Ok, a bit dramatic, but let me explain.
I think it is fair to say that a majority of the blogosphere is reasonably tech savvy. Arsenal are a Global brand these days and everyone wants a piece of the action. Maybe you aren’t lucky enough to be able to afford a season ticket, perhaps you live too far away to get to the ground… and maybe, just maybe… you can’t afford to subscribe to Sky or the doomed Setanta service.
So what do you do? You love your club… you want to be able to see the game… but you probably don’t fancy paying for it, so the chances are you’ll try and hook up to a streaming service.
Ahh yes, the humble stream. A clever piece of technology that allows people to hook their computer up to a Sky box and stream a game live over the internet to thousands web pirates. It’s a great piece of technology and it allows football to be spread to the masses. Streaming is a bi-product of good marketing… if people didn’t like the Premiership, they wouldn’t’ go to such extreme lengths to watch it.
The only problem is, these football pirates aren’t coughing up for their joy. They are effectively stealing from deep pockets of Rupert Murdoch and co. I believe this could have grave implications for the game.
Why?
Well, lets just imagine you’ve rented a Villa in the Algarve for two weeks. You’ve paid out a fair whack for this villa because it has a private tennis court and pool. When you get out there, you open up the back doors and you find to you horror… two German families ripping it up in YOUR pool, hogging YOUR sun loungers whilst taking full advantage of YOUR tennis facilities whilst wearing incorrect footwear!
You’ve wedged out £5k for exclusivity and you’ve found out everyone else is in on the act… for FREE!
Next time you go to book a holiday, are you going to be willing to part with the same amount of cash? Doubtful… So with that in mind, why would Sky pay the same next time around when streaming will have advanced, improved in quality and gained popularity?
What could the ramifications of this be for football?
Well, next time Sky come to negotiate, they might insist on a lower price as their product has been devalued.
This would have horrific knock on effects for our already over inflated football league. We could end up seeing Division one and two going bust (We’re pretty much on our own with 4 Professional football leagues)… Alternatively, the main clubs could decide they don’t want to accept the lower deal and decide to negotiate their own television rights. This would work well for the best clubs, but lets be fair… how much revenue is a club like Hull going to earn from a TV season ticket? Would they make £40million? I doubt it! Not good news for a league hardly renowned for fierce competition.
The other additional problem that you’d get from TV season tickets is stay at home fans… how appealing would a £1500 a year home season ticket be if you could buy a full TV ticket for £200? Geoff reminded me of a meeting he had with David Miles, the previous Arsenal MD when he stated that Arsenal were only going to go up 60,000 seats incase TV season tickets took off.
So ultimately, Arsenal wouldn’t suffer too much (Provided we could still fill the ground)… but football as a whole might.
In Italy, the clubs have agreed to sell their TV rights as a collective again due to disparity in money clubs were recieving. Whilst Milan enjoyed revenue of 85m, Chievo only received 4m. To offset the loss the big clubs are going to incur they’ve negotiated reduced payments to Serie B clubs… to the tune of 30m! Imagine if English clubs cut the parachute payment and divided up the £40million!
The problem with the league and it’s members is it’s sustainability… the chances are that even if a new Sky deal could be brokered the clubs would still struggle. Everytime a new deal is struck, players demand an increase in wages… it seems the whole system is set up to service players pockets. There has to come a day when advertisers and TV companies hit a brick wall and say enough is enough. When that day comes, things could start to unravel in a big way.
Premiership clubs don’t seem to build any sort of cash reserves for a rainy day… their budgets are tighter than chav on a 110% mortgage… It’s even worse for the smaller clubs, according to rumour, many lower divisions will go bust if they don’t receive the Setanta money that is outstanding. Imagine if the Sky deal came in at £10million a club less? Well… Liverpool’s profit would be wiped out straight away… that’s how tight things are… what would the ramifications be for the rest of the clubs who have a combined debt of £3billion (That figure is even crazier when you consider Bundesliga debt is only £400mill for 36 clubs)?
Maybe you’re thinking it wont affect the main players because they can always rely on Global shirt sales and merchandising… well think again…! I found this amazing statistic from the Guardian that might make you think twice about how much foreign fans put into clubs pockets.
‘For all the efforts made by United in the past 15 years to build a global brand and all the rhetoric about having, according to one nebulous estimate, 333m “supporters” around the world, the club’s latest results show that just £3.34m of its £256.2m annual turnover originated outside of the UK.’
Staggering! So world wide, Man United’s overseas fans contribute just under a penny each! I’m obviously ignoring the fact that many of them pay TV subscriptions to watch the Prem and that all contributes to the £9.6million extra a year clubs get as bonus wedge… but it’s still a pretty paltry figure (1.6% of their turnover to be precise).
On that point, if I was Glazer, Gillett or Abramovich, I’d be wondering why I had to take a shared cut of the £190million? Surely the top 4 do more for the Prem than the others do? Surely the top four should take more of the spoils?
That’s a naughty way to think if you agree… thoughts like the one above could be the downfall of the Premier League concept.
Ideas like the above are why I believe Oligarchs, Arabs and Texan Cowboys are lining up to buy Premiership clubs. They know the collective selling unit of the Prem may one day break… then they will have free reign to pursue their own revenue streams… then the best businessmen earn the biggest profits. Imagine how much Arsenal could earn if they sold their own TV rights and managed them across the globe?
Richard Scudamore is dealing with a different breed of club owner these days… one duff deal and they could bin the collective Premiership rights deal and that is a scary thought for British football.
Currently the only way to succeed is to spend. Until that concept is banished, clubs will continue to over stretch themselves in hope of gaining entry to the promised land… The only way to stop this madness if for clubs to start acting responsibly… to stop upping wage levels, to stop over inflating transfer fees and to start investing in a sensible business model like the Bundesliga. The self centred business ideologies of the few could kill the collective power that has made the Premiership so strong… and to think, all this started because of bloggers!
And to think Arsenal agreed to employ Alex Ferguson as manager with George Graham as his assistant in 1986 but the deal didn’t go ahead because Arsenal wanted to announce it straight away, I wonder where we’d be now if that had happened?
Now there’s a thought to start the day, have a good’un Grovers!

Evening Grovers!
Valencia…ofcoarse!
I would love a signing like Marcus Senna and call it a deal….get him a 2 year contract…till the likes of Diaby/Song/Denilson…….”grow up”
I have a feeling ronaldo will be a big hit at real. His attitude is the only thing that can possibly affect his time at madrid.
I also think Nasri is going to be a star. He’s done okay in his first season, but I think he will really step up next season. I see him and Cesc as our potential Iniesta and Xavi. Walcott can become our Messi. He needs to work on his on-the-ball skills and creativity.
A u r just a hater ronaldo is class lets give honor to whom honour is due. top class player.
A ronaldo has scored 68 fucking goals in 2 seasons and has nearly 15 assists. He has played a part in sum 83 goals united have scored in the last 2 seasons.I fucking hate him but that is an incredible achievement
Nishanth I have the same feeling and opinion.
If there is a ‘messi’ in our team it has to be arshavin
Exactly Franchise and Nishanth! Thank you! People who actually appreciate the fact that the guy has pure excellence. Yes his attitude lets him down but fuck it, he is excellent.
hi pedro it seems ronnie fever is still spreading like wild fire
Yeah Nishanth at the moment it is him. But I’m basing my opinion on the future.
I dont know about walcott GP….
What i want in life is for Arsenal strikers to be prolific…all our problems will fade away if we bury half the chances we create. Wenger teams have hardly been prolific…even Henry did some howlers on the big stages…If i had a dollar for everytime i put my hand over my head at a missed chance…i’d be the one paying real madrids latest transfer.
Goonerpress i also used to find faults in everything he did.Whenever he scored i termed it lucky. But realised recently that he is actually top class. Many say he has had a poor season. He has still scored 26
LOl. A, youre a hater.
Fran, not suprised!
I think £80million is a vulgar sum for one player.
I think A is touching on it now… but these players Madrid are buying all have teams built around them.
One of them has to suffer in this team… because they can’t all play to their strengths…
I’m intersted to see what Pelligrini does their.
I’m also intersted to see what they do with Robben… surely you don’t flog a player as explosive as him? What about Sneijeder? M.Diarra?
There are potentially a lot of bargains to be had…
Haha David.
