They came for a draw, so?

by & filed under Uncategorized.

I have to say I am always surprised when I hear our leader claiming they came for a draw and camped in our half for 90 minutes, so I have two questions on that subject.

1) So, you expected them to come and play all out attacking football and then what… …lose?

2) Try telling that to Alex Ferguson. How many teams go there and camp in their half, apart from us and the chavs, …er all of them, and then what?

The point I’m making here is it’s the same for all the big teams, and remember we used to be one of them, since the doomed experiment we have drifted miles apart from ManU and now Liverpool, Chelsea and Villa, and Everton are parked up our arses as well.

We can’t keep blaming everyone else, yes they were defensive, but if it wasn’t for Almunia we could have as easily lost as drawn or won. We have to start playing offensively, and creatively, starting with Roma tomorrow, I would say with the way we set up against Sunderland, we looked like ‘WE’ were trying for a draw, two inept defensive midfielders in our starting line up sent out the message, we want to protect our ‘NOT LOSING’ streak.

I get fed up with hearing about the debt ManU have, do they care? Do their fans care? Last week the bookies paid out on a domestic treble for the Mancs, how embarrassing for us, it’s February for christ’s sake.

Whatever they spend, they get back in winnings and shirt sales, who out there has an Eboue, Song or Denilson shirt? well apart from them, their mums and my cousin who made his mate wear an Eboue one as a forfeit.

I had us down for 6 nil at the weekend, but no, another shocking result against a poor team and yet another ruined weekend, now I read Wenger isn’t going for an attacking line up against Roma because we can’t score goals, what the….

So okay then know-it-all, what would you do?

Okay, I think Bischoff, Ramsey, Wilshere or even Coquelin can offer us more in midfield that Song and Denilson can, Eboue is just a joke player and should never feature again save coming on for Sagna.

A great defensive midfield player should cover every inch of the pitch, like Flamini did, or be a wall, like Gilberto was, Coquelin would do that as would Aaron Ramsey and I would sooner see one of them than the current offering, it’s not working, the results have shown that so change it.

Gazidas tells us we have the worlds best manager, he learnt the Arsenal way quickly didn’t he, he’s been here 5 minutes and he’s already trotting that old story out. I love Wenger, but I hate this intransigence, it’s killing us and if we don’t watch it we’ll end up trophy-less again and out of Europe, when will someone wake up and and realise what we all do, we are 3 players short and until we replace them we will win nothing. Not even a premier league game against a shit side like Sunderland.

I don’t know if Bischcoff is the answer but if we don’t try him, why sign him? We know the other options aren’t working. I think the reason we aren’t scoring is because the supply lines go sideways and when the forwards get the ball they just snatch at it, it’s panic football because of poor selection.

We need to start with Vela and Nasri out wide, we need a big lump like Diaby in the middle with a playmaker like Wilshere, then we’ll see what we have, what we’ve been doing isn’t working and never will, time to change Arsene, this may well be our last chance in Europe for Champions league football next season, please don’t blow it because of your pride, it’s getting very boring, admit you’re wrong and move on.

I’ll be there tomorrow and hoping like hell my head doesn’t drop when I see the team sheet. We have nothing to lose, we know the three stooges aren’t working, throw on the creative kiddies.

Arshavin was awesome by the way, what a great signing, I heard a lot of people saying they didn’t realise he was so short, so? What about Messi, Maradona and Scholes, it never hurt them did it, we can’t all be 6′ 6″ like me can we?

I lied about that by the way and the Scholes thing was a curved ball just to make sure you were reading.

We got a nice mention in the Gooner magazine this weekend so thanks Highbury Spy it shows we read yours and you read ours, keep up the good work!

Have a great day Grovers, tomorrow defines our season, next season!

Irish, i’m just going by redcafe, the united forum. When they talk about Wenger now they’re always going about when they thought Fergie had lost the plot back around 2003 and comparing situations.

Fergie was going to retire until they started winning again…….

