Cesc and Hleb will play official

So that’s it, Le Grove predicted the Wenger smokescreen and now our injured trio of Cesc, Hleb and Flamini are all back in training, Wenger says that he wants Cesc to play and he will leave all three until Sunday to make a final decision.

I fully expect Flamini and Cesc to Start, Hleb to come on as rub-a-dub, I’m not sure whether Robin will come on or start, but the smart money is on a start.

So my guess would be the following.

Almunia

Sagna Toure Gallas Clichy

Diaby Cesc Flamini Rosicky

Ade Robin

Subs Bendtner Hleb Senderos Lehmann and Diarra.

I expect us to fly out of the traps and stuff them, I really do, it’s the first time for 3 months where we have had our team of choice playing and that will make a massive difference.

They have no Essien or Drogba, both our bogey men, they still have deflection specialist fat Frank, but dim witted Terry is not the player he was and if Joe Cole stays on his feet and doesn’t try for a penalty every time he gets the ball, I can’t see them hurting us.

King Billy will be mega up for it, and it’s his first real chance to get one over his old team, as last season we were short of players each time we played them.

And that’s why I expect to see Diarra play, I think he’ll want to prove something.

We’ll have to watch Kalou as he is a little slippery, but they’ll have to watch us, look how many match winners we’ll have on show.

I’d like to play Theo on the right, he tore them apart in the Carling cup and now he’s a year older, sadly he is injured, so Diaby will have to do unless Hleb is fit enough to start. I really expect Ade to shine, he loves the boy wonder playing alongside him and he steps up to the plate for the big games.

So tomorrow I expect nothing other than a win. Maybe Ade will follow in his hero’s footsteps and get a hatrick (Kanu)

Don’t disappoint me Arsenal, I love you so much.

Finally Arsene has been appealing to the fans to leave Cashley alone, he was a product of the youth set up and things happen, people move on and so should we, so please don’t boo, hiss, spit, throw missiles or hope he breaks his both legs horribly.

Yeah, right Arsene, go for it Grover’s lets all let that greedy little ingrate chav shit know what we think of him, how much we hate him and boo him for not only the 90 minutes, but also the 10 minutes in the warm up.

I wonder if he’ll play with that mobile phone jammed up his arse?

first blog!!! I read that Clichy expects us to boo Cashley, so we shouldn’t disappoint! And Flamini accidentely gave Almunia a fat lip in training, so we know he’s back!

  2. lenny says:

ahahahaha great post but when was it made official that they will play

  3. Geoff says:

Wenger said, well that’s the way I read it! there is a change to the above though as I just read Theo has tweaked his knee, but will be Ok for Tuesday.

  4. Jason says:

can’t be that offical if you didn’t know Theo was out.

  5. Dave says:

Where is the official link? I cant find it anywhere?

It would be good if they both start buy i doubt it. Flamini will start but i have my doubts baout cesc and hleb.

    I still think we’ll win by a 2 goals.

  6. Dave says:

    Its not on the website?

A bit of a spotingo headline.

  7. Kman says:

Bloody hell…. you englishmen fancy Walcott over Eboue`???
If he was not an Englishman, he would not be in the club. and the reason we lost 2 points against the Manure is because he came on and did not have any direction at all……
Evra was sh?less scared of eboue and as soon as he was taken off he came forward on a numerous occasions.

I like the guy, but in a few years time…. when he is mature. At the moment he should be happy with the odd 10min he gets….

I like bendtner much better as he is able to tangle with any defence in the world.

  8. grovedigger says:

nice one lenny, that puts the doubters right, there’s no way he won’t play them if they’re fit, with them we can win, wiithout them it will be really tough.

  9. goooner says:

Your starting line-up has 12 players? I don’t think Diaara will start if Flamini is fit, and Eboue will start on the right.

  10. I would say:

    Almunia

    Sagna Toure Gallas Clichy

    Hleb Fabregas Flamini Rosicky

    RVP Bendtner

(subs) Ade, Eboue, Senderos, Denilson/Diarra, Lehmann/Walcott

  11. Aminda says:

Thanks for the news. It will be great IF cesc, hleb and flamini plays but i am happy that cesc has a chance of returning. Good 4 us.. We can beat Chelsea without cesc and we want hleb to be on the pitch to get a chance of beating Chelsea.

  12. Oh yeah Walcott’s injured, Lehmann it is then…

  13. Pedro says:

Good call Geoff, back in the old days you’d be burned at the stakes!

Starting line up looks fearsome to me! If i was a chavski fan i’d be most worried about RVP, he looked like a man on a mission the other day!