Nishanth very true. Ronaldo is class and we should just put away the Manchester United factor as a player is a player. Esepecially now anyway!
Yea im guilty of calling Ronaldo…the “gaylord”…and the diving cheating bastard….and what i am most guilty of is claiming that he scores so many goals because of the penalties he takes for united seeing as there are so many FA officials on the payroll…however…we all admit he is class. And i dont know….if i’d accept 80 million for him.
Robben is too self.He just can’t pass.Might change if he joins arsenal though
Pedro the only one I would touch is Robben. The rest like Sneijder, Van Der Vaart, Huntelar, are all overrated and no better than what we have.
There’s a reason they got spanked by Barcelona 6-2 at home and Liverpool in the champions league and it wasn’t all down to defence. They just were technically very average.
Pedro it would be interesting to see… Kaka’s game is all about setting players up he scores a few u expected magic from him from time to time but AC Milan wasnt only about him. Ronaldo on the other hand has matured and sacrificed a lot of flair for efficiency. i dont really envision a problem playing both of them.
Robben is too injury prone to consider imo
The goals are a superb achievement, but the assists or lack of are an absolute embarrassment for someone with his abilities, and just illustrate quite how poor his footballing intelligence is.
Yea the reason Madrid got spanked is got Robben refuses to pass the damn ball. I cant stand him…and we cant be having Sneijder in the team anyways cuz of Van Persie.
If they buy villa they might sell huntelaar or higuain.Higuain is going to be better than villa in a couple of years
Pedro I think Madrid will let go a lot of those players, maybe even all of their Dutch players. They won’t really be that expensive aswell.
Van Der Vaart and Huntelaar at Arsenal would be amazing!
Real Madrid next season:
———-Casillas———–
-Ramos–Pepe–Garay–Marcelo-
————Gago————-
-Ronaldo—-Kaka—-Sneijder-
———Villa–Raul———
FUCK ME!!!
Franchise, I don’t think there is a better manager to be taking on the challenge.
Paulinho, that is a bit harsh on Wesley! He’s been out all year as has Diarra!
I’d like to sit here and tell you I don’t think the Madrid thing is going to work… but I’m struggling. If they buy a couple of decent defenders… they could really make an impact.
However… Barca are no mugs… they’re going to strengthen… It’s all about mental strength with them next year… can see through the hype and continue like they did this year? Or will they collapse… maybe get complacent… just like the last Barca Euro champs did.
A,
Pls dont say that outside of Arsenal fans…you’d get laughed at…heck im laughing right now…not at you though..its juss funny what you said…
Whats the point in passing the ball when youre the one finishing it all the time?
Paulinho
Sneijder – Denilson
Van Der Vaart – Diaby
Huntelaar – Adebayor
A 6 assists in the league is not a bad achievement for a player that doesnt take set pieces like corners, in direct free kicks.
The key signing for real is a CM.Gago is average and guti is also crap.Diarra as DM is fine.Alonso would be perfect for real
A… don’t you think there is a balance between assists and goals?
Fat Frank got 21 assists and 22 goals…
That year Ronaldo got 41 goals and 7 assists… I don’t think it would be possible to score 41 goals and get 21 assists? Has any player ever achieved that?
What did Messi do this year?
Slow, non-dribblers like Sneijder and Van Der Vaart could only dream of scoring goals like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGSVPtvmJh4
David I’ve got mates who are Utd season ticket holders and agree with me and I say it to anyone who I talk about football to, and havn’t been laughed at yet!
Pedro henry has achieved that.42 goals and 23 assists in 2003-2004
barca will be looking for ANC replacements… hence eto toure seem to be leaving….
ronaldo.. he himself scores 40 odd goals.. in big matches as well.. why does he need to assist anyone.. and he wins games…!!
sorry 39 and 14 assists
GP
No Sergio Ramos?
Pedro Messi got 38 goals and 16 assists this season, 42 and 18 if you include Argentina
Or
—-Casillas
Ramos Pepe Garay ????
–Lass Gago
CR Kaka Robben
—Villa
Goonerpress, if would back Diaby and Denilson to dominate Sniejder and Van Der Vaart. They’re both average players in every department bar their ability to score a goal every now and then from a free kick.
Van Der Vaart scored a screamer against us for Hamburg at the Emirates and I didn’t hear his name after that.