  2. Lovedup Loner

BBK; we’ve been here beofre… You have zero faith in the squad.manager, but i do. We have every chance of beating Roma, then who knows how far we can go in the CL and we will have players back then, likewise the FA cup and we also have a favourable run of league games (altho, shit we effin need to win those mo-fos!) compared to Villa…

I am confident of er, some such shit occuring this season, but we will re-evaluate in may!

  3. Paulinho

Irish, George Graham players and players that learned under their tenure here.

Adams and co instilled spirit and fortitude into Vieira, Henry and co. So did Keown.

At the moment, there are no players to look up to at Arsenal. No one who has been there and done that. Apart from Gallas, and we know how the players react when he tries to say his piece :)

  4. patthegooner

Never been a fan of the word AKB Keyser.

To me they are just other Arsenal Fans who have their own opinions. I only get pissed when people result to insults and Virtual-fighting to put their point across.

If someone is willing to put their point across and says why they think they do, then I dont have a problem with it.

  5. Keyser

Paulinho – I’ve read you come up with that before and I can’t remember if I took you up on it, poor memory, old age one or the other, Heh.

The handling or pressure plays a small part to me, sometimes there is only soo much you can get out of players, and Wenger over the years has got the best out of many players, some just didn’t have it in the first place.

The team as a reflection of the manager thought I think is very vague, George Graham and Wenger are managers of different times and generations, to compare them like that, Sorry, just seems a bit cheap.

Where you have a point is that Wenger’s ideals are not wholely ideal for the world of football as it is today, it’s too pure, that football is a sport where technique and entertainment should be key leaves teams in a precarious position where every area of the pitch is as important as the next, total football style. It doesn’t work always because teams are not all equal with the same qualities, but it’s whole lot more satsifying when it does.

Graham played it safe, build from the back, if you don’t concede you don’t lose, we wouldn’t have got close to the sort of football we’ve played over the years and I don’t think we would’ve been as successful.

  6. irishgunner

BBK – Eboue start crying LOL They should get a GAA manager to give them a talking to that would tell them.

I know ye guys probably not got much of a clue about it but anyway Kilkenny are the best hurling team in Ireland and have dominated the game for a years. In the last final they were cruising – walking it but one of the players starting showboating a but, the manager said if he or anyone else did it again or looked like given up he’d take them off, thats the attitude thats needed.

  7. Lovedup Loner

Paulinho; Its a bit blaise (sp) to say that the likes of cesc, etc witnessing Eduardo’ horrific injury shouldnt have evn affected them fella! It knocked me sick!

I think gallas’ actions were pretty understandable to at the time, coz thats exactly how i felt! Well effin pissed off! BUT it shouldnt have taken em 4 games to get over it tho. I remember after the semi finalk replay v United when bergkamp missed the penalty (he didnt get over that for 3 seasons IMO!) but the next league game we played Boro away and we won 6-1! BTW Bergkamp didnt play, I dont think…

  8. patthegooner

    Lovedup

I think we will beat Roma as well, and if they do think they have won before turning up, then more fool them.

They have some standout players, but we usually do ok against Italian opposition, and I think we will see a lot more against a team that are not putting 11 behind the ball. I think we will win by a couple tomorrow.

And if we do lose, then I still think it might be a blessing in disguise. I dont think we have the squad to battle on all three fronts (Getting 4th, FA Cup, CL) and given that the CL means two legs and travel, then it might just do us a favour to concentrate on getting 4th and taking advantage of a favourable cup draw.

  9. leon

    path

i dont think it has anything do with experience that mush face it song and delinson just aint good enough, nasri is what 1 year older, quality is quality if good enough your old enough and song and delison are nood good enough, the jury is out on diaby though i think he better than them but is not consistant enough

  10. Keyser

patthegooner – If you sat down with Wenger and actually asked him to explain his comments I bet you he’d still have many reasons to back them up, regardess of whether or not he’s usuing them to motivate his players.

We all know he won’t say anything bad, unless he’s really forced to and even then will merit it with something positive about the player, he’s done that for Vieira, Henry and the likes and I don’t see why it should change for anyone else, it’s just the way he is, imagine if you were a player in the team, you’d surely find ways to make it work.

Please pat, this favourites thing that people play on to me is weak, it’s almost as silly to me as if to say he prefers English players because of some xenophobic pre-deliction.

Song and Denilson are still young and learning but they still offer some sort of consistency relative to others. With Nasri, Arshavin, Van Persie on the team we should have enough to create chances against Sunderland, which we did but we just did not take.

  11. patthegooner

    I would go with

    Nasri, Denilson, Toure, Vela

Lets face it we dont have a lot of options tomorrow night. I expect he will go with

    Eboue, Song, Denilson, Nasri

But still think we will win though

  12. irishgunner

Although …….. just on the off chance he might go with Vela as he keeps mentioning that Roma will come forward so with Clichy and Vela raiding down the left that would keep their right back on the back foot – who is their right back?

  13. leon

    love

thats far to negative i cant believe i am saying this
wiltshire nasri diaby vela i think forgetting that diaby cant realy pass either he is very powerful great dribler though

  14. GMR

Regardless of the rights & wrongs of what FM said I just think it’s really sad that ‘legends’ who supposedly love the club sell out for a few quid to s**t like talkshite, that suggests they don’t care as much about the club as they do their bank balances.

If Frank wants to say Arsene has lost the plot (which I agree is totally disrespectful) then he should at least give full reasons for that.

  15. raif

    Hello Lads..

i dont know whats more Worreing come start of next season,,,

us not buying anyone. or the shit ones still being at our club from the last season..

    the Lata really worries me..

  16. patthegooner

    To be honest Raif,

If we finished outside the top 4, I dont think Wenger would be allowed to not strengthen.

In fact even if we do sneak it, I think he will finally start re-ballancing the squad. I dont think Anyone will buy the they are a year older bollox again.

  17. irishgunner

I don’t think a whole load need to go to be honest – just enough to ease the pay packets.

Eboue – He has messed things up for himself
Adebayor – I have a feeling he’ll move on anyway
Silvestre – feckin waste of money
Song/Denilson – think he’ll sell one as they’ll not be happy to go back to reserve football maybe both

Can’t think of anyone else maybe Almunia and Bendtner but that would be too much of a clear out.

  18. raif

    Leon..

very worreing mate. i dont think Song, Eboue, Diaby, even Denilson & Nikki B could get in to most of the teams in the Prem. i really dont.

    patthegooner….

even if either was to happen its all to late considering were the club used to be. we have gone from Invincibles CL football every year to bearly having a chance to even get 4place in no more then 2 years. the Decline of our club is spreading faster than a Plague

  19. patthegooner

I dont think it would take much either Irish.

A couple in and a couple out, but lets hope it is the clingons that leave and not our better players.

I think Ade will move on, but hopefully we would bring someone else in there. Eboue definately out, but I think that Song and Denilson will stay. Wenger will never give up on Song, not after the Exceptional Talent Visa. He is very stubborn there.

And then just a World Class Midfielder in would be enough for me.

If Gallas goes, then obviously replace him as well.

Keeper wise, I think next year will see Fabianski as no.1

  20. leon

    irish

ade- nothing a bit compitetion for places wont solve he has the quality. sylvestor is solid enough your quite right waste of money to many injuries, eboue, song and delinson will back to the bench next season or sold

  21. irishgunner

Leon – Its not that I want rid of Adebayor but I don’t know if he wants to play for Arsenal anymore to be quite honest that’s why.

I actually like Bendtner too but I think he’ll want first team football all the time ie a start

Pat – thats the key isn’t it – keeping the good ones not selling them

  22. irishgunner

Raif – maybe, maybe not thats kind of 50-50% in terms of the squad but I think there is far too much crap in the boardroom and off the field which this year has really impacted on the field

  23. simon mcmahon

KEYSER WHAT HAVE YOU GOT AGAINST MCLINTOCK?
and by the way when he was playing he was paid a more realistic wage and in those days you played through the pain barrier because you wanted to keep your place in the team.
why dont you take a history lesson , research what Frank meant to the team when we won the double, find quotes from Bob Wilson, John Radford , Charlie george .
also how can you go on about song and denilson , THIS IS AN EMBARRASING MIDFIELD PARTNERSHIP TO RIVAL
    SELLEY AND HILLIER,
SONG IS A USELESS TWAT, THAT GETS PAID RIDICULOUS AMMOUNTS OF MONEY.he will never be a good player,
and why a lot of us think that wenger has lost it (i’ll give you a couple of examples)
1.continuing to play right footed central midfield in both the wide positions .
2.Eboue , keeps getting a place wide on the right check out his amazingly average stats again this season.
2b, The disgraceful performance from the same player against the spuds , every one knew after the first yellow card he was going to get sent off, apart from wenger it seems .
    3. The crab brothers tandem in midfield (song and denilson total sideways football whenever they get possession.
    4. Ramsey, Willshere,Vela , any of those three have more talent than Eboue,YET THEY KEEP THE BENCH WARM IN FAVOUR OF HIM.
    5. he keeps telling us that the kids are great why dosent he play them and by the way when was the last time we won the f.a. youth cup, great return on the investment

  24. Lovedup Loner

Bendtner is 4th choice striker FFS. Dont know many world class strikers that are happy to sit on the bench as 4th choice at any club…

The squad needs adding to, and shouldve been last summer, we’ll have to wait till the summer to see what happens, but i feel we will see some additions. I mane, y’all go on about Wenger ONLY goin wive da yutes, but the signings of Arshy, Sagna, Eduardo and even Silvestre kinda disporve that. Even nasri’s got 3 seasons under his belt.

  25. leon

    raif

i think nikky b is much better of bench he works very hard and diaby is better than both song and delinson is a good dm squad player.diaby just needs to more consistant but he looks quality

  26. Lovedup Loner

Simon; Pires did pretty well wide left, Nasri and vela/Arshavin are a decent pair of wingers IMO. Eboue? Can fuck right off IMO and Song & Denilson are squad players IMO, yet are played regularly, maybe Cesc would get in ahead of em? And Diaby too, although id have rather AW signed a quality DM last summer.

As for ramsey, he got a chance v Cardiff and was shite, vela’s getting his chance now (hope he starts tomorrow) Wilshire?? He seems to have dropped down the peckin order or sumfin… maybe he will get game in the FA Cup?

  27. Lovedup Loner

    kirby;

Thats my POINT! Bendy is 4th choice striker, yet some think that we should have a bleedin WORLD CLASS striker thats 4th choice! Pretty unrealistic IMO. As a 4th choice striker, he’s a decent player, plus he’s 20, so there’s room for improvement too.

  28. raif

    leon

    agree about nikki b.

but Song has improved more as a plyer then diaby and thats greatly worreing indeed..

he has been very lucky Bcos he reminds us of paddy, but he is nothing like him. plus his not a DM he normally likes to sit dehind the striker, somthing he also is not, or does very good at

  29. leon

    kirby

i dont think so but nikki b always seams to off the bench and gives defenders lots of trouble and at 20-21 i think will get better

  30. raif

the problem with nikkiB is that it takes him till the 2nd half to even get going. anything before that is SWAGGER..

he has his moments but he also has moments of utter crap

  31. leon

    raif

any one can see diaby is alot more gifted than song and diaby has been injured alot which has hampered his development,he is alot more veritile than song, very powerful hold ball well and exceptional driler can evon play as a striker,

  32. kirby

i just think evidence points that when bendtner comes off the bench he can sometimes be affective but not that often!

i keep hearing these players are young they will get better etc etc!!

    but have we got time?

i dont think bendtner is good enough nor is song, eboue, almunia and denilson is not ready for the massive responsability!

there are a lot of posters on le grove gettin quality mixed with mediocrety and they are the people who stick up for these players everytime when the evidence is staring them in the face.

we need wenger to sharpen up surely he knows these are shit hope we have a clear out in the summer!!

  33. Keyser

Simon Mcmahon – Look what you’ve done there, thats a reasoned argument and you’ve left it open for debate and posed me questions, did you get paid for it ? Did you announce it on Talkshite Radio ? Can you make a living from your connections to Arsenal ?!

Why don’t I take a history lesson ? Wtf has that got to do with it ? You’ve called Song a useless twat, fcuk it then McClintock is one of the biggest cunts ever to walk God’s green earth, a complete and utter worthless cunt.

Do you get what I mean ? If McClintock did put in reasoned arguments or his words were twisted or he later explains things then I might have some more respect for him, until then I don’t see why anyone should get reverence over someone else because I’m supposed to agree with their opinions without reproach.

  34. Keyser

Kirby – What evidence exactly ? Song, Ebway and Denilson wouldn’t be playing if everyone was fit, f Wenger had got who he wanted during the summer or whatever, they’re played because others are injured.

Then people point to Vela and Wilshere and others, but then so what, Vela’s had inconsitent games just like anyone else, people never seem to remember them and say we’d be better off playing him anyway, well we’d still get bad performances and results then either way.

  35. irishgunner

Kirby – go back up along to a post I made earlier and a lot of the “average” players wouldn’t be near the squad if we had more fit, Denilson, Eboue and Song are three

Wenger has to buy what we have needed for two seasons anyway – a quality CM and DM plus and maybe another striker if Nikki B and Ade leave

In a perfect world our bench would have maybe Nasri, Walcott, Diaby, Gibbs and Bendtner to pick from

  36. Maciek

Even if Fabergas will be sold(25 milion could be enough) and we sell Ade for 12 milion,we can survive. Rosicky and Nasri can play in the middle,so that means that we will be in the need for LW(Dimitrov,Di Maria)and to cdm’s. Sell Song, Denilosn and Diaby for combined 12 milion and buy 2 cdm(re sign Flamini and buy another quality cdm-Cana?),buy jaskelainen and Hangeland with Mexes and we are sorted.

  37. kirby

listen keyser ive seen you posting that eboue gives us balance and that we need song and denilson to play which is fine your opinion but all im stating is that its not really working is it??

and i havent been going on about wilshire ramsey and others i was gutted we didnt get a DM with experience instead he got arsh in which will be a good addition but not as essential

then we have someone to play with cesc and sometimes denilson when we go away from home…

  38. kirby

i know we dont have many other options at the moment irish but there is a better one then them 3 in the midfield.

i thought you liked diaby leon??

  39. irishgunner

Kirby – I agree the three together are too defensive even the two are too defensive but since we are this “non losing” streak I don’t see Wenger changing it rightly or wrongly

  40. leon

i dont believe in squad players i think all players should be of similar quality and should be rotate the squad and replace like with like and when you have a player like fab and he is replaced with delinson. so if you look at like that.certain players like song etc just dont make the grade.i feel with diaby he has been played out of position to much but i would give one more season but if stayed the same i would sell hime same for nikki b

  41. Keyser

Kirby – I was just generalising, I truly think we would have got a dm in if someone like Alonso wasn’t overpriced or Liverpool really wanted to sell.

Other than that I don’t want us buying just anyone, I didn’t particularly think Alonso was right either.

I’ve said Ebway can give us balance as a reason for justfying his inclusion, same with Song and Denilson, I’m just not one of those people that says Wenger’s lost it because they can’t be asked to think why they’re playing.

You say it’s not working ? We’ve stopped conceding goals and we’ve started creating chances ? and good ones at that ? If you want to think thats because Denilson and Song were playing, thats fine, but I don’t think it’s clear cut either way. Now add, Fabregas, Walcott, a fit Arshavin, Diaby, Rosicky, Eduardo, and Adebayor to the team and bench, and you’ve got a pretty decent team/ squad.

  42. Keyser

Sorry mean’t to add, we didn’t score the goals, that was down to Vela’s, Van Persie’s and Bendtner’s missed chances not Denilson and Song.

  43. Maciek

Well Irish-I hope You are right mate. Since Vieira departure we have been “Henry-dependence” and now 20 year’s old kid is our best player.Maybe Arshavin can really save us.It’s 12 games to go and I feel that Villa will not implode and they will secure the 4th spot.

  44. irishgunner

Kirby – the chances were still created but not taken. Its just that at the moment we don’t have someone that can have one chance and take it – well we do but thats Eduardo.

Leon – I disagree you can’t have a squad with like for like quality. Even United have average players like O’Shea, Park etc

  45. kirby

we have stopped conceding keyser i make you right and to be honest i dont think its because he plays song and denilson just that we havent really been tested in recent weeks i just hope your right because yeah it does look much better when everyone comes back but for now i think he should not play all 3 there is other options!

  46. Keyser

Franchise doesn’t do that, I think he’s one of them, he’s always going on about Japanese football and playing Winning Eleven back in the day.

  47. ethangunner

    hehehehe raif ..

keyser means we have some real talented players at arsenal … and eboue gives us balance within the squad because he is talent – less !

so he balances out the talent :)

.. and so does song and ade

    :)

  48. Lovedup Loner

Signing Arshavin makes perfect sense seeing as how RvP, Vela etc cant score! We aint conceeding, so anyone with an eye for goals OK by me!

  49. Keyser

Kirby – We’ll just have to wait and see either way, so far we haven’t conceded and we have improved even if you only think it’s a little ? Hopefully with players coming back we’ll get better and not go backwards.

  50. irishgunner

Franchise – I doubt it. There are a few “AKBs” in the world but I don’t think there is any on here. I mean I stick up for AW but only cos I think ranting and raving will get us nowhere and I can see that changing manager will not help right now in the slightest. I think he still has it in him the stubborn old git we just need to find it :D

  51. Maciek

Franchise-hehehehe, that was funny. Yeah, sometimes I think that Wenger is considered as a “god” for many Arsenal fans.
P.S.How are You mate? Long time since ours last chat.
P.S. 2 You have got a big sense of humor. It’s great but in current Club situation I’ve lost mine.

  52. Pedro

Haha, nice one ethan, you’re my favourite!

    How is everyone tonight!

Loved up… I think we’re struggling for goals up front because all our strikers seem to struggle playing with each other. There isn’t much of an understanding is there?

    We need Bergkamp back…

  53. raif

    skandibird ;)

ahhh thank you, glad im not alone in the Sell

    EBOU’DIAB’NIK’ADE’SON Agenda..

“that sounds like a long Chinese/Japanese Name dont it” lol

  54. Franchise

Maciek Im good Im keeping a low profile cos Ive been busy at work and also cos Im tired of arguing recurring arguements.

Like Arsene said Im waiting until May b4 I judge him. But 17 points behind ManU with 12 games to go. Do u think that gap wld increase or decrease after 38 games. Im afraid the latter :(

  55. Pedro

“We want a different ideal for the game and for our football. No matter what happens it’s very important for the players to stay together.”

Fuck me… I remember all this shit starting up last year… how depressing…

  56. irishgunner

Lovedup – nah if people want to throw chilish labels about and say “you support Arsene not Arsenal” let em at it, I know who I support :D

Now Arsene’s sexy accent is a total other subject ;-)

  57. Keyser

Never really bothered that much with Japanese football, Urawa Reds are good, looks like you’re on your own there Franchise.

  58. Maciek

Franchise. This gap will be even bigger but I don’t care as long as we will overtake Villa and secure this badly needed 4th place.

  59. Franchise

i agree Maciek. If this season cant serve as areality check for Arsene then next season would be worse IMO. They are a few dark horses apart from Everton and Villa that could force us further down the table in the future. ManCity and Tottenham with their never ending pot of cash could make our lives harder next year especially if we persist with players like eboue, denilsong etc

  60. Pedro

Irish, there are other managers in the world.

