton of injuries lets not forgett this first time he has realy played injury free way way way to early make these kind judgements.to wengers defence i dont think edwardo was fully fit niether him or edwardo and wenger realy did not want risk either one of them

  90. SUGA3

    leon,

are you Diaby in disguise? he is not good enough, we are Arsenal FC, not Diaby-school-or-hospital FC…

we have more younger and more gifted players that are worth nurturing rather that this twat – he is 24 y.o., he should be nearing his prime and he is simply crap…

  91. luke

keyser, I dont know if bordeaux would settle for losing their best 2 players for senderos and bendtner and a couple million…I wish though.

  92. SUGA3

OK fuck slating individual players – team’s attitude as a whole was shit and that is a fact…

taking foot off the gas is a daft thing to do and we had a fair share of lessons in that subject, didn’t we?

plus, with the league being the tightest for a few years, the goal difference may prove decisive in May, so why the fuck not go and score 2 more goals?