They both completely disappeared against Russia in the euros last year as well. Both of them are so ridicously easy to play around.
Paulinho, clearly your knowledge of football is at a very low standard. Ever seen Van Der Vaart or Sneijder play? They are excellent dribblers, excellent readers of the game and both have beautiful vision. They are not suited to Real Madrids style of play. More Barcelona/Arsenal type players. Just look at them play for Holland.
choy thats exactly right?
Pedro I think Ronadlo will be their number 9.
he wont play as a wing player imo.
A in 2006/07 season ronaldo scored 23 goals 20 assists in all competitions what do u have to say about his football intelligence?
in 2007/08 42 goals 8 assists
in 2008/09 25 goals 9 assists
uve git no argument there mate in the last 3 years the guy has been outstanding
A you are right.Ronaldo can’t pass and lacks football intelligence. But his strength is scoring goals and he is fucking good at that.Hleb is an intelligent passer and can play some wonderful through balls.Who would you have in your team
It isn’t just goals and assists anyways, in my eyes there are three ways to influence a team attacking wise; goals, assists, and all round play (making things kick, ball retention, general creativity etc)
Ronaldo is exceptional when it comes to goals, but poor when it comes to the other two, though ultimately obviously goals are the most important, that’s what sets Ronaldo apart from the top players imo.
Not seen enough of Garay and think Ramos is overrated, I’d pick Eboue over him anyday…so yeah will still beat them
David, Ramos is in there at RB.
Also i have never seen anyone get fouled the way ronaldo does.He is fucking strong.Yes he dives around a lot.But he has played nearly 90% of the last 3 seasons
its all about goals… we as arsenal fans need to recognize that… how many times have we shouted shoot!!!!!
I hope Madrid fail..because I want the footballing world to realise that spending like that is no guarantee to success.
I mean I really believe there should be some spending limits like in the NBA and NFL. At least there is more rotation there giving smaller teams a chance to rise.
IN European football it will always be the Reals, the Manchester United’s of this world that will dominate.
I prefer the NBA system which gives teams like the Orlando Magic or Cleveland Cavaliers a chance to actually go after the big prize…..lol when will like Stoke ever challenge for the title lol.
I hope Madrid fail miserably..its like they are assembling an all-star team……in basketball you only get to see those type of teams in the all-star game.
Can’t believe real let mata go.Fucking awesome player
Oh..right! Sorry…i was looking at the screen and thinking my right!
Sorry GP!
Yea what a team!
Ramos overrated? Flippin hell! You guys seriously need to watch these players play before passing judgement. Ramos is fucking brilliant! The best RB in the world mate. His defending, crosses, scoring, heading etc makes Eboue and Sagna look like shit. Garay is going to be one of the best CB’s in the world one day. Mark my words.
A… considering the strikers Ronaldo has to play with… that’s not a bad tally.
Franchise has got some good stats for you there…
It depends nisanth. Last season I would have said Hleb, and had arguments to that effect with alot of people! Our game was based on ball retention, and hleb’s ball retention was absolutely exceptional, whereas ronaldo’s has always been pretty pants
JA
The flip side to that argument is the domino effect…now that United have 80 in the kitty to spend….other “smaller” teams are bound to benefit from it. I mean im not economist or nothing but i believe in the free market.
Ramos is great going forward.Defensively he is not that good.Maicon has a better overall balance.
Mata is a very good player. Been very vital for Valencia this season.
See, Ronaldo is an excellent player. His assists were much better in 2006, as someone pointed out. This is because Ferguson has turned him into more of a goal scoring player. I guarantee if he goes back to his old ways, he will be a terrific player. But it will cut down on his goals. I don’t think he wants that.
That surprises me Franchise, i can’t remember him every getting that many assists, bit weird!
Pedro Ronaldo has played with Rooney deployed in a role purely to set up chances for him, and Rooney is imo on par if not above ronaldo as a player, very underrated in my eyes. Without rooney Ronaldo wouldn’t have had half the impact he has, which is why he hasn’t for portugal, and I dunno if he will for madrid.
Rooney is overrated because he is English, FACT!
I’m sorry to offend you GP but Ramos is overrated he’s defending is shit! he is a younger Heinze for me, he’s got heart and hyperactivity but the discipline of a defender NOOOO!!! an yep I’ve watched him quite a bit. Do you think he is anywhere near as good as Maicon, Alves, Sagna??
A it is a real joy to watch hleb play.I mean seriosuly. His turns, passes.dummies, through balls and other passing related things.I would have enjoyed his game had he played for another team but it is painful to watch him in an arsenal jersey and pass when presented with an oppurtunity to score
goonerpress, you rate Veloso don’t you? Says it all really.
Van Der Vaart is a tubby, slow, lazy player – similar to Veloso – and Sneijer is a dwarf who is also slow and lazy.
Maybe you have a thing about fat, slow, lazy players who can strike a ball pretty well.
Rooney is maybe slightly overrated. He is fucking class and there is no denying that.He has this incredible attitude. He is a cunt who thinks he has the right to go around making two footed tackles. But he works his socks off for united
In terms of the right back debate..I think the most balanced right back in the world(attacking and defending) is Maicon….
In terms of attacking it has to be Alves.
In terms of defending..Sagna is close to the top, not sure if he is number one though.
rooney is an explosive player i wish we would have signed him goonerpress. We lack his aggression at arsenal. Plus he always scores against us and he works his arse off. Unlike someone like adebayor.
Capello also seems to be getting the best out of him…
A
ronaldo scored 42 goals in a season and man u won the champions league and league. He is a great player, credit where its due…
henry in his prime was better tho
He is better than Alves and his attacking is better than Sagna’s. Maicon (forgot about him) is probably better than him. Ramos was a very good defender in his earlier days but he seems to have lost it.
If all these Real Madrid players were so good maybe they wouldn’t be getting spanked 6-2 at home to Barca and 4-0 away at Liverpool.
sagna was world class when we signed him but maybe they wenger defender curse has kicked in now (Campbell, senderos, gallas) wenger destroys defenders confidence…
or it could be down to his brother dying like adams said.
David I think you are wrong about small teams benefitting, the spending limits work in the NBA doesnt it..so why not football and I am sure most of the clubs are not in debt like most of the footbal clubs in europe…
David I know you are saying that since Manure gets 80 mil then Wigan will benefit because they will buy Valencia for 15-20 mil…but the truth is..its anendless cycle because as soon as Wigan reinvests and develops other players..the bigger teams buy them again…thus a team like Wigan will never get to challenge for the PL, because its an endless cycle….so player never gets to stay at a small club long enough to possibly carry them to the promise land.
Maicon is class best RB IMO Ramos started off great when he was at Sevilla and his first few years at Madrid he has not progressed well sibe IMO
Paulinho, slow they are, not sure about lazy. Zidane was slow, Fabregas is, Lampard is. One thing they have in common with them is beautiful passing and vision.
And how on earth is Van Der Vaart similar to Veloso? Totally different players you mug. Van Der Vaart is an attacker and Veloso is defensive. Provies your shit all knowledge of football.
goonerpress I’d pick Ilunga(West Ham) or Pantsil(Fulham) over Ramos, seriously I would…
You hit the nail there buddy he ‘was’ a good defender now he’s just hyperactive
Incesc..when it comes to defending sagna is still awesome.
how facking long is this vermaelen transfer gonna take.
I think rooney would have developed into a better played had he played under wenger.
hes still great nishanth but he had a dip in form last season. His first season he was amazing. Just hope its a dip and not the wenger curse
And how on earth is Van Der Vaart similar to Veloso?
“slow, fat, and lazy”.
Bit slow tonight goonerpress?
Oh and btw Paulinho, Van Der Vaart weighs 75g same as Cristiano Ronaldo.
http://notaniche.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/rafael-van-der-vaart.jpg
Tubby?
Wenger will need to do a lot of rotation if our attacking players all stay fit for them to get oppurtunities. He has made Carling cup look like a joke so don’t think any of the senior players will be interested in playing in the CC.
79g? thats less than a mobile phone…
Ok Grovers… Le Grove… IS NOW ON FACEBOOK!
WOOOO HOOOO!
My name is Pedro Le Grove, the facebook group is Le Grove.
You can upload your pics etc and have a whale of a time!
Twitter… Facebook… what next eh?!
