King of the hill, the number one and top of the league.

by & filed under Uncategorized.

Fantastic, it really is and no one likes it better than we do, but don’t get carried away just yet, we still have to play the other teams in the top 6.

We had a couple of AKB’s on yesterday telling us that Wengers masterplan was right and we were wrong, give me a break! We’re only in September.

We would love Wenger to be right, but we’re not convinced our squad is big enough or good enough, that doesn’t make us Wenger haters, it make us realists but above all Arsenal fans who won’t follow the leader like mindless sheep.

We have Hull up next and that should be another three points and hopefully we should start getting our injured players back and that will make a difference, but Diaby and Rosicky are permanently injured, so I can’t find myself getting too exited about their return as I know in my heart it won’t be for long.

Still we are top right now and I for one am going to enjoy the moment, us top and Tottenham bottom, it doesn’t get better than that does it?

Well winning the Ryder Cup would have been nice but there you go.

We had a bit of a ding dong going on here yesterday so we will be policing today, try and be friendly with each other otherwise people will stop coming on and that would be a shame.

i hope not either , thats the reason i was pushing for the board to go !
if you get the board on there bikes , maybe it will spell the return of dein of whom wenger is of closest friends with ! in turn making him stay , but by krankie joining , and us being on top of the league most of the semi AKB think weve already won this season ! and the board are probably thinking of staying as they can operate a multi million dollar organization on a shoe string !

in football there are many moments of victory , but if you can look back at the close of the season with silverware in the cabinet then you can start strokin your …. ego !
until then its best to take it one day at a time !

he Sun reports that Nolan admitted he told a team-mate to deliberately clobber the young Arsenal ace during a game in which Gunners were furious at a tackle by Kevin Davies on Gael Clichy.

The Sun quotes the Bolton star as saying: “I have never seen anybody as quick as Theo Walcott in my life.

“I said to Jlloyd Samuel, ‘Give him a little kick and see if he comes back at you!’

“At the end of the day, it is a physical sport. We don’t want to be like basketballers.

“We are in the gym four or five days a week to build ourselves up to try to stand up to challenges like that.

“We are in danger of losing that side โ€” the roughing up of people.”

Maybe from the Sun but I believe every word of it.

actually i really do not care…..

i believe if we stick to our principles and are aware of keeping ourselves away from bad tackles, we will scare the fucking hell out of oppositions with our play.

Theo is blitz….. but speed is not his biggest strength, agbonlahor, Ade are all very quick… equally quick maybe, but theo’s ball control, dribbling ability at that speed i think is something most of us havent seen neither shall we see.

He cannot afford to build up his muscles as that would hinder his speed, and intelligent play (like nasri) is not his strength.

I am very happy to see song playing for us. He looks like a hitman. I remember in that match, after the davies tackle first fabregas and then song went straight to davies and that glare would have shooked him up for sure. Afterwards song was very eager to taunt “how did you like that” with a tackle on davies, for which he was booked.

I really dont mind us giving answers in kind to the opposition, whether in terms of goals or intimidation…. thats why i think eboue (he is way better than bentley) and song are so important for us this season.

Ethan, I am afraid wenger is making everything possible for the club to be in good vibes with the “english” supporting people. The good vibes with manu and fergusion directly point to this. Also the fast promotion of wilshere and randall. I think he is trying to make arsenal “english” in the eyes of all who complained that it wasnt. Heaven’s forbid we will never be the same or better if he leaves.

I think he is just showing to us that he is allaying himself with fergie to unite against the common enemy .. CHELSEA !
It sort of proves to me they both fear chelsea and the depth they have ! also its the new manager syndrome .. they did it with moaninho too when he was a new kid on the block !