I’m not for sacking the coach… but if he was pushed or left, it wouldn’t be the end of the world… there is always someone who can take you to another level.

  61. Maciek

In case if we fail to secure 5th place, can we register our team at any time we want if we want to play in the Intertoto Cup?

  62. Lovedup Loner

Cheer up Doomers… Hopefully that asteroid will finallu hit earth before the start of next season… I mean, anythings better than having the indignity of watchin me team on a bleedin Thursday! :D

  63. irishgunner

Pedro – Are there other managers in the world…really?? Wow

Sarcasm aside I said RIGHT NOW – ie sacking him or pushing him would have too many knock on effects and would be far too messy. Looked what happened to Chelsea when they left Mourinho go but kept all his players at Chelsea, same thing would happen here. Besides its Wenger’s mess to let him sort it. That’s all I’m saying, I’ve followed football a long time and went through manager changes.

Do you know how painful it was to see Stan Stantoun leave Ireland? If I can get through that I can get through anything

  64. raif

    skandibird

HAHAHAHA… it would be a nice Euro vison song name wont it. lol

maybe we can get Eboue to sing it?

better yet they can play it at half time at the emirates and the fans could Jeer and Boo to it ;)

Irish, don’t get tetchy because people are knocking you luuuuuurver.

Sacking Jose was shocking… nearly won the champions league final, nearly won the league, nearly won the league cup… hardly the worst out come considering the start they had.

Even if he was pushed now, we’d survive. New manager affect and all that…

  66. Pedro

Loved Up… he owes me money as well… what a slippery bastard that guy is…

David Hillier owed me dough as well… that’s why he was nicking suitcases…

  67. Franchise

Irish we arent exactly world beaters at the moment. There are several managers that can ensure we finish top 4 and win the odd cup. We have been doing the former since 96 but since 05 no trophies

Lovedup Loner.. no TV yet.. but anything will be on my Youtube channel first ;)

as for the Doom and Gloom. we only have few years till planet X comes into our Solar system in 2012 and distroys our galaxy as we know it. i would like arsenal to win a few things till then

was that to deep?? its ment to be true tho. google it

 leave my man out of this you…

Yeah but then what did Chelsea do, give it to Grant who took them to the Final and only for Terry falling on his arse might have won and they challenged for the EPL so what was the best thing to do … sack him … Scolari sacked, Hiddink doesn’t want it.

Its all about getting the right manager and I think Wenger is still the right one, I’ll be darned if I’m wrong he’s a better manager that whats on show now. If not I have the perfect candidate for the job …. ME :D

  70. irishgunner

Franchise – I know see my last paragraph in my last reply. I still think Wenger is a great manager he’s just not really showing it at the moment. 5 mins in a room with him that’s all I need ha ha

  71. Pedro

I’m sure Frank Rijkarrd would do a good caretaker role.

Whose that guy doing a mighty fine job at AZ? The old Barca manager? Van Gaal.

Stuart Pearce… pfff… who am I kidding, he is too good for us!

  72. Keyser

Heh, Mclaren’s doing pretty well in Dutch football now and he picks up new languages really quickly so he’ll be able to talk to the whole squad pretty easily.

  73. Lovedup Loner

Talkin of accents, its a little known fact that Arsene Wenger (real name Arthur White) is from Gloucestershire and has a broad west country brogue, moy dears…

  74. Pedro

haha, I bet they wouldn’t Franchise. He couldn’t talk English.

Anyone heard Beckhams italian accent when he talks English?

‘I want to use the phonio luigio’

  75. Franchise

Lovedup Im not a Zombie. My comments are mostly my sincere thoughts. There are really teams that are too good to go down.

Pedro what they mostly suffered IMO was a hangover from selling a pair that scored 80% of their goals. To think that they sold the 20% provider defoe in January is madness.

Reminds me of selling Gilberto, Diarra and letting flamster leave then replacing them 3 with Ramsey

  76. Franchise

Banking on Arsenal winning the league and Spurs going down would only cause one double disappintment in May. I would rather have one
