The campaign launch got a great response from you guys, thanks for being so constructive in your efforts to finding a solution. It seems like everyone accepts there is an issue and more importantly, everyone wants to change!

I said this briefly yesterday, but here are my thoughts on Hleb and Arsenal players in general.
- We sign them as unknowns.
- We deal with there ineptitude for 2 years – somtimes at the expense of trophies.
- In year 3 they start turning in world class performances.
- Summer year 3, they start pining for a transfer?
People will say footballers have a short career, they need to make the money to support themselves… Ok, this isn’t 1928 anymore… players earn enough cash in the first 2 yeas of their career to retire. Its about greed.
We are not a G14 feeder academy.
If Hleb did chat with Inter, he should be punished. Its outrageous that we are being used as a platform. Why are we chasing down Inter? It takes two to tap… and in my eyes there will always be temptations.
If I was a manager, I may have been tempted to sell Hleb to Bolton after his first two years… but Arsene didn’t, he persevered and now Hleb is a great player.

The Hleb story is probably down to his agent wanting a new deal for the player. He was chatting about getting a new deal earlier in the season. Hleb wants to stay, I think anway, but if he were to go, I see no reason why he wouldnt fetch up to 20 million, especially given Inters ability to spunk money like its going outta fashion. Saying that I hope he stays, as we really need to be adding to this squad and not always just replacing.

Youre right about Hleb but im afraid it happens in all “Jobs” I called it the GPO telephone syndrome .They use to put a lot of expense in training telephonists then after they were trained they fucked off and got better jobs -Dont think you can do much about it when market forces drive it -and if you know your career may be short wouldnt you go for it ?.Yepp theye overpaid and yepp the payments are obscene but I cant see a solution other than capping and that aint gonna happen

there wont be a better chance to beat the chavs at SB for a while. I think they are leaky and they might be a bit tired and suffering from the draw at WHL. we need to bounce back and Arsenal often do when they absolutely need to.
Hi Chaps Yes the stewards do have to be highly trained and because we are The Arsenal we are the best. most teams subcontract their stewards so you gat any arsehole working for you. We do have to behave in an unnatural manner at times as we have been trained to. The problem is we doubled in size when we moved and ended up with lots of new untrained young rookies. Most of these guys not all don’t support us and are probably useless pricks from Goldrange who work for peanuts at the other london clubs. I can afford to attend matches too but tickets are hard to get throught he normal processes and I don’t like missing matches, plus I can’t go with my boys who are both 21 and 18 now. This is very sad as they will never have the experiences i had with my old man. Will talk about the Hleb ect bit later. One thought, who exacxtly wants the Mancscum anyway. Them and most Chavs simply arent in our class.
Fans demand loyalty from players but what about the fans showing a bit of loyalty to the manager? We have won a trophy or reached the final of a competition every single year this century, (Gala,Liverpool,Double,Southampton,Unbeaten,United,Barca and Chelsea) and STILL some fans are disgruntled at Wenger. That is a phenomenal record, the kind of SUSTAINED success you coulnt have dreamed of 20 years ago.
yh.. feelin quite confident despite our crappy form of late. All the players will step up for this game and we expect them to perform, but the main thing is to get 3 points obviously anyway we can. Chelski dont look as good at the back as b4 wen Moaninho was there, really fancy us, but chelsea are always a tough opposition.
Would like to see Walcott get a start.. but think maybe from the bench wenger will see him as more effective in this game.
