It may be a bit unfair to the academy players if he buys these guys and use them above the academy players, cuz they are in the same age range.

The academy players would feel as if they would not have chance to prove themselves when younger players from outside take up time. If he buys older experienced players he can phase them out and phase in the academy guys.