Miguel Veloso weighs 79kg. Hardly similar to Van Der Vaart.
See that is because 79 and 75 are two different numbers. 79 being the larger number. They also have a difference of 4.
Lacking facts tonight Paulinho?
man
haha
Does anyone think Sagna hasnt done that well this year because he’s had walcott infront of him and not eboue. sounds strange but he covers sagna defensively
nisanth the carling cup team has always just been the players who aren’t regulars in the first team, i expect our team next year to be one of the strongest we’ve had since wenger arrived, bendy, vela, rasmey, jd, even nasri and theo could be involved
75kg I meant Man, lol.
Pedro i wondered when le grove would get on facebook lol
Hope so A.I hope he doesn’t play too many youngsters in the defense.A back 4 of eboue-djourour-song-gibbs would be fine.Wilshere and co. will do the job upfront
http://netherlands.worldcupblog.org/1/van-der-vaart-me-too-fat-preposterous.html
http://footballtalentspotter.com/OnesToWatch/miguelveloso-9638.aspx
Accusations of being overweight have blighted their career…..
They might not technically be fat, but they play like they’ve had one too many pies.
I dunno nisanth, I’d like to see Bartley in there in defence, and Either coquelin or lansbury right back.
goonerpress
“Ramos overrated? Flippin hell! You guys seriously need to watch these players play before passing judgement. Ramos is fucking brilliant! The best RB in the world mate. His defending, crosses, scoring, heading etc makes Eboue and Sagna look like shit. Garay is going to be one of the best CB’s in the world one day. Mark my words.”
For me he’s the most overated player i’ve ever seen. I seen him absolutely ripped apart on a number of occaisions his defending is quite simply awful at times. Steven Davis a central midfielder playing out wide with no pace just a bit of game intelligence humiliated him in a European Qualifier. The lesson that Vela gave to him two seasons ago also stands out, our fulltime and part time fullbacks and that includes Eboue, Kolo, Gibbs, Sagna and Clichy are all better.
‘I know Real measures every player’s fat percentages almost daily. I’m way within the limits. It’s not fun, these articles, but I can’t change it’.
So your point is?
Paulinho so why call them tubby if they are not technically fat?
Its like me saying a Ferrari is slow just because I don’t like it. But its not technically slow.
chisefran sounds better actually
A that is experimenting.Bartley is still okay.We should play to win rather than just getting the experience. If we lose in the 4th round or qf whats the point.Gavin hoyte and paul rodgers last season were poor.
I disagree about hoyte being poor, i thought he done really well.
Pepe is a good defender but even him I feel is slightly overrated…they can buy all the attacking players in the world as long as they have Ramos I’d fancy our chances against them
You guys better all get on it!
This has taken me ages!
everyone is a closet ronaldo fan.Now that he’s not a manc everyone praised him….
Brady, he is good looking and Spanish though… that’s why he gets the Galactico pay day!
A bit like some of the English boys…
I don’t rate hoyte at all. Bartley needs the experience, unless he goes on loan he should be playing in the league cup. The purpose of the league cup is to develop kids, and to give fringe players match practice keep them match fit, and the kids have gotten further than that previously havn’t they.
Dan he was okay.Looked the most shaky.I really can’t see eboue playing in Mid next season and at RB he won’t be getting much oppurtunites. He might just end up learning something from the kids
Get in… one friend already!
facebook is run by the fbi
goonerpress, all is not lost though. They’ve got the opportunity to fly the flag for the tubby and emulate this guy:
http://www.gatifoto.hu/english/pages/Gati_Gy_Puskas_Ocsi_W.jpg
On the facebook le grove! If facebook is run by the fbi then thats fine because im not doing anything wrong lol
what insesc? r u being serious?
Haha Paulinho. Thats if they eat too many pies.
But seriously though, if you watch them play for full 90 minutes, they are excellent players. I keep saying it, their vision, passing and set peices are beautiful. Zidane looked like he ate too many pies, so does Fabregas and many other footballers. Pace is not always needed, you need a footballing mentality. Just look at Theo Walcott as an example.
I went to all the cc games last year and i thought he was good, nothing spectacular but seemed comfortable on the ball.
I like Bartley, Ayling is a good hardworker but he is so slow…
man
yep.
its run by the authorities and shit.
Why the hell would it matter if the fbi run facebook? Dont plot terror attacks or other crimes then you should be fine
Incesc… a holding company of the CIA.
I reckon they’ll be cross referencing faces on FB against CCTV in a few years…
No more stealing traffic cones for me!
tell me more insesc? i mean how does it work?
Dan, because if you haven’t done anything wrong, you shouldn’t be watched.
Wasn’t that an urban myth that isn’t actually true??
(sorry to spoil it if you’re trying to take people for a ride!)
Apparantley, as soon as you visit the FBI website, your IP gets logged and they do checks against Facebook and other networking sites etc.
oh is it the CIA
lol
Did you create a new pedro account then on facebook, dont know if i can be arsed to make an incesc one…
i think the police can use facebook now for arrests and shit.
Man:
http://www.sott.net/articles/show/137871-Facebook-the-CIA-conspiracy
Pedro Everyones done something wrong lol
still waiting for u to accept my friends request Pedro…
A, it’s not an urban myth.
I think the CIA fronted company put £12mill in at the start.
It’s not surprising really… it’s the perfect tool for profiling etc.
Get the hell in!
2 friends!
If theres pictures on people profiles of them holding guns and knives and facebook do nothing about it then i shouldnt think nicking a road cone will be top of their priorities lol
David, are you Alex Turner in disguise!
i dont know bout all that guys
Facebook started out as a college thing..you couldnt register if you didnt have an authentic college email account that they would send to your webmail…and the networks were very limited to you’re own college…ofcoarse its expanded since then.
Pedro
heeheee
I just ate a salad… what a fucking waste of £12…
It’s good to put a face to a name!
ok i added you pedro
I think facebook is all good unless you’re planning a life in politics… you’re bunking off work… cheating on your gf.
Pedro i love your favourite music hahahaha have u purchased that cd?
nice one Pedro, interesting stuff
are you going to join with your normal profile pedro?
It is understood that United will receive the fee in four annual instalments of £20 million. Sources close to the Glazer family insist that Ferguson will be free to reinvest the money on players, despite the club being faced with an interest bill of £69 million last year on their £699 million of debt.
Hi Guys
Greetings from Kuwait. Fuck it is hot in the Middle East. Oh for a bit of Rain.
Pedro, joined your facebook thingy and added you as a buddy seen as you are bit of billy no mates on there.
been out of the loop the last few days, have we signed anyone yet? and how come Vermaelan is not on Arsenal.com. I thought that was imminent/next 48 hours. What a load of shit.
haha! Incesc, brilliant stuff! A, I pictured you perfectly!
I’m good at this picturing people malarkey!
Excellent… nice to see you’re all normal… so far…
Come on guys… where are the freaks hiding?
evidently it was all just paper talk bollocks pat. Another Setanta “exclusive” just made up in an attempt to get last ditch hits!
Incesc, it’s on my ipod for sure!
Question is…. are you Jack Penate in disguise?
Oh and Kuwait is completely dry…..
WTF is all that about. Cant even get a beer in the hotel. Thought my luck was in when I opened the mini bar and saw a budweiser coloured tin in there with loads of arabic on it. Then found out it was non-alcoholic.
Worst of all the thing is even labelled mini-bar.
Why call it a fucking mini-bar if there is not any fucking alcohol in it?
And went for an Italian earlier. What is the point of an Italian restaurant without Peroni?
ha really pedro?! which version of me though?! There’s the long haired, bearded, tramp like me and the recently clean shaven suit wearing variety?!

I’ve now got Mr T on my friends list!

Pat, that is a fucking outrage… no alcoholic beer? Who drinks that? What is it’s purpose?
That’s like a football match without a ball…
What are you up to out there? You been hit on by a Sheikh yet?
I was thinking just to add pedro but not join the group, then i could keep my anonymity whilst perusing to see if i could work out who is who, but seeing as pedro created his le grove profile all his friends are from here anyways so it’s no different from joining the group – goddamn
I’ll join with my real profile when I get more than 20 friends… I’ll sneak on!
ha fair enough pedro, that’s a very abnormal me, still don’t recognise myself when i look in the mirror but obviously you’re ability to build a picture of someone from on here is exceptional!