Trugooner, you’d have ade on the bench? How come? I think we have to trust in the partnership from earlier on in the season! Nikki b is more effective off the bench than Ade would be.

  14. Geoff says:

It’s a tough call up front and I would have no problem with either Bendtner or Ade but Ade shades it for me, just, he needs a big performance though.

I think we can at last rough them up a bit with the big forwards we have.

    Alright, gay…

Feeling vay vay excited about Sunday. Over at the football boards I frequent the chavs are confident on the surface but underneath I think they’re quaking in their boots, esp considering who’s back in training. Grant’s yet to be properly tested, best players are missing, the Emirates baying for Cashley’s blood………I expect a big performance from the Arse, I feel it in my water

  16. henry says:

there’s nothing wrong with loving 11 grown men, especially when they’re wearing Arsenal shirts! anyway jimmy what are you doing up so early? I thought you were a vampire!

I’m thinking a big score tomorrow, to make up for all the years of hurt against them. 3-0

  17. amanuel says:

attacking midfielder required for fabregas substition and also benzema have to join
    the gunners.

  18. jimmyfingers says:

working 12 till 8 today so can get in a bit of early blogging…woot!

Ok, so after the woot now I’m gay

  19. Tijjani says:

I don’t think Wenger will risk so many of the “injured” players in the starting lineup, but Fabregas and Hleb are just so important. He will probably play 4-5-1 as he often does when playing the big teams. Then we will have van Persie on the bench to come in with his skill f things aren’t going as we hope.

    Almunia
    Sagna – Toure – Gallas – Clichy
    Eboue – Fabregas – Diarra – Rosicky
    Hleb
    Adebayor

Bench: Lehmann, Gilberto, Flamini, van Persie and Bendtner (rather than Senderos as we have Gilberto on the Bench) Then none of the starters tomorrow will play on tuesday:
    Fabianski
    Hoyte – Song – Senderos – Traore
    Walcott – Denilson – Gilberto – Diaby
    Eduardo – Bendtner

  20. michael says:

Hey where are you leaving eboue u think Wenger will leave out Eboue, he trusts him especially in big games

  21. henry says:

Blackburn losing to Wigan will dent their confidence for Tuesday, I agree with your Carling Cup side bit I think he’ll play 4-4-2 with Robin starting against Chelsea, at least I hope he does, 4-5-1 against the big guns didn’t do it for me.

  22. gazzap says:

I love Arsenal too. its not gay. I mean I dont want bum love with the players but I have a strong feeling of being part of it and it feels so important and beautiful when we win. its about time we beat the chavs, it has been too long.

  23. Van Perry says:

No way! I really dislike Eboue’s underhand tactics. He’s a brilliant player but too dirty and complacent for me. Especially against a gritty antagonising team like Chelsea, he could easily see red. But he may well play…

And as for loving Arsenal being gay? Theres nothing more manly in the World! I’ll say it, fuck it… I love Arsenal more than I love my bird! Its true too. Like my bird, Arsenal are young, hungry for silver and love money… but theArse dont cheat on me!

Any way, i really hate Chelsea, and i genuinly think our boys do too. I cant wait………

    ALLEZ LES ENFANTS
    ALLEZ LE ROUGE
    ALLEZ L’ARSENAL!

  24. Isaac says:

There’s no way all of the four previously injured players will be started. Barring RVP, all the other three havent played a single game for a while and it will take them time to regain the rhythm and really get into the game. If 3/4 or our players start off sloppy against chelsea we’ll be in big trouble. The first 20 minutes of a game usually set the tone for the rest of the match and if we’re outplayed for the first 20 minutes, even if we dont concede any goal during the time it’ll be really hard to win. So yeah I think Wenger will start Fab and RVP and leave flamster and hleb on the bench

  25. Pisky says:

If loving Arsenal is gay, then I am the gayest man in the world. In fact I am so gay, graham norton has a problem with my gayness, they shun me in Soho – fuck man, I am so damn gay.

I will be heartbroken if we lose tomorrow! I am in agreement with all you gay arsenal lovers out there!

COME ON YOU GOONERS……. oh and Ashley, you’re a massive cunt

  26. seanyboy says:

i notice theres no chavs on our sites 2nite COS THERE FUCKIN SHITTIN THEM SELVES HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  27. Dudu says:

    Would go for

    Alminia

    Sagna Toure Gallas Clichy

    Rosicky Flamin Fab Hleb

    Ade RVP

  28. jimmyfingers says:
